Moment second Rangers star is spotted spraying water at Celtic fans as Gers players ‘targeted with missiles’

VACLAV CERNY made a splash at Parkhead when he sprayed raging Celtic fans during the wild celebrations after Hamza Igamane’s winner.

But the Czechia international wasn’t the only Rangers player who sparked fury in the home end with a water bottle.

One of his team-mates also couldn’t resist getting involved in the bizarre celebrations as new footage has emerged which shows the moment he too squirted a bottle in the direction of Celtic fans sitting in the first few rows of the main stand of the stadium.

Celtic crashed to another devastating Old Firm defeat with Brendan Rodgers suffering back-to-back derby losses for the first time in his two stints in Glasgow.

The champions looked second best throughout the first half and found themselves two goals down at the break following strikes from Nicolas Raskin and Mohamed Diomande.

Rodgers’ men came out fighting in the second period and managed to claw the game back level after Daizen Maeda and Reo Hatate both scored, making it 2-2.

From then on it looked like it was going to be Celtic’s day on their home turf once again.

That was until Igamane stunned the hosts with his stunning effort – beating Kasper Schmeichel just moments before stoppage time.

The Hoops were officially down and out.

But Barry Ferguson‘s stars were on the up and the Gers dugout spilled out onto the touchline, with Cerny and Co racing up to their 2,400 own fans to celebrate.

That’s when the winger soaked the home fans and sparked a furious reaction from the stands.

But he also had a partner for the unusual stunt.

Footage taken from the stands and not picked up by the Sky Sports TV cameras appears to show Nedim Bajrami also spraying fans with water during the chaotic scenes too.

In the clip the Albanian soaked some supporters before seemingly shaking his bottle ahead of aiming another spray at more fans situated closer to the Rangers section.

Bajrami and his Rangers team-mates appeared to be targeted with missiles from the home end during the celebrations.

The blurry footage isn’t conclusive but many objects can be seen launched onto the side of the pitch from the bottom rows of the main stand.
