Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 or 5 / Senior Certificate or equivalent
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- No experience required
Recommendations:
- Valid Code B (08) driver’s license
- Experience with Tier.net or Web DHIS is advantageous

Key Responsibilities
- Capture, verify, and manage health data
- Populate reports using systems such as WebDHIS
- Support stakeholders with data systems (excluding IT)
- Perform quality checks, backups, and ensure data integrity
- Maintain and file records securely
- Provide support to various units and managers
- Attend meetings and provide data-related feedback
