A double from Cole Palmer before Joao Pedro found the net put Chelsea three goals ahead at half-time and a contentious match led to scuffles at full-time.
Chelsea had the last laugh however and the squad enjoyed their stunning triumph after collecting the trophy and their medals.
Matchwinner Palmer posed with the trophy inside the Chelsea dressing room, as did Moises Caicedo.
In another snap the England star is seen chilling on his phone with his foot resting on top of his Man of the Match award.
Caicedo also posed alongside Marc Guiu with the photo in one pic, and with Romeo Lavia and Andrey Santos in another.
Enzo Fernandez also had his own moment with the trophy, posing next to it in stylish sunglasses.
He also invited a special guest into the dressing room – NFL legend Tom Brady.
The pair posed for a pic after Brady watched from the sidelines at the MetLife Stadium.
