MANCHESTER UNITED fans declared “get a grip” as they fumed at an ill-timed video released while rivals “are signing players.”
The Red Devils were hoping for a transfer revolution this summer after their dismal season under Ruben Amorim.

United have made just one signing in Matheus Cunha[/caption]
Things got off to a good start when they completed the capture of Wolves star Matheus Cunha after meeting his £62.5million release clause.
And United then immediately made a move to land another new face in Brentford forward Bryan Mbeumo.
However, the Bees rejected their offer.
It’s now been 42 days since that bid went in, with United having a second proposal turned down in that time.
And bar youngster Diego Leon, whose deal was agreed earlier in the year, the Red Devils are yet to make any further signings.
That’s despite also being linked with Botafogo goalie John Victor, who could replace the injured Andre Onana, and Real Madrid midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni.
At the same time, United’s rivals have been splashing the cash on big names as they prepare for fresh title challenges.
But Amorim’s side faced fresh anger from their fans with an ill-timed video on social media.

Just hours after Chelsea won the Club World Cup and Arsenal agreed a deal for Viktor Gyokeres, United posted a clip showing a lawnmower cutting the grass at their Carrington training ground.
The video was captioned: “Getting set for week two.”

And the uninspiring five-second snip did little to appease United fans as they reacted in the comments section.
One said: “Other clubs are signing players and we’re uploading videos of the ground being mowed, fantastic.”
Another declared: “Get a grip and sign some bloody players!”
One noted: “You know the transfer window is open right?”
Another added: “Cutting the grass FC.”
