Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 or 5 / Senior Certificate or equivalent
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • No experience required

Recommendations:

  • Valid Code B (08) driver’s license
  • Experience with Tier.net or Web DHIS is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture, verify, and manage health data
  • Populate reports using systems such as WebDHIS
  • Support stakeholders with data systems (excluding IT)
  • Perform quality checks, backups, and ensure data integrity
  • Maintain and file records securely
  • Provide support to various units and managers
  • Attend meetings and provide data-related feedback
