  • Grade 12 and NQF 6 in Office Administration, Management, Business Management, or Secretarial Diploma
  • At least 3 years’ experience in administrative support to senior management
  • Knowledge of legislation/prescripts, financial admin, and MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication, planning, and discretion

Duties:

  • Provide secretarial and reception services
  • Coordinate engagements and meetings
  • Manage information flow and budgeting support
