FIVE people have been charged over the death of a “bubbly” mum-of-four who was shot dead on the doorstep.
The fatal shooting of Joanne Penney, 40, in South Wales took place on March 9 in Llys Illtyd.

Five people, two women and three men, have now been charged in connection with her death.
Marcus Huntley, 20, of Cardiff, Melissa Quailey-Dashper, 39, of Leicester, and Joshua Gordon, 27, of Leicestershire, have been charged with murder.
Kistina Ginova , 21, of Leicestershire, charged with assisting an offender.
Tony Porter, 68, of Leicestershire, charged with murder and participating in the criminal activities of an organised crime group.
South Wales Police said: “They will appear at Cardiff Magistrates Court on Saturday.
“Detectives also arrested a 32-year-old man in Suffolk on Friday evening.”
Detective Chief Superintendent Ceri Hughes said: “Our team of detectives and specialist staff are continuing to piece together the circumstances behind Joanne’s tragic death and I would still urge anyone who has information, either about her death or what happened at the property in Llys Illtyd on Sunday evening, to come forward – the smallest piece of information could be of vital importance.”
