The team shared a look at the ride on social media, alongside information about the deal.

Colin Glen took to TikTok to share a short video for their followers.

In the caption of the post, they wrote: “Colin Glen Mountain Entrance, Belfast, 28 Colin Glen Road.

“Every weekend you can book and create a memory that will last a lifetime on Ireland’s only alpine coaster.

“From only £15, you get 3 rides and can reach speeds of up to 25mph.

In the video, a team member can be seen sitting on their alpine rollercoaster, called the Black Bull Run.

An alpine rollercoaster is a type of summer toboggan.

Also called a mountain coaster, this type is unable to leave the track and runs on trails.

In the video, the coaster can be seen heading up an incline on the side of a mountain, with the rider holding on to a handle in front of the seat.

They wrote: “Ireland’s only alpine coaster.

“Make memories you’ll never forget.”

In the next clip, it shows the coaster going down a steep decline, reaching fast speeds.

It then shows the coaster itself, showing multiple seats behind each other – all with a back support and handle in front of the seat.

It goes along a trail that takes you up and down the mountain, and even goes through a short tunnel at one point.

As can be seen in the videos, those who ride the coaster will get to enjoy some amazing views.

And in case you’re riding with kids, it allows you to control the speed with the handle in front.

The track measures 565m, with 349m of that being downhill at a gradient of 12.2 per cent.

216m is uphill, at a gradient of 19.7 per cent.

There are 12 twists and two tunnels for guests to enjoy an extra thrill.

Colin Glen offers a range of outdoor activities at the centre, including ziplining.

The Forest Flyover zipline takes you 50ft above the Black Bull Run and forest below.

They also have Ireland’s longest zipline, called the River Rapid zipline.

This takes you 100ft high above the treetops, going at a speed of up to 50mph.

Colin Glen is located just two hours from Dublin, making it the perfect day trip.
