Programme Overview
The graduate programme is facilitated by the Omnia Learning Academy and offers structured workplace exposure and personal development opportunities within the field of metallurgy. It is aimed at empowering unemployed graduates to transition from academic study to industry readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- BSc in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
- No prior work experience required
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct bench-scale, pilot-scale, and plant-scale metallurgical test work
- Analyze and prepare samples
- Optimize and develop metallurgical testing protocols
- Interpret test results and compile technical reports
- Assist with routine quality control (QC) analysis
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
