MARRIED At First Sight star Adam Nightingale shocked fans when he showed off his new slimmed down look – with some saying he didn’t even look like the “same person”.
The Nottingham barber, 33, who tied the knot with Polly Sellman on the E4 show, looked a far cry from the groom viewers saw on MAFS last year.

Ever since Married At First Sight ended, the reality star has been on a weight loss journey – and the hard work has certainly paid off.
Adam stunned fans when he showed off his slim figure on a recent trip to Dubai.
Fans immediately rushed to comment on the photo, with one saying: “Why do you look so different!”
Another added: “You look so trim and healthy!”
This one was stunned: “You look like a different person!”
Adam revealed in October that he had lost a whopping two and half stone after changing his lifestyle and heading to the gym.
MAFS JOURNEY
It’s fair to say Adam didn’t have the easiest time on MAFS last year, after he clashed with his bride Polly.
They were beset by problems from the very start of their relationship, but the pair tried to make things work.
But an explosive row saw her throw a glass of wine over him in tense scenes, as their marriage crumbled.
ROMANCE RUMOURS
Adam has recently been fuelling romance rumours with a fellow bride who also appeared in his series of MAFS.
Over the last month Adam and Amy Kenyon have sparked speculation they are together.
They added further fuel to the fire when they went on a luxury cruise together last month.
Adam looked smitten as he holidayed with the blonde stunner..
But the pair have insisted that they are “just friends”, despite the affectionate display.

Amy cleared up any confusion, writing on Instagram: “Just because I’ve been asked this 400 times. We are friends.
“We’d have no reason to deny if we were in a relationship. Sorry to disappoint you.”
ADAM SPILLS THE TEA
Last month, Adam addressed whether there was any ‘romance’ possibilities with Amy.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, he said: “I don’t speak to Polly, we haven’t spoken in a long time.
“I’m not missing married life but I am missing everyone, we were one big family.
“I’m on the new reunion show in Feb, there’s a lot of drama but you’ll have to wait and see.
“I’m not dating, I’m single. I’m really close with all the MAFS lot.

“Me and Amy – who knows what will happen in the future, at the minute we’re just really good friends.
” I feel like there is chemistry between me and Amy. We do flirt a lot, there’s a lot of flirt banter.
“Whether something progresses, who knows.”
He added: “I like how it is at the minute, we’re friends that flirt.
“Who knows? Amy’s single. I think everyone is just too busy with their careers at the moment.”
Mafs couples that have stood the test of time
Loved-up Tayah Victoria and Adam Aveling of series six fame had the first Mafs baby.
The pair couldn’t keep their hands off each other on the programme and quickly found their feet in the outside world, moving into Adam’s Doncaster home.
Just 18 months after meeting, the couple welcomed their daughter Beau.
Season five couple Michelle Walder and Owen Jenkins also managed to make their marriage work away from the cameras and had their first child in December.
Teacher Michelle, 29, has no regrets about taking part in the experiment. She told us: “I just feel very lucky and thankful that it has worked out – and excited for everything to come.”
Michelle and Owen were both sick of dating apps when they applied in 2019.
Owen recalled: “I had been out for some drinks with a friend after work.
“While he was out for a cigarette I was scrolling on Instagram waiting for him to come back in.
“The MAFS advert was the last thing I saw, and I joked, ‘Wouldn’t it be funny if I signed up?’
“A few beers later when I was back at home I sent in the application, and the rest is history.”
Another couple to make Mafs UK history is Zoe Clifton and Jenna Robinson.
Despite a slight rocky start, where they clashed over Jenna’s vegan lifestyle, the show’s first same sex pairing are still going strong.
They even have a successful podcast together called Life With a Pod.
Jenna shed light on being involved in the show earlier this year when she told us: “We’re not legally married, and I never felt like we were. I definitely feel the process makes you take the relationship a lot more seriously and having the help of the experts… if you can survive that process it sets a firm foundation for a long-lasting relationship.”
