Happy National Fragrance Day, everyone! It’s a day to celebrate the scents we absolutely adore, and maybe even find a new scent or two to wear throughout the season (and beyond). As a shopping editor who’s obsessed with fragrances, I figured I’d celebrate the day by sharing one of my favorite places to find new perfumes. If you have yet to discover Anthropologie’s insanely good perfume section, you’re missing out. I would even say a lot of the perfumes you can find at Anthropologie are highly underrated.
The retailer carries luxury brands like PHLUR, Nest, Maison Louis Marie, Tocca, and Juliette Has a Gun, as well as fragrance lines that are exclusively found at Anthropologie. The best part is, you can find your next signature scent for less than $30 — and we’re talking full-sized bottles here. For instance, Pharmacia is a line of affordable perfumes that were inspired by the “effortless confidence of a chic European woman.” So fancy! Their perfumes have a near-perfect rating from hundreds of Anthro shoppers. I have one of their scents myself, and I swear I find myself reaching for this $26 bottle over my $100+ Jo Malone or Chloé perfumes.
Whether you gravitate towards floral notes, woodsy notes, fruity notes, or vanilla, Anthropologie has an affordable perfume for you. I rounded up a few of my faves, as well as ones shoppers can’t get enough of. Check those out below.

Pharmacia Fleur D’Oranger Eau De Parfum
Truth be told, this was the perfume that inspired me to write this list in the first place. Pharmacia’s Fleur D’Oranger Eau De Parfum is seriously obsession-worthy to the point that I get more compliments on it than any of my designer perfumes. Apparently, I’m not the only one who thinks so. In fact, there are a couple of Anthropologie stores in my area, and this particular scent is either always nearly gone or completely sold out.
It’s the perfect blend of citrusy, floral, and fresh thanks to its combination of orange blossom, rose, and warm woods. My sister and I have very different tastes when it comes to fragrances (I like them a little more fruity-floral while she’s more into woodsy scents), but this is the one perfume we both agree on. I find that the scent lasts for hours, especially when sprayed onto my clothes. At just $26 a bottle, it’s just such a great buy.
“I use this everyday, it doesn’t cost much to restock, always get compliments, and have gifted it to many friends,” wrote a fellow Anthro shopper. “I’ve gotten at least five people hooked on it!! I will cry if they ever stop selling the Fleur F’Oranger scent.” Same!

Pharmacia Vanilla Doré Eau De Parfum
In addition to Fleur D’Oranger, Anthropologie exclusively carries a few other scents from Pharmacia that are also worth checking out. If you’re a vanilla girlie, you may want to try out Pharmacia’s Vanilla Doré. It’s categorized as a spicy scent that features notes of roasted almond and clove, along with vanilla and blonde woods. “This vanilla has a nice balance between warmth and a little bit of a woodsy undertone,” wrote one reviewer. “Not too sweet or fake. Bonus: it doesn’t give me a headache!”

Nostalgia I Do Eau De Parfum
Anthropologie’s Nostalgia line features fragrances inspired by special occasions or unforgettable moments like going on a road trip with a few of your best friends. The I Do Eau De Parfum, is of course, inspired by that warm, excited feeling you get while walking down the aisle. It’s a floral scent that has notes of peony and musk.
According to shoppers, it’s chef’s kiss. “I purchased this blindly on a whim and was shocked by how much I love it,” one wrote. “It’s romantic and would be a wonderful wedding day perfume. So glad I was introduced to it. It’s in my favorites rotation, and that’s hard to get into.” Prices start at just $14 for a travel size and $24 for a full size.

Nostalgia Golden Hour Eau De Parfum
If you’re looking for a perfume that smells expensive, this is it. Golden Hour was made to “capture the essence” of your most memorable sunset. It’s the perfect scent for warmer days ahead, and I can really see this being a go-to once summer hits. Golden Hour has notes of white almond, jasmine sambac, and cashmere musk, is categorized as a warm fragrance.
As one Anthro shopper wrote in their five-star review, “Golden Hour smells like high-end soap. It smells clean, but not powdery in any way. Also has a beach scent when it dries (similar to Beach Walk by Replica). Sounds like it would be a weird combo, but it works. Classy and clean.”

Outremer Vanille Eau De Toilette
I love how eye-catching the Outremer perfume bottles are. The art-deco vibe would make a great addition to any perfume collection, especially if you’re someone who puts them on display. Now onto the scents. Anthropologie currently has four Outremer Eau De Toilettes available, including the fan-favorite Vanille. This is described as a “powdery, delicately spiced” vanilla blend, and many shoppers agree that it’s the perfect vanilla scent.
“I have always loved the scent of French Vanilla (vanille) and this perfume embodies it completely!” said one shopper in their review. “i first smelled it on a client who came into our Vet hospital. She told me where she got it and I’ve been hooked ever since! Spring, summer, fall, and winter, I need this scent in my life! This is my go-to. Please don’t ever discontinue it!”

Solinotes Rose Eau de Parfum
I personally love rose-based scents, but I know some can lean a little mature. If that’s not what you’re going for, can be a little off-putting. Fortunately, that is not the case here. The Solinotes Rose Eau de Parfum is just a solid, lovely rose scent. Its fragrance notes are floral, rose, and musk. It’s a nice light perfume that you can spritz on in the middle of the day to freshen up a bit. I also like the size of this bottle in particular. It’s perfect for slipping into your bag. Plus, a little goes a long way with this one.
“This perfume has such a clean crisp and floral aroma,” wrote one reviewer. “It reminds me of walking into my favorite Anthropologie store. It always smelled so feminine. It only takes a little bit. Want more of these perfumes.”
