The brief summary spoilers of One Piece chapter 1143 have finally hit the internet, and it’s everything fans could have hoped for. According to the spoilers, the chapter reveals some of the most enticing details about the ongoing events in Elbaph which include the Devil Fruit revelations of the God’s Knight members and a glimpse of Hajrudin’s past.

Not only that, it also portrays a small battle between Loki and Luffy which was one of the most awaited moments in the history of One Piece. However, this battle might not be as exciting as fans had hoped for because of Loki’s condition and the beating he got in the past chapters. Thus, the end result of the battle is quite shocking but still anticipated and it proves that Loki is not as powerful as One Piece fans thought.
Still, it does not affect his significance within the Elbaph storyline and it won’t be a stretch to say that he is as of yet the most important character in the entire One Piece arc. And hopefully, once he recovers from his past wounds, One Piece fans will get to see what he is truly capable of.
Loki and Luffy get into a battle
In the last few chapters of One Piece, fans got to see Loki finally becoming a part of the central storyline as Zoro and Luffy free him from his chains and he goes on to take control of his weapon, Ragnir to launch a thunder strike on the Adam tree, which results in the tree catching fire. This situation automatically led to fans assuming that Loki and Luffy might finally get into a battle.
And the spoilers of One Piece chapter 1143 evidently confirm this anticipated battle, but it was not as thrilling as fans had hoped it to be. When Shamrock and Gunko met Loki and persuaded him to join the God’s Knight, they had to use brute force which led to Loki getting heavily injured. Which meant that he was not at his full strength when he fought Luffy.
Thus, it only took a weak punch from Luffy to not only end the battle between the two but also put Loki to sleep completely. While it was understandable, it still came as a shock as Loki was supposed to be the most brutal character from Elbaph in One Piece and thus fans expected a little more fight from him, at least against the One Piece protagonist.
Loki finally takes center stage in One Piece
Loki has at long last taken his place on the center stage of One Piece, a development that was anticipated to take place sooner or later. Since the Elbaph arc started in One Piece, Loki’s character has been built up a lot but not much development has been shown in his actions, which was getting disappointing for many One Piece fans.

His freedom was much anticipated, and now that he has finally got it, it is safe to assume that he will make some big changes within the ongoing narrative of Elbaph. In fact, he has already started with it and the spoilers of One Piece chapter 1143 disclosed it. After Loki faints from Luffy’s punch, Gerth treats her and he eventually gains consciousness.
Once he gets back on his feet, Loki asks Hajrudin whether he truly believes that he killed their father because he wanted to. This hints that either Loki was pressured into killing his own father, or King Harald turned to the evil side and thus had to be killed in order to save Elbaph. More details about this development will be revealed once the One Piece chapter is released.
