ONE of Ireland’s most depraved child rapists will be freed from prison this month, the Irish Sun can reveal.
Stephen ‘Rossi’ Walsh – a former member of Martin ‘The General’ Cahill’s mob – is being released after serving a five-month sentence for failing to notify Gardai of his new address.

And Walsh, 77, has so far refused to inform the Irish Prison Service of where he will be staying once he is freed from the Midlands Prison.
The sex beast was first released last November after serving almost 15 years behind bars.
He was first jailed for ten years in February 2010 for raping brave survivor Ruth Dunne – who waived her right to anonymity – when she was nine.
He received another ten-year sentence in 2011 for sexually assaulting a different woman when she was a child.
Following his release last year, he went on the run after failing to notify Gardai of his address.
But he was caught in Trim, Co Meath, in February and sent back to prison.
Gardai are now on high alert after being told he was being freed again at the end of the month.
One prison source said: “Rossi was only out for a few weeks when he failed to comply with his release conditions.
“He just can’t help himself getting into trouble and realises he doesn’t have the same support he once had.
‘LOT OF ENEMIES’
“He still has a lot of enemies and everybody thinks it won’t be long before he’s back inside again.
“Walsh has never shown any remorse for his crimes and is one of the most detested men in the prison system.”
The pervert is one of nine sex fiends being released by the Irish Prison Service this year.
They include six convicted for sex assault, one for possession of horrific images of children and one for sexual exploitation of a child.
Walsh, who is on the sex offenders register for life, has two days to inform Gardai of his location when he walks free.
