RADIO 1 presenter Jamie Laing has started his gruelling 150 mile-run from London to Salford to raise money for Comic Relief.
From his start line in London at 8.20am this morning, Jamie’s run of a lifetime is taking him North towards the finish in Salford on Friday when Red Nose Day officially kicks off.
Today he will be running to Harpenden – a distance of 30.2 miles.
