‘KING’ Callum Walsh returns to the ring tonight in what is the biggest moment of his promising career so far.
The 12-0 Cork fighter is topping the bill in historic Madison Square Garden against Dean Sutherland.
Given it’s St Patrick’s weekend, the whole card is crammed with Irish talent including Emmet Brennan rematching Kevin Cronin after the Olympian secured a contentious decision in their September slobberknocker.
There’s also unbeaten heavyweight Thomas Carty facing off against American Dajuan Calloway.
Another eye-catching name on the card is that of Feargal McCrory who’ll battle Keenan Carabjal.

Who is Dean Sutherland?

Sutherland has a career record of 19-0-1 so should pose a real threat to Walsh’s continued ascension in the super-welterweight ranks.

Upon the fight’s announcement, Walsh predicted: “It’s a thrill to be fighting back at Madison Square Garden for the third time and again on St Patrick’s Day Weekend.
“I’ll be ready to put on a show for the biggest Irish celebration in New York City.”
