Tom Brady has one true love and it’s not rumored girlfriend Irina Shayk!
The NFL star is keeping coy about rumors that he is back with the Russian model but is showing love for an old flame on Instagram.
Brady, who retired from his NFL career back in 2023, took to his Instagram Stories on March 11 to share a photo of himself throwing a football and captioned the action shot “True Love” along with a strong arm emoji.

The post comes amid rumors that the New England Patriots quarterback is planning to overhaul the Las Vegas Raiders, which he co-owns. Brady is seemingly trying to tap back into his first love, but it isn’t all work for the star.
In February, it was reported that Brady is back with Shayk, who he dated casually between July 2023 and January 2024. The pair, who have not been seen together publicly since their reported reconciliation, have been casually reconnecting and, per Page Six, are “open to see where things go.”
Brady and Shayk’s romance is his first public relationship since his divorce from ex-wife Gisele Bündchen was finalized in 2022 after 13 years of marriage. Brady shares son Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11, with Bündchen as well as son Jack, 17, with ex Bridget Moynahan.
Shayk, meanwhile, is a mom to 7-year-old daughter Lea De Seine with ex-boyfriend Bradley Cooper who she dated from 2015 until 2020.
Brady has been laying low since Bündchen welcomed her first baby, a boy, with boyfriend Joaquim Valente in February. He did, however, raise some eyebrows when he shared a quote on Instagram shortly after news of the baby boy’s birth broke.
“I really think the secret to being loved is to love,” his Feb. 6 Instagram Stories post read. “And the secret to being interesting is to be interested. And the secret to have others find beauty in you is to find beauty in others. And the secret to having a friend is being a friend.” Brady added “love this” to the cryptic repost.
