DOIREANN Garrihy took a cheeky swipe at her former 2FM co-cost Donncha O’Callaghan today.
The trio hosted the 2FM Breakfast Show together for a number of years and also fronted a hidden-camera comedy series together called The Full Irish Hidden Camera Show.

Doireann left the breakfast show last May after five years on air and Donncha stepped away shortly after for unrelated reasons.
Carl has remained on the show, now hosting alongside new co-stars Roz Purcell and Aisling Bonnar.
And on a recent episode of her hit podcast, Doireann & Friends, the host sat down with Carl Mullan to talk about the close bond the trio formed while working together.
Carl admitted that he had a “right cry” to his wife after they made the decision to leave the show.
He explained: “I was so afraid of us not maintaining that contact with each other.”
However, the pair agreed that it was easier than they expected to maintain contact as they both live in Dublin.
Unfortunately the same can’t be said for Donncha, the pair’s other co-host while on 2FM.
Doireann said he is “the worst” for keeping in contact, while Carl added that Donncha won’t tell him when he’s in Dublin, “because he hates it so much”.
Doireann added that she doesn’t tell Donncha when she is in Cork either as she doesn’t “want to pressure him” into seeing her.
But, the 32-year-old was frustrated with Donncha recently when she learned that he was near her home and never told her.
Doireann explained: “He was at Bloom, which is literally my doorstep. I was like, ‘You are!! I would have had you in for tea’. So he knows that I’m a bit peeved at the moment with him.”
Recently Doireann enjoyed an unexpected start to her dreamy French holiday as the star was bumped up to business class.
The 2FM host and her husband Mark Mehigan jetted over to France early this morning, despite air strikes taking place.
Doireann took to her Instagram story before the plane took off to share an update with fans.
BEST BUDDIES
The 32-year-old explained that the pair had just boarded their flight but admitted: “It was all a very stressful time because of the strikes on the air traffic control in France.”
The Dancing With The Stars host emphasised how their entire trip was “touch and go” due to the strikes.
She added: “I didn’t even know if we’d be getting on this flight or not.”
The TV star told how the airline decided to get a bigger plane and fit two flights onto one, in order to decrease the amount of air traffic going through France.
STAR PALS
But, because of the change in plane, Doireann and Mark were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to business class.
The mum-to-be looked delighted as she panned the camera around to show her private seated area and extra leg room.
The Irish host beamed as she said: “Well this is a novelty isn’t it?”
