WHEN it comes to the gym, you should wear whatever makes you feel your best and most confident – and of course, fits the gym etiquette.
But now people have vowed to ”never go to the gym’‘ after one woman left them open-mouthed with her workout attire.

Fitness lover Veronica Obando came under fire after sharing a clip of herself proudly showing off her curvy figure on TikTok.
In the now-viral clip, which has more than 22million views, the short-haired stunner could be seen in teeny shorts sitting well below her waist.
The content creator, thought to be from Brazil, had completed the ensemble with a gym bra that said ”My body, not yours”, as well as a bright lippy.
As she walked past the row of the treadmills, Veronica also flaunted her toned figure by twerking, before she turned away and gave horrified TikTokers a view of her backside.
The young woman has clearly amassed a huge fanbase thanks to her content, with close to 2million followers.
According to her page, she recently attended the gym wearing figure-hugging jeans, which surprisingly didn’t get in the way of weightlifting.
The content creator, who posts under the username @veronicaobando9, also regularly shares racy bikini content on the beach.
Although she hasn’t spilled the beans on how she’s achieved her hourglass figure, Veronica has also been seen sporting a teeny corset.
But while the Brazilian beauty may look incredible, her tiny gym attire hasn’t proven to be a major hit amongst millions of viewers.
Many admitted that they have been put off to continue their fitness journeys.
One horrified social media user said: ”Makes me want to never go to the gym.”
Another, meanwhile, thought the skimpy shorts and bra were better suited for a different occasion.
”That’s not the way to dress at the gym you’re there to work out it’s not a strip club.
”It goes for men and their lycra shorts also. If you want to dress like that, that is what the public beach is for.”
How to blast belly fat WITHOUT going to the gym or dieting
Chew your food
This mindfulness trick is used to focus your brain on the food you are eating – how it tastes and feels – rather than scoffing it in a hurry. If the brain does not register that you have eaten, you’ll soon crave more food.
Avocado a day
Eating avocado every day can fight visceral fat in women, which collects around the organs in the stomach and can lead to diabetes, heart attack, and some cancers, according to a University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign study of 105 people.
Avoid fizzy drinks
Losing belly “fat” may just be a case of preventing bloating, which can be onset by fizzy soft drinks. Instead, keep hydrated with water.
Reduce alcohol
Alcohol does no favours at all for our health or figures. It is ’empty calories’, meaning it contributes to your calorie intake without giving any nutritional benefit.
Hangovers can also lead you to eat more fatty foods, while putting you off exercising.
Sleep more
Various studies have shown that if you’re not sleeping well, it can cause weight gain.
People are more likely to crave junk food when they are sleep deprived because, not only are they in need of an energy boost, but their appetite hormones are all over the place.
Reduce stress
Stress causes an imbalance of hormones, particularly cortisol. This hormone has been linked with obesity and excess belly fat.
Find ways to reduce your stress to avoid the so-called ‘stress belly’.
A European viewer commented: ”That this is actually normalized in a gym is tragic.
”I’m so grateful that Norway is trying to ban this kind of behavior from gyms.”
However, there were also some of those who didn’t have an issue with her barely-there clothing, as they hit back at the critics.
”absolutely breathtaking,” a keen Romeo commented.
”God forbid a girl celebrates her body,” a supportive viewer slammed the harsh trolls.
”Holy Moly,” another was mesmarised.
