I’m 23 but people think my mum, 50, is my sister thanks to how young she looks – I reckon we were twins in a past life

A MUM and daughter duo have left people stunned by just how similar they look.

Despite the decades between them, people were left convinced Julia Hatch and her mum, Bex, are secretly sisters.

This comes after Julia shared a video with her mum, 50, on TikTok where they donned matching outfits and hairstyles.

The pair showed off the flowing red locks and crop tops as they joked around in the viral video.

“When boys my age ask for me for my mom’s number,” the text over the video read as Julia mimed along to the music: “Middle fingers to my haters, all you bi***es jealous.”

The clip racked up 13.3 million views, but it isn’t the first time the pair have gone viral.

Another video of Bex and Julia amassed over 5.4 million views, and left fellow TikTok users more convinced than ever Bex couldn’t be Julia’s mum.

“Wait so they’re not twins,” one person commented on the video.

And a second wrote: “Your mum really said copy and paste.”

“Please tell us what your mum does to look like that,” a third chimed in.

“They are literally the same person,” another quipped.

Previously, Julia admitted she thinks her close relationship with her mum is down to them being twins in a “past life.”

And although she hasn’t admitted to having any work done, some thought Bex’s secret to her youthful glow could be down to surgery.

“I can’t tell if she’s had Botox, but if so they’re the best I’ve seen,” one person commented.

And another wrote: “If she’s all natural your future looks bright.”

But the duo aren’t the only mum and daughter who left people scratching their heads recently.

Lobada, 42, and her daughter, Masha, 19, frequently post videos of themselves dancing side by side on social media, but it turns out viewers thought the pair were much closer in age.

In a recent viral video, which Lobada shared on TikTok she can be seen dancing along to a Bruno Mars song with her mini-me.

Donning matching jeans and strapless tops, it’s easy to see why people get confused about their relationship.

“Your daughter looks like your sister,” one person commented on the video in shock.

And a second agreed: “I thought you were the same age!!”

“Could have fooled me,” a third chimed in.

But some thought it was all smoke and mirrors and were convinced the mum was filters to make herself appear younger.

“This has got to be edited,” someone commented on a similar video posted by the duo.

But Lobada hit back and proved once and for all that she’s not faking it.

n another video video, the mum showed what she looks like with a filter on, before stepping to the other half of the screen to reveal her natural features.

With her long, bleach blonde locks, the 42-year-old wore a white mini skirt and black corset top, and even without the filter looked decades younger.

“The reality is, we all sometimes indulge in unhealthy eating habits like processed foods, smoking cigarettes, drinking too much alcohol, inhaling city pollutants, and even drinking water from plastic bottles – none of this is good for us.

“All this does is promote the ageing process, but we all have the potential to change this.”
