Essex-born Louie Spence told how he had “absolutely no pain at all” on his first day following eyelid surgery.
He appeared on a video posted to his Instagram grid with white plasters on his reddened peepers to tell how the operation was “so quick.”
Louie said: “The injection didn’t hurt, I did have it done awake.
“I’d say not even 10 minutes an eye, he was like lightening darling and he was knocking them out ten to the dozen.”
He then insisted there was no pain and he can “see fine.”
In his caption, he added: “Morning everyone no pain a bit of swelling bit of bruising feel absolutely fine. Will keep you updated.”
His followers were quick to react and one wrote: “Happy healing louie, take it easy xx”
A second put: “How can you be more fabulous?”
A third then urged: “You are so gorgeous as you are let’s stop all the tucks and injections my lovely.
“You are beautiful throughout already xx”
A month ago, Louie told how he had visited a clinic in Spain to have skin boosters under his eyes.
He has also previously undergone a full face and neck hydration session which saw his face injected in five points.
Back in 2018, he achieved his “Hollywood smile” with composite bonding.
TELLY TRAUMA
On-screen, things have been a little trickier for Louie.
He pulled out of Celeb SAS just hours into filming last year.
The Sun told how Louie had barely started the gruelling selection process when he walked away.
A TV insider said: “He seemed thrilled to be surrounded by all the hunky instructors, who all came from military backgrounds that required them to have an elite level of fitness.
“But he was less enamoured with the regime they had to maintain, with Louie unable to keep up with them physically and mentally.
“Despite this he left without any bad feeling and was grateful for the opportunity — even though his experience was a brief one.”
In SAS: Who Dares Wins, contestants take on a tough selection process for the elite regiment.
Yet shortly after his SAS woe, The Sun exclusively revealed that the former Pineapple Dance Studios star would be among the celebs on the next series of Celebrity Antiques Road Trip.
At the time, a source told us: “These days Louie lives a much calmer life than what many people think as a result of his many showbiz shenanigans over the years so this show was right up his street.”
FAN FAVE
The self-confessed hypochondriac is known for his boundless energy, and slight speech impediment which was caused by a trampoline accident when he was 12.
His nephew is Big Brother star Lotan Carter, who appeared with Louie on an episode of Pineapple Dance Studios.
After studying at a top London stage school, Louie began his career in massive West End shows like Cats and Miss Saigon.
He also danced on stage with a number of superstars like Spice Girls, Take That and Bjork.
Louie has also spoken about his difficulties with anxiety and depression which began after his mum died.
Louie’s infectious sense of fun made him Sky’s top choice for a judge on Cirque De Celebrite in 2006 and he went on to present the US version for the show.
Then in 2009, while he was the creative director of a Covent Garden dance studio that’s known as Pineapple, fame finally knocked on Louie’s door.
The documentary was followed up by a second series, renamed Louie Spence’s Showbusiness.
Louie was so popular he landed spots on Dancing On Ice in 2012 (as a judge), Celebrity Big Brother in 2013 (coming seventh), and The Jump in 2015 (coming 11th).
