MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) opened its Regional Rehabilitation Center for Youth exclusively for girls in Consolacion town in Cebu on Friday. The facility is meant to provide dormitories, therapy rooms, activity areas and other services for girls in conflict with the law, the DSWD said in a statement.
