Journalist Kjersti Flaa, who has previously alleged that Blake Lively was rude to her during an old interview, reported on the leaked footage on her YouTube channel news segment, Flaawsome. Flaa shared that the newly surfaced video was first shared on Reddit. It appears to show Lively “laughing and having a good time” with the cast and crew, including Baldoni, during the rooftop scene— one of the moments she had reportedly complained about.

Flaa suggested that the video contradicts Lively’s discomfort claims. “No one could really see that there is anything off here. This just proves yet again that there is nothing,” Flaa stated in her report, questioning Lively allegations.

The journalist also expressed skepticism over the ongoing support for Lively amid the controversy. She complained about the lack of evidence that supports Lively. “She said she felt uncomfortable in the dancing scene. Justin Baldoni showed a video from the dancing scene, and we couldn’t see anything there,” Flaa said, giving support to Baldoni.

This controversy follows a series of disputes between Lively and Baldoni, who both starred in the film adaptation of Collen Hoover’s It Ends With Us. The dispute led Lively to file a lawsuit against Baldoni over s*xual harassment and an alleged smear campaign against her. Baldoni, in turn, filed a $400 million lawsuit against Blake, her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and her team.

After filing his lawsuit, Justin Baldoni began releasing information to support his case in the court of public opinion. His team first leaked raw footage from It Ends With Us, showing him and co-star Lively in a slow-motion dance scene. Before the cameras rolled, the two casually discussed their spouses, with Lively joking about the size of Baldoni’s nose.

His lawyer, Freedman, claimed the clip proved they had a professional and respectful working relationship, countering Lively’s allegations of sexual harassment. However, her legal team dismissed the footage as “damning” and sought a gag order against Baldoni’s lawyer, which he called a “bullying” tactic.

An intimacy coordinator sided with Lively, stating the video showed clear signs of her discomfort during the scene. Baldoni’s team also released a nearly 7-minute voice note of him apologizing to Lively after an argument over scene edits. “I want to start with an apology,” he said. “I for sure fell short and you worked really hard on that, and the way you framed it, and how that made you feel … I just wanted to say thank you for sharing that with me.”

The controversy surrounding It Ends With Us shows no signs of slowing down. Neither Lively nor Baldoni have issued direct statements on the latest leaks, leaving fans and legal experts to debate the growing pile of accusations and counterclaims.
