Yes, it’s already that time! Well, at least for Type A parents out there, it’s time to start shopping for Easter which is quickly approaching on April 20. For you Type B-ers out there, don’t worry. We see you, we sometimes are you, and we will have your back covered when you’re scrambling for last-minute Easter basket stuffers. Because let’s face it: Sometimes the “Easter Bunny” has 50 other things to juggle and just doesn’t have the money and/or energy to shop for goodies right now.
But, for those of you who do have the bandwidth and want to (ahem) hop to it, we’ve found the perfect little Easter basket stuffer for kids who like crafting.
Enter: Honeysticks Petals. In case you don’t keep up with art utensils from across the globe, let us get you up to speed. Honeysticks is a New Zealand-based company that makes non-toxic products from 100% New Zealand beeswax and soy wax.
When they’re not busy making their cult-favorite crayons or paints for art time, they’re making their game-changing Color Bath Drops for bath time. (Psst! The Easter Bunny might want to grab some of those too because they’re seriously cool!)
As for the Honeysticks Petals, can we get a round of applause for the festive shape? The petals circle up to make a precious flower that is perfect for spring and any holiday you and your family might celebrate this season. And, fear not, the petal shape does not interfere with art time.

Honeysticks Petals
Pack of 12
The crayons work the same way as Honeysticks’ original crayons (just start coloring!), but they look extra cute.
Honestly, this 12-pack is a piece of art in its own right and the perfect inspiration for a project. If your kiddo is stuck on what to draw or has somehow run out of free coloring pages, you could trace each petal with a pencil until you have formed a flower on the paper. Then color each one in with a corresponding crayon. (How cute?!)
Or, your little one can reimagine the petal shape and use it to form something else entirely. Honestly, a pair of these is the perfect shape to trace some big floppy Easter Bunny ears!
Check out these Easter basket stuffers your kids will think are absolutely egg-cellent!
