JAMIE Laing is currently undetaking a gruelling 150 mile-run from London to Salford to raise money for Comic Relief.
But the former Made In Chelsea star, 36, often finds himself in the news for his and wife Sophie Habbo‘s frank admissions about their marriage.

Jamie and Sophie, 30 – who also shot to fame on the E4 reality show – tied the knot in 2023.
The couple host the NewlyWeds podcast together and it seems nothing is off limits when it comes to discussing their own relationship.
From confessions about blazing rows and even threats to leave, these are the wildest confessions from Jamie and Sophie.
Bedroom troubles
Last year Jamie frankly revealed things between him and Sophie in the bedroom have already fizzled out.
He admitted to being “lazy” when it comes to spicing things up, telling The Sun: “Sophie did say I was bog standard at sex and that is probably a fair description.
“You get worse as you get married. You become lazy.
“I used to start doing joined-up handwriting then I thought, ‘I can’t be bothered with that as it’s quicker for me to not do it joined up’, I’m a bit like that in the bedroom. I don’t give up half way but I do remember that once I rolled on top of Sophie and she said, ‘Oh, get on with it’.”

Divorce row
Just a day before their wedding, Jamie and Sophie released a trailer for their podcast in which they told how he’d warned her he could walk out after a year of marriage.
Sophie said: “Once he said, when we had a fight, he said ‘ugh I’ve got to be married to you for at least a year’.”
Jamie continued: “Yeah, it’s true. If it was before a year, everyone would be like ‘well that was short’. A year, then you’re like ‘that’s alright’.”
Commitment confession
Earlier this year Jamie revealed he’s had problems with commitment and confessed he was scared to have children as that would mean he’d be unable to “escape”.
Speaking on his own Great Company podcast about having a baby, he said: “I would really like to have one, but it has been a real long road because I was really scared of babies and I was really scared of commitment.
“The idea of not being able to escape something, with work or even divorce, there’s always a way out. But with a baby there’s no way out.
“There is no way out because you are committed to that little human forever and that for me is really quite scary.
Jamie added: “[It’s] still really scary, it is a real fear. To the point where at the start of last year, Sophie thought she was pregnant and I had to leave the restaurant because I was so stressed.”

Threats to leave
And just weeks ago Sophie revealed Jamie threatens to walk out on their marraige “twice a year”.
While her husband could be heard laughing in the background, she told their listeners: “When Jamie’s really, really angry with me, when we have had the worst fight ever, what he does is he’ll come in and he’ll go, ‘Sophie – I’m leaving you’.
“And he does it, maybe, I’d say twice a year. And he’ll be like ‘I don’t want you to react.
“‘But there’s no point in talking to me. I am leaving you.
“‘And I, I’ve got my backpack and I’m going’ and I go, ‘all right’.”
Burglary hell
And it’s not just issues in their relationship that Sophie and Jamie candidly discuss.
Speaking on her Wednesdays podcast this year, she revealed they were targeted by an intruder who attempted to raid their home in the middle of the night.
She said: “Someone tried to break into our apartment at 6am this morning. I was fast asleep.
“I woke up to Jamie, very calmly I may add, going, ‘Sophie, we’re getting burgled. You need to get up, put your shoes on, we need to leave.’”
Sophie continued: “And I was just like, ‘What?’ And so I just stayed. He then rushed back downstairs, he didn’t stay with me. So I just stayed in bed, because I thought, ‘Oh, he said the police are coming.’”
