If the old adage about three being a party is true, the playroom at Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner’s house is about to be a hot spot at all times. The model announced on Instagram that she and Kushner are welcoming Baby No. 3 this year, and she did so with some rare photos of their sons Levi, 4 and Elijah, 1.
In the stunning opening shot, Kloss holds a diaper-wearing Levi on her growing baby bump that is peaking out over her jeans. The toddler is facing away from the camera and pointing at something in the distance, while Kloss gives the camera a knowing smile. Later in the carousel, she shared an ultra-sweet and utterly priceless photo of Levi and Elijah hugging.
“Three’s a party 🥹🫶🎉,” Kloss captioned the Instagram post.
Celebrities were so excited for the expectant mom. Kate Love and Kim Kardashian both commented with three heart emojis. Supermodel Paulina Porizkova wrote, “Omg- so exciting! Lucky three!”
Kloss rarely shares photos of her boys, so it was extra special to see them involved in her pregnancy announcement. In September, she shared an unexpected look at her life in Mom Mode, and it was so casual and relatable. The supermodel took her kiddos to the playground, and while holding Elijah on one hip, she wrangled her adventurous eldest with her other arm. Soon, she’ll need a third arm!
In a 2022 episode of Today, Kloss told Hoda Kotb that motherhood was “the greatest joy” she ever knew. “The moment [Levi] was placed on my arms — I literally cry at commercials now, so I might cry right now — I just had this moment of, ‘Wow, every woman who has a child, every parent, goes through this’ and it was the most profound experience that I had no idea until having a kid,” she told the former co-anchor.
And what about when Elijah arrived? Kloss had nothing but wonderful things to share with Bustle about adjusting from a family of three to a family of four. “Not to be cliché, but everything [has changed] in the most beautiful ways,” she admitted.
So just imagine how over the moon Kloss will be when Baby No. 3 arrives. Congratulations to Kloss and Kushner! Your little party will be here before you know it.
