Minimum Requirements
- Completed Matric (Grade 12)
- A+ and N+ certification
- Basic understanding of:
- Computer hardware and software
- Networking protocols and systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience or orientation
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-store and telephonic technical support to customers
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Apple hardware and software
- Assist customers in using and understanding their Apple products
- Keep accurate records of repairs and customer interactions
- Support the technical team in daily operations
