Muireann hosted alongside her usual co-hosts Tommy Bowe and Alan Hughes.

The 41-year-old always puts her best foot forward when it comes to styling her TV looks – and today she knocked it out of the park.

The TV star took to Instagram before the show to share some snippets of herself getting ready backstage.

The popular presenter looked super summery as she sported a cool blue printed mini skirt and a soft black cardigan from Seagreen.

The gorgeous skirt has a funky frilly pattern on the hem which made for a cute girly look.

The cool mini also cinches at the waist which added to Muireann’s flattering silhouette figure.

And fans looking to add a pop of colour to their wardrobe this summer can purchase the Fancy Skirt Bleu from Seagreen for €109.

Muireann’s stunning black knit cardy is on the pricier side at €245 – the perfect investment for a capsule wardobe.

Of course the fashion didn’t stop there, as Muireann added a pair of patent black stiletto heels and a chunky gold necklace.

Of course, Muireann’s new cropped bob is the main character in all of her most recent TV looks.

I’m a traveller & plastic wrap EVERYTHING, down to my pelmets & the doormat – people say my home’s a joke but I love it

A TRAVELLER has come under fire after sharing how much she “plastics” in her home.

Natalie explained that she’s so focused on keeping her abode clean that she’s covered everything she can in plastic.

She even covered the doormat in plastic – to protect it from muddy shoes

She began her TikTok page by admitting “obviously I’ve got every single pelmet in my home plastic-ed”.

“They are dust collectors so plastic in them just makes it so much easier to wipe over,” Natalie added.

Moving onto the front of her house, and the doormat is covered in plastic, making it “easy to wipe over when everyone’s coming in with muddy shoes”.

Natalie – who actually sells the plastic rolls on her TikTok shop – concluded by showing that she has even covered her bed headboard and her kitchen island in plastic.

But lots of people in the comments section admitted they didn’t understand the appeal of plastic-ing.

“A doormat in plastic? Like what is the purpose of a doormat?” one person wrote.

“It‘s like wrapping towels in plastic!”

“Don’t get it,” another said.

“So it’s a show home not a house?” a third questioned.

“Hilarious… is this a joke?” someone else asked.

As another admitted: “This is my absolute nightmare!”

“I get the plastic wrap but not on the kitchen island,” someone else said.

“It’s easy to wipe clean?”

“It would get scratched if I didn’t put plastic on it,” Natalie said.

Others were more on board with Natalie’s approach, as they bombarded her with questions, such as how she gets her plastic so neat when covering things.

On the doormat, she explained that she just “wrapped it like you would a present and stick with strong tape”.

Facts on gypsy and traveller communities

Typically, gypsies is a term used to describe Romani people who migrated to Europe from India while traveller refers to a person with either Irish, Scottish or English heritage.

Around 300,000 Gypsy, Roma and Irish travellers are thought to live in the UK.

All three groups come from nomadic ways of life, however, as it is increasingly difficult to find land to live on, many are moving into permanent housing.

They place high value on family life and often live close together even after reaching adult years and getting married.

Often the men are the breadwinners of the family while the women stay home.

While many English gypsy girls are allowed to drink alcohol and go on holiday with their friends before they get married, their Irish counterparts are not.

As for cleaning the plastic, Natalie said that she “wipes over with any normal cleaning products”.

“I use bleach and Fairy liquid,” she added.

“I told my husband and he said I’m mad!” someone else commented on the video.

“Why do people not see the point of this?

“It makes absolute sense to me!”

“This is amazing and call me crazy but this is heaven,” another said.

“I want this so bad.”

Bizarre new seaside resort to open in the ‘Maldives of Europe’ and it looks like something from Squid Game

FOR any fans of Squid Game, this could be the holiday destination for you – unless you’ve seen how the series ends for the contestants.

In Albania, there is a plan to build a series of deep red villas whose design looks exactly like those in the Netflix dystopian thriller.

The designs strike an uncanny resemblance to Squid Game[/caption]

Designs reveal the Red Sol resort will be built into the cliffs on the Albanian Riviera, which has also been dubbed the ‘European Maldives‘.

The huge development will be in the town of Dhërmi and will consist of 19 beach front villas with a seemingly never-ending amount of geometric staircases and pathways.

Thanks to the striking colour, you will be able to spot this red resort from miles away, but if you thought the inside would be just as colourful, you would be wrong.

In contrast, the insides of the villas are a crisp white.

On the top of the villas will be rooftop pools and gardens that overlook the Ionian Sea.

For fans of Netflix’s Squid Game, the resort may look strangely similar, with its minimal detail, bold colours and square staircases.

In the dystopian thriller, a group of contestants find themselves in a large complex where they are tasked with competing in six rounds of South Korean children’s games.

The complex they find themselves in has child-like staircases in block colours and almost looks like a game of Tetris.

While the designs for the Red Sol resort have been revealed, it might be a while before you can stay there as it’s not even under construction yet.

Strangely, this isn’t the only resort to look like Squid Game.

There is another series of block-coloured villas in Alicante that look strikingly similar.

But actually, it’s not too much of a coincidence as both resorts use designs by the same man, Ricardo Bofill.

La Muralla Roja, which translates to The Red Wall, is in Calpe, Spain.

Ricardo designed the complex in the 1960s and it was fully constructed by 1973.

The apartments were said to have been the inspiration behind the Squid Game sets.

The La Muralla Roja has outdoor staircases, floors, terraces, and tunnels, with each step providing surreal views of open waters and is surrounded by trees.

It has been painted using red, blue, and pink paint, similar to the maze-like stairway seen in the thriller.

You can book to stay in La Muralla Roja on Airbnb and Booking.com and a stay in a one bedroom apartment will set you back £193 per night.

And it has received good reviews, one guest wrote on Booking.com: “In person it is even more amazing than I could gather from pictures: the place is extremely quiet and has a magical atmosphere at every time of the day and night: a feast for the eyes and the mind”.

The company bought out Irish PR firm Hume Brophy in 2022, with Varadkar confirming that he will join in April.

The firm works alongside major global companies, such as Microsoft, Google and JP Morgan.

Matt McDonald, CEO of Penta Group, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Leo Varadkar to our team.

“His deep commitment to evidence-based policymaking and strategic leadership aligns seamlessly with Penta’s mission.

“His experience at the highest levels of government will enhance our ability to provide data-driven advice and solutions to help our clients navigate today’s increasingly complex global environment.”

Varadkar worked as a medical doctor before moving into politics where he served as Taoiseach, Tanaiste and Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, Health, Social Protection, and Enterprise, Trade and Employment.

More recently, Varadkar took on a part time teaching and mentoring role at the Harvard Kennedy School Center for Public Leadership in the US.

Penta added: “As taoiseach across two terms … Mr Varadkar spearheaded major policy reforms and crisis management that have shaped Ireland’s strong global standing.
