Lisa Rinna finds it “so fascinating” that people are continuously speculating about her husband Harry Hamlin’s sexuality.
“Number one, we’re the only Housewife couple to still be married. But you’re gay and you have mistresses? … And I’m your beard,” Rinna, 61, quipped during the Friday, March 14, episode of her “Let’s Not Talk About the Husband” podcast. “You’re f—ing busy. How do you do it all, Harry?”
Hamlin, 73, replied that he’s having “the time of my life” currently. “I’ve got no boundaries,” he added.
“How do you have mistresses in Canada and that are women, but then you’re gay and I’m your beard,” Rinna said through laughter. “And we just say, you f—ed the dog to throw everybody off.”

The dog comment was in reference to a recent comment made by Kathy Griffin during a podcast appearance last month. The comedian claimed at the time that she had dinner with Rinna and Hamlin and asked about the infamous Amsterdam fight from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 5. Griffin, 64, stated that she asked Hamlin what Kim Richards’ “let’s talk about the husband” quote was referring to. Hamlin apparently told Griffin that the rumor was that he had “f—ed a dog.”
Rinna and Hamlin responded to Griffin in a statement to Us Weekly at the time.
“Thank you to Kathy for clearing this up,” their rep shared. “It’s been really RUFF on the family.”
During Friday’s podcast episode, Rinna said that she thinks the rumors are “so funny.”
“I’ll never forget. When I was doing the show, when people would get mad at me, you all of a sudden were gay, or you have mistresses in Canada. People have seen you,” Rinna added. “If they liked me, oh, we were such a sweet couple, and they love our relationship, and they love our family. But anytime they got mad at me, you were f—ing gay.”

Hamlin added, “I came out of the closet every time they got mad.”
Rinna then asked her husband for his feelings on the rumors about his sexuality.
“I don’t give a s—,” he said. Rinna continued, “I think it’s so interesting, though. Like how can you be gay and have mistresses, but they don’t call you bi. They don’t call you bi. You’re not bi. You’re gay, and you f— women in Canada all the time.”
Hamlin joked, again, that he “must be very busy” if this is what people are saying about him.
“But not true,” he added. “It sounds kind of exotic, right? But not true.”
