And with a lick of paint, the room now looks great[/caption]

Natasha Jade, a savvy mum-of-three from the UK, explained that thanks to bunkbeds and a cheap buy from Wickes, she was able to give her kids some much-needed space – and all without having to sell her house and relocate.

Thrilled with her simple but super effective trick, Natasha took to social media to share it with others, leaving many open-mouthed.

Posting on DIY On A Budget, a private Facebook group with 2.2 million members, Natasha uploaded snaps of the bedroom, which has bunkbeds in the middle.

Alongside the post, Natasha wrote: “We used bunkbeds to divide a room.

“Cost £10 for the plywood, reduced in Wickes and the paint we already had.”

Natasha then confirmed that she lives in a three-bedroom house and has three children – her eldest daughter, 10, another daughter, six and a son, two.

Natasha told Fabulous that her six-year-old daughter, who has additional needs, was sharing the middle sized bedroom with her two-year-old brother.

But the young girl “wanted her own space”, which is why Natasha decided to move them into the biggest room and divide it into two.

Using plywood and a lick of paint, Natasha was able to give her little darlings their own space with much-needed privacy, despite sleeping in the same room.

And now, each side of the room has been decorated to suit each child, with the two-year-old boy’s ‘man cave’ kitted out with dinosaurs, cars and Bluey toys.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the room, in the young girl’s part of the room, she has a huge range of plush toys and books.

Not only is everyone happy now, but the divided room looks fabulous too.

Eight Easy DIY Tips & Tricks

I’m doing everything I can to stay alive – a new arrival has made me determined no to die, says Jeremy Clarkson

JEREMY Clarkson has revealed he’s overhauled his life after a new arrival left him ‘determined not to die’.

Jeremy, 65, shocked his fans in October last year when he revealed he had undergone emergency heart surgery.

Jeremy’s eldest daughter Emily welcomed her second child in December – and he adores being a granddad[/caption]

The Clarkson’s Farm star ended up having two stents fitted to improve the flow of blood to his heart, and since then he has had to make a series of changes to his diet and lifestyle.

Now in his latest column for The Sunday Times, Jeremy has revealed one of his biggest incentives for getting fit and healthy – his granddaughters.

Jeremy has two grandchildren via his eldest daughter Emily; Arlo Rose, two and Xanthe Fiadh who was born just before Christmas.

In his column, Jeremy spoke of his joy at being a grandfather and said of his grandchildren: “I have decided that it is so wonderful that I want it to go on for as long as is humanly possible.

“Which means I must do everything in my power to not die.”

He then went on to detail how he has tried to get fit on numerous occasions in the past, but hates the gym, doesn’t enjoy cycling and couldn’t get away with yoga.

Even his girlfriend Lisa Hogan tried to help and bought them “some kind of cage full of bars and straps and ingots” but it soon became a “dust trap”.

He liked to go for walks when he had the time or inclination, but admitted: “Michelangelo’s David burns more calories than I do when I’m out and about, so I continued to get fatter and more out of breath, and when you want to see your grandchildren grow up, that’s not good enough.”

But following his heart surgery, Jeremy decided to give Pilates a try and to his immense surprise, he enjoys it.

It’s helped by the fact that his Pilates teacher makes him laugh and the slow pace of the exercises involved suit him, but still achieve results.

He said: “What we’ve learnt so far is that my pelvis is so cockeyed I look like a broken shotgun, my legs are very “heavy” and that my fat can be made to hurt.”

Despite the slower pace of exercise, Jeremy admitted he regularly wakes up find his legs are stiff, even though he doesn’t feel like he had done very much.

But his teacher reassures him that he has and he added: “That makes me happy because so far I’ve relied on luck to keep me alive.

“But I’m in sniper’s alley right now and I have to work at dodging the bullets.”

Ex On The Beach star wanted in Spain for ‘large scale drugs trafficking’ after 180kg of cocaine is seized

AN EX On The Beach star is wanted in Spain over allegations of “large scale drugs trafficking” after more than 180kgs of cocaine was siezed.

Jack Fraser, 34, who also appeared in The Only Way is Essex (TOWIE), was labelled a “serious organised criminal” when he appeared before Westminster Magistrates’ Court.

He is wanted for charges in Spain after allegedly being involved in the trafficking of the narcotics.

Fraser denies the charges.

To his 43,000 followers on Instagram, Fraser is a doting dad to his 18-month-old son, a serious gym buff, and pal to stars like Ant Middleton.

But, CPS Prosecutor Andrew Held told the court Fraser was a big time drug dealer.

He said: “The allegation is he was involved in the trafficking of a very large quantity of cocaine, 184kg, which was seized from a boat called the Eulalia on November 15 2021.

“It is alleged by Spain he was part of a group who were involved in the transportation of these drugs and his role was provision of logistical support to other members of the group – he paid for accommodation and rented a house for the crew members.”

Held said Fraser had a “very significant incentive” to flee due to the charges and the potential to be deported to Spain if he was released from prison on bail.

Fraser, from Kent, is opposing extradition and appeared under his full name of Jacques René Fraser.

He is looking at a six to nine year sentence if convicted, the court was told.

Held said the UK prosecution case was that in March 2020, Fraser bought 6.85kgs of cocaine for around £180,000 with the intention to supply others.

He was arrested as part of the investigation into the use of the EncroChat encrypted mobile phone system used by thousands of criminals.

Westminster Mags also heard that Fraser is still awaiting sentence at Maidstone Crown Court for class A drug supply offence he was convicted of last April.

At Maidstone Crown Court on April 16 last year he pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply in the UK of a class A drugs between March 3 and June 30, 2020.

Although he had admitted that offence, he disputed the amount of cocaine involved.

That matter will be dealt with at another hearing on May 16 and Fraser can’t be extradited to Spain before that sentence.

Held said: “It’s significant and very much the same type of offending alleged by the authorities in Spain, very serious organised crime involving large quantities of drugs and large sums of money.

“It would appear Mr Fraser is an organised criminal and if released on bail I submit he would go out and commit further criminal acts.

“From the nature of the offending he has pleaded guilty to, he is a man involved in very serious cross border organised crime related to drugs and has significant funds and a significant network of connections which would make it much easier to flee the jurisdiction should he be granted bail.”

At a previous hearing in the British prosecution, on April 3 last year, Judge Robert Lazarus said it was the prosecution’s case that Fraser had acted as a “runner” for “kilogram quantities” of cocaine.

He said: “The Crown are going to contend this is category A, a significant role.

“That is a meaty sentence. The opportunity for him to escape immediate custody is pretty remote.”

Representing Fraser, Amabel Kerr, said he should be released on strict conditional bail, with a £12,000 surety to the court, as he has always complied with his bail conditions in the UK case.

She said: “There is no suggestion he was a fugitive when he left Spain as there were no proceedings at the time. The drugs were seized On November 15, but he left on November 13.

“He asserts he had no part in the alleged (Spanish) offending and was not in Spain when the alleged offending occurred.”

She said his partner was reliant on him financially and he was due to have surgery regarding a leg injury from a motorbike accident over two years ago.

Judge Stephen Leake refused bail saying £12,000 was not enough, given the amount of drugs involved, and adjourned the case for 28 days.

The court heard Fraser has various driving convictions dating back to 2013.

In July 2020 Fraser avoided a prison term after he admitted dangerous driving and aggravated vehicle taking after ramming a stolen BMW into a pursuing police car at a time when he had already been banned from driving.

He was spotted by officers in Kent in the powerful 4 Series 425d vehicle on 21 September 2018 – a month after the car had been stolen.

The pursuit started in the village of Betsham, near Southfleet, Kent, and only ended when he crashed on the A2 slip road in nearby Ebbsfleet, after ramming the Kent Force’s vehicle.

He then tried to flee on foot.

In July 2020 he was given a 15-month jail sentence suspended for two years with 250 hours of community service and banned from driving for three years, with compensation and costs to pay.

He appeared in the 2017 series of the popular MTV “celebrity” dating show where contestants were reunited with old flames, often leading to fireworks.

Fraser was reunited with former girlfriend ex-TOWIE star Nicole, leading to dramatic scenes when blond Frankie Spong, who he was accused of cheating with, entered the show.

He and Nicole briefly rekindled their romance after the series.
