I look cheap and tacky and I’m proud of it – I even wear kids clothes to show off my £150k figure

A SELF-confessed ‘doll’ has revealed she’s proud of her “cheap and tacky” look – and laughs if people judge her in the street.

Ayla Skye, 30, from the Isle of Skye, has spent around £150,000 on plastic surgery and aesthetic procedures.

She has had 15 ops to date including forehead and jawline shaving, a nose job, lip lift, six boob jobs and gender reassignment surgery.

As well as forking out cash from her own pocket, her surgeries are also partly funded by ‘sponsors’ and sugar daddies.

She completes her look with platinum blonde extensions, super-long false nails and fake tan.

Speaking on YouTube’s Truly TV, she said: “I would describe my look as cheap, tacky, in your face, and I love it.

“I don’t care if my tan’s patchy or if I look a bit tacky or if people think what I’m wearing is cheap.

“I’m really not bothered about those things. Anything I wear is going to show off my breasts regardless of what I wear.

“It’s quite hard to hide these things.”

Ayla – known to social media followers as the Dirt Road Doll – also confessed to buying children’s tops to accentuate her figure and follows a strict ‘uniform’.

She said: “I’ve kind of learned basically stay in the lanes of leggings, a little sports bra top – always in like three sizes too small.

“I quite often go to the kids section of a shop and get little girl tops as well just because they’re tighter.”

She added: “I’m judged by my look. There are a lot of sour faces out on the streets but if anything it just makes me laugh

“They can say whatever they want to say about my look. It’s nothing I haven’t heard before.”

Ayla starred in TV show Love Don’t Judge alongside her now husband David last year as they discussed some of the criticism they face over her surgeries.

She told us at the time: “For him – and me – more is more, and the faker the better.

“We both get a lot of attention everywhere we go and we love it.

“He’s there backing me every surgery I get.”

She added: “When it comes to what family think, I’ve learned to stop telling my mum and family ‘this is the last procedure’ because I’ll never stop.”
