The retailer has launched a new Slushy Maker perfect for making frozen drinks this summer.
The bargain buy is priced at only €19.99, and is available in all Lidl stores across Ireland from July 3 to August 31.
It features a 2-in-1 design that both crushes ice and mixes your ingredients to prepare slushies, frozen cocktails and more in just minutes.
The supermarket said: “For making slush, frozen cocktails and other drinks.
“2-in-1: crush and mix”
The bargain buy is a budget-friendly dupe of the Ninja SLUSHi Frozen Drink Maker, a premium appliance that retails in the likes of Brown Thomas for around €380.
While the Ninja model includes a built-in compressor and multiple preset drink modes, Lidl’s version offers a simpler manual alternative at a fraction of the price.
What’s more, Lidl’s version has been reduced from €24.99 – meaning shoppers now save €5 on the bargain buy.
The unit is easy to clean with standard soap and water, making maintenance straightforward.
Shoppers can use it to prepare a range of chilled drinks to suit any occasion, from kids slushies to cocktails with your friends this summer.
And it even comes with clear instructions so you can start blending right away.
This affordable solution is aimed at anyone who wants to enjoy frozen drinks at home without needing expensive equipment.
The Slushy Maker is set to be a huge hit, so savvy shoppers should act fast before it sells out.
ANOTHER NINJA DUPE
Meanwhile, Lidl Ireland shoppers are sure to love a new item in the middle aisle that will help save you time when cooking.
The Silvercrest 1400W Digital Air Fryer is priced at €29.99, reduced from €37.99.
And it is €50 cheaper than the real deal.
The air fryer has excellent benefits, such as creating healthy, low-fat alternatives to deep-fried food without losing flavour.
It cooks food like a traditional convection oven in a small machine and prevents heat loss once it is opened to view the cooking progress.
or those who worry about the machine overheating, do not fret as it comes with overheating protection, meaning it is very unlikely for it to overheat.
The air fryer features a sleek design that can fit seamlessly into any kitchen decor – and it can be put away in the cupboard.
It also comes with a three-year guarantee.
BARGAIN BUY
Lidl Ireland’s air fryer is a dupe of Ninja Air Fryer 2.4L, priced at €79.99 – making the dupe version €50 cheaper.
And the best thing is that Lidl Ireland’s dupe version offers more perks than the original product, due to its touch screen, longer timer and cooking features.
Plus, customers will benefit from a modern and sleek design rather than a dated version from Ninja.
The product is set to be available in stores nationwide from July 17 and will last in the middle aisle until August 30.
THE HISTORY OF LIDL IN IRELAND

LIDL first opened in Germany in 1973.
Back then, it employed just three people, stocking 500 product lines.
The first Irish store, located just off Molesworth Street in Dublin, was opened in 1999.
This was Lidl’s first entry into the Irish grocery market.
Then, Lidl opened more stores in 2000, in Limerick, Letterkenny, Mullingar, Athlone, Cavan, Ballinasloe and Portlaoise.
Now, the retailer has over 180 stores and three distribution centres, employing over 6,000 people.
They work with a network of more than 260 Irish suppliers from the communities they operate in.
