Apart from the on-screen rivalries and masterful takedowns in the MCU, fans also live for the stars’ banter during interviews and premieres. With Daredevil: Born Again being released, all eyes are on Charlie Cox, and he’s done some entertaining interviews for the show’s press tour.

On the other hand, we’ve all known the long-standing rivalry (in all fun and games) between Tom Holland and Anthony Mackie. So this, the man behind Daredevil has entered the chat, and his impression of Spider-Man has fans buzzing.
Charlie Cox’s Tom Holland impression: Devil of Hell’s Kitchen joins Anthony Mackie

In a recent video by LADBible, Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio, who we know as Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk, participated in a fun segment. They mimicked celebrities, cartoon characters, and superheroes and guessed each other’s impressions.
From Taylor Swift, Ron Burgundy, Iron Man, Henry Cavill, and even themselves, the actors did their best to scrape up whatever impersonating talent they had to play the game and make it fun for us. But Cox’s impression of Tom Holland was the one that caught everyone’s attention.
He nailed Holland’s pace of talking, his mannerisms, and even what the actor would typically say, like the bit where he fanboyed over Robert Downey Jr. This moment instantly reminded fans of Anthony Mackie, Holland’s arch-nemesis, who would be more than happy to see Cox’s mimicry and join in just to mock the Spider-Man actor.
Anthony Mackie’s revenge plan against Tom Holland

During the Seattle Comic-Con in 2018, Tom Holland famously mocked Anthony Mackie for not having a standalone movie (via Dexerto). But the latter isn’t one to forget, and he had been planning his revenge all along. So, while promoting Captain America: Brave New World, Mackie was asked if he was tempted to flex this achievement in front of Holland, and he said.
No. He did that on a very public stage, so I’m going to hold that till the premiere. I’m going to make sure that Marvel makes him come to the premiere, and then I’m going to sit him next to me, and I’m going to watch him watch the movie.
Now, we don’t know if he actually pulled that off, but it sounds like a plan that our new Captain America would happily execute. Cox’s impression and Mackie’s jabs aren’t just one-off moments, they are a reminder of the camaraderie and lightheartedness that makes the MCU so special. Now that both these actors are active in the franchise again, fans would be ecstatic to see them on screen, sharing playful banter while taking down the bad guys.
