Whether it’s a relaxing beach or a lively city, everybody has that one place that makes them feel their best.
In the latest issue of Us Weekly, Jennie Garth exclusively reveals that her happy place is Whitefish, Montana, saying, “It’s beautiful. It’s very country. I’m very comfortable there. I can go to the lake, and 30 minutes later, I can be on the mountain.”
For Gavin Rossdale, his happy place is wherever his family is. “Anywhere I can hear my kids having a good time,” he tells Us. Rossdale, 59, shares his three sons — Kingston, 18, Zuma, 16, and Apollo, 11 — with his ex-wife, Gwen Stefani. The musician also shares daughter Daisy, 36, with ex Pearl Lowe.
Rossdale also finds himself at his happiest when chilling after an exercise session. “When I’ve had a really great workout and I’m in the infrared [sauna] just before I’m going in the ice bath, I think, ‘This is my happy place,’” he says. “And then, I get in the ice bath, and I realize this is not my happy place! Brutal!”
