Love Island star Chuggs’ real name revealed – and unique reason behind nickname
CHUGGS Wallis is one of the latest Love Island All Stars bombshells – but that isn’t his real name.
The 26-year-old had a short stay during the 2021 series of Love Island, arriving on day four and being dumped two days later.
But he’s back as an All Star and fans might not be too surprised to know Chuggs isn’t actually his name.
He was born Oliver George Lee Wallis and previously revealed where his unique nickname comes from.
On a date with Sharon Gaffka during his first time in the villa, Chuggs was asked to tell all.
He said: “Chuggs, yeah good question. It was going to come at some point. It’s better to get it out of the way now.
“So it is my nickname, Chuggs, like a baby name, cuddles and hugs.”
Chuggs return comes hot on the heels of Samie Elishi storming the villa as a bombshell.
And during last night’s episode one boy made it clear his head wouldn’t be turned by stunning Samie.
Ronnie Vint sent fans wild as he confessed he’s “in love” with Harriett Blackmore.
Reacting to Ronnie’s confession, one person said: “Sorry, can we just backtrack to Ronnie immediately saying he’s in love… I thought that was quite sweet of him tbh.”
Another added: “Ronnie making it clear that he’s not an option and he’s in love, I love down bad men.”
“Ronnie is really pushing this ‘in love’ thing out of nowhere. And this is why Harriet has a small ick,” penned a third.
A fourth then said: “A new bombshell comes in and ronnie immediately tells her hes in love??? this is a changed man fr.”

PEP Guardiola was left “disappointed” with Kyle Walker after he went to Manchester City chiefs to push for an exit this January.
The England right-back reportedly bypassed manager Guardiola to seal an initial six-month loan move to AC Milan.
Pep Guardiola was reportedly left ‘disappointed’ with Kyle Walker[/caption] Walker went to club chiefs to request an exit to AC Milan[/caption]Walker, whose Milan deal includes an option to buy, approached City director of football Txiki Begiristain to push through a move.
After City smashed Salford 8-0 in the FA cup on January 11, Guardiola told media that captain Walker had “asked to leave the club”.
Walker admitted during his Milan unveiling that he felt “very uncomfortable” telling Guardiola he wanted to quit City.
And Guardiola was left “disappointed” by the way the 34-year-old went about it, according to The Athletic.
The City boss felt as though he had a close relationship with the defender, who should have gone to him first amid the team’s struggles this season.
In total, Walker only started nine of City’s 23 Premier League matches this term, as 20-year-old Rico Lewis began creeping above him in the pecking order.
Midfielder Matheus Nunes was also used at right-back in certain games and Walker felt that he could no longer cut it at City.
Walker has aspirations to get back in the England setup under Thomas Tuchel and therefore is keen to still play at the highest level.

The right-back’s glittering seven-and-a-half year spell at Man City has ended – for now at least.
Milan have the option to permanently sign him for less than £5m in the summer.
Walker came close to leaving after City’s Treble win in 2023 when Bayern Munich wanted to sign him.
He has lifted six Premier League titles, two FA Cups, four Carabao Cups, the Champions League, Super Cup and Club World Cup a the club.
In his absence, Ruben Dias has been promoted to second captain, behind Kevin De Bruyne.
Guardiola gave a frosty answer when asked on Friday if Walker would be missed, saying only that his captain “decided to leave”.
Walker was immediately thrown into the deep end on Sunday as he started in the Milan derby, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
Walker’s wife Annie Kilner and their kids flew out to Italy ahead of the crunch clash.
Meanwhile City hit the panic button and spent £182million on five players to try and rescue their season.
It was the second-highest spent in a winter window from a Prem club, with Chelsea‘s record still standing at £275million in 2023.
City brought in Eintracht Frankfurt’s Omar Marmoush in a £59m transfer, followed by Palmeiras‘ Vitor Reis for £29.6m and Lens’ Abdukodir Khusanov for £33.6m.
Before Monday’s deadline, they secured the arrival of FC Porto‘s Nico Gonzalez by splashing out £50m, while Juma Bah was immediately loaned out to Lens.

Man Utd star Tyrell Malacia joins Champions League side in loan transfer and could face Arsenal
TYRELL MALACIA has completed a loan move away from Manchester United.
The defender will spend the rest of the season at Dutch outfit PSV Eindhoven.
Tyrell Malacia has left Manchester United on loan[/caption]Malacia, 25, will now feature in the Champions League and could come up against Arsenal.
The Dutchman could face the Gunners if PSV overcome Juventus in the play-off round.
Malacia may never return to Old Trafford for the Red Devils as PSV have the option to make his move permanent in the summer.
Manchester United will also have his wages fully covered by PSV during the length of the loan.
The defender was expected to leave the club in January, but his exit was thrown into doubt after a move to Benfica collapsed.
He joined the club initially in 2022 and showed promise in his debut season with 39 appearances.
However, Malacia then picked up a lengthy injury and missed the 2023-24 campaign.
After finally regaining his fitness this season and the appointment of Ruben Amorim, he went on to play eight times.

But the manager opted to let him leave the club after the January arrival of Patrick Dorgu.
The Danish left-back joined Man United from Lecce in a deal worth £25million.
He has put pen to paper on a contract worth £40,000-per-week which is the third lowest in the squad.
Meanwhile, Malacia has insisted he is aiming to win more than one trophy with his new club.
He said: “I’m happy to be here. Finally playing good football again.
“I am coming off a long injury, but by now I am fit and know that my time will come again.
“In every tough period there are also positive elements and in this case that is that I have become much stronger physically and mentally.
“I have more patience, am more mature, know my body better and things like that.
“I’m ready to pop and hopefully win several prizes with PSV.”
