JACQUELINE Jossa has suffered a fresh blow after potentially losing thousands owed to her amid her split from Dan Osborne.
She has taken a major financial hit after online fashion brand InTheStyle collapsed this week, days after The Sun revealed her split from Dan Osborne.

Jacqueline, who is currently living apart from Dan, is among the celebs waiting to be paid after signing mega deals to promote their clothes.
But it looks like their wages are a long way off – despite the company being saved at the last minute with a pre-pack administration deal – meaning it was sold before it went into administration.
A source said last night: “All the creditors got their letters today and let’s just say that nobody is holding their breath over being paid.
“The company owes stars and agents thousands but from the letter they got today it looks like nobody will be getting any money back.
“It’s a real blow to a lot of celebs who were relying on the money. And it’s even worse for customers waiting on refunds or orders.”
Jacqueline was considering suing the online fashion retailer over the collapse of a million pound deal.
The 32-year-old had signed as the face of the affordable fashion brand five years ago in a deal rumoured to be worth almost £1 million.
She became close pals with brand owner Adam Frisby – but was left chasing tens of thousands of pounds allegedly owed to her and had drafted in lawyers.
Jacqueline was understood to have “banded together” with other celebrities who have also been left out-of-pocket.
She hit out at InTheStyle — popular for collaborations with celebs including Stacey Solomon, Charlotte Crosby and Dianne Buswell — when it was revealed it was on the brink of collapse with losses of over £11million.
Charlotte Crosby also spoke on the matter and said: “I’ve stayed pretty quiet on this for a long time, but having witnessed first hand the mental toll leaving InTheStyle had on Adam and Jamie, and the way their voices were silenced.
“We are finally seeing the truth come to light through countless stories of people not being paid and being treated unfairly – staff, suppliers, influencers – everyone is starting to see it for what it is.
“That business was something special for ten years, built on incredible values, and it’s heartbreaking to watch all of this unfold.
“But it’s about time the truth is exposed for everyone to see.
“People shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this!”
Adam left the company in October 2024.
Another source said: “Jacqueline is owed tens of thousands of pounds, certainly a five figure sum, so she’s consulting lawyers over what steps to take.
“What’s infuriating is they’re still selling clothes online including from Jacqueline’s collection.”
The Sun has contacted Jacqueline’s representative for comment.
What does going into administration mean?
WHEN a company enters into administration, all control is passed to an appointed administrator.
The administrator has to leverage the company’s assets and business to repay creditors any outstanding debts.
Once a company enters administration, a “moratorium” is put in place which means no legal action can be taken against it.
Administrators write to your creditors and Companies House to say they’ve been appointed.
They try to stop the company from being liquidated (closing down), and if it can’t it pays as much of a company’s debts from its remaining assets.
The administrator has eight weeks to write a statement explaining what they plan to do to move the business forward.
This must be sent to creditors, employees and Companies House and invite them to approve or amend the plans at a meeting.
A Notice of Intention is used to inform concerning parties that a company intends to enter administration.
It is a physical document which is submitted to court, usually by directors aiming to prevent a company from being liquidated.
Like with a standard administration process, a Notice of Intention stops creditors from taking out any legal action over a company while they try and rectify the business.
Struggling retailer In The Style was placed into administration with FTS Recovery, but was saved at the last minute through a pre-pack deal.
When contacted by The Sun today, FTS Recovery said: “FTS states that it has been in correspondence with Miss Jossa’s legal team through the process.
“Creditor correspondence is also being issued to all creditors in the usual way and in line with statutory requirements.
“Further updates will be provided to all creditors throughout the administration process and in respect of the prospect of any dividend”.
JAC SPEAKS OUT
EastEnders star Jacquline – who has already consulted lawyers – shared a statement on social media earlier this year.
She revealed InTheStyle is still selling stock using her name and image on the website.
Jacqueline blasted: “After 4 glorious years working with InTheStyle, I never thought my time with the brand would end this way.
“But in truth since I or my team can’t get a response from anyone at the company, the decision has been made for me.
“My name and image is still being used all over the website, helping the brand to sell stock, yet I haven’t been paid for months.
“I see them signing up new faces and continuing to launch new collections and I feel it’s my responsibility to let the new girls know that their contract is unlikely to be honoured and they are unlikely to be paid.”
TOUGH SPLIT
The Sun revealed on Saturday that the Lauren Branning actress had split from her husband of eight years Dan Osborne.
Jac has stayed in the couple’s home while Dan, 33, is living nearby.
An official statement said: “They’re handling things privately.”
Former The Only Way Is Essex star Dan packed his bags earlier this month after buying a house to live in.
He has been hit by claims of cheating in the past.
But sources close to the pair insisted last night that was not the reason for his moving out.
It comes after we told in January how the couple were said to be “shocked, hurt and upset” over rumours they had split.
