A LUCKY Lotto punter who plays the game most weekends has told how she was left shocked after winning big.
The Wicklow woman scooped a whopping €500,000 in the EuroMillions Plus draw.

And Lotto bosses have revealed that she bought the golden ticket at Lidl on the Dublin Road in Bray.
The delighted winner has since made her way to Lotto HQ to claim her mega prize.
She said: “I play both the Lotto and EuroMillions most weeks, but the most I’ve ever won was €2,000.
“On the night of the draw, I checked the prize breakdown to see if there were any winners locally.
“Initially, I thought I was one of the €5,000 raffle winners until I scanned my ticket, and it said ‘You’ve Won Big’ – I couldn’t believe it.”
Lotto bosses said there was “a flurry of excitement” in their Dublin office as multiple winners collected their earnings.
A couple from Limerick managed to bag an eye-watering sum of €2,655,366.
They were the latest jackpot winners, who hit the big time on March 1.
Their winning ticket was bought in a Gala shop in Pallaskenry, Co Limerick.
The couple said they have no immediate plans on how to spend their new fortune.
But they revealed that they look forward to taking care of their friends and family.
They said: “While we take our time to decide what to do with this life-changing prize, our habits of playing the Lotto will more than likely continue – we even have our Lotto tickets purchased for this Saturday’s draw!”
Meanwhile, a Cork woman took home a handy €100,000 after winning big on a Money Multiplier scratch card.
The winning card was bought at an Amber/Spar shop in Upper Strand, Youghal, Co Cork.
HOLIDAY PLANS
The delighted woman said she plans to take care of her family and treat herself to a nice summer holiday.
She said: “Every Friday, my friend and I are on the road with work, and we always stop along the way to pick up a scratch card each.
“I couldn’t believe it when I revealed the top prize; our car erupted in screams of excitement!
And the woman’s friend explained: “It couldn’t have happened to a nicer person!”
