She took to Facebook to share the deal in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, so that other mums and dads could also take advantage.

“Didn’t think this was bad, £3.99 from Aldi, don’t know how much it should have been,” she wrote, alongside a picture of the bed in the box.

She also shared a screenshot of a similar air bed in Argos, which costs £35, but also comes with a pump.

The Adventuridge airbed is “suitable for camping, travel and sleepovers”, and can hold people up to a maximum weight of 22.7kg.

“Whereabouts please? I’m after one of these,” one person asked in the comments.

To which Danielle replied: “This was Silsden in West Yorkshire, was the last one.”

“These are fab! I brought 2 for a sleepover and they worked perfectly,” another wrote.

“I got it at full price, it was £9.99 so even at full whack was a bargain,” a third commented.

“I bought one about a month ago for £7.99 and thought it was a bargain then!” someone else said.

“These are really good i got a similar one off amazon,” another wrote.

“I paid £9.99 for one for my granddaughter,” someone else commented.

“Pumped it up with car pump – she loves it as it is a slide as well apparently!”

“My daughters 6 and absolutely loves it, just bought it for her to relax in cos I thought it was a bargain,” another added.

“Aw no way I ordered this today for £18 for camping, bummer,” someone else said, tagging a friend as they added: “Keep eye out and I’ll return it!”

Coronation Street and Emmerdale slash episodes in huge soap shake up amid ITV budget cuts

ITV is dramatically slashing its soap schedule as Coronation Street and Emmerdale struggle under a cash crisis.

Corrie currently airs for three hour-long episodes a week, whilst Emmerdale is four 30 minute episodes and one hour-long.

Now just five 30-minute episodes of each show will air.

A source said: “Soaps are incredibly important to ITV and this is about preserving their longevity for the future.

“There has been a super squeeze in production costs and it was necessary to make changes but Corrie and Emmerdale both remain integral to ITV .”

They will screen a “soap power hour” as two back-to-back 30 minute episodes.

It will also air later in the day.

Insiders at the channel say it will help make both Emmerdale and Coronation Street more “streaming-friendly”.

It comes after a string of big name stars quit Coronation Street and many have called out the budget crisis which has left them struggling to make ends meet.

The new structure will launch with a huge stunt on both soaps.

A source added that ITV will still broadcast more hours of soap each week than any other channel.

Currently, Emmerdale airs six episodes per week, Monday to Friday with a double episode on Thursdays.

Coronation Street also airs six episodes per week, spread across Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with two episodes each night.

Schedules can sometimes change due to special events or seasonal adjustments.

‘Some people don’t see it’ – Stephen Hendry opens up on health condition that forced him into snooker retirement

STEPHEN HENDRY has opened up on the wrist condition that caused him to retire from snooker.

The Scottish snooker icon, 56, hung up his cue last summer after turning down a two-year tour card.

This was the second time Hendry had call it quits, initially retiring in 2012 before returning in 2020.

The seven-time world champion struggled to achieve big results upon his return, calling it a day amid frustration with his performances.

Opening up on his snooker exit, he said: “Let’s be honest, I wasn’t pulling up any trees, was I?

“I was a little bit surprised with how good the standard was, but I’ve just got so many other work commitments, I won’t be able to dedicate enough time to practising.

“I know the game inside out, I still know all the shots, but unfortunately the body is not performing like my brain wants it to.”

Hendry then opened up on suffering with “the yips”.

The yips involves involuntary muscle spasms and can affect players in other sports including darts and golf.

Hendry added: “If I didn’t have the yips and I could play, I would still play.

“I can’t go through the ball properly and I can’t wait at the back.

“There are certain shots I know I can’t pot and they can be the easiest pots in the world or easy positional shots. I hate it.

“I don’t know where it came from. Some people don’t see it but it’s horrible and that’s why I retired.”

It was long believed that suffering from the yips was always down to performance anxiety.

But further research has shown that it can be linked to a neurological condition called focal dystonia.

Hendry now works as a commentator and pundit for the BBC.

Jake Paul reveals Tommy Fury is harder puncher than Mike Tyson but brands Love Island star ‘an airhead’

JAKE PAUL revealed Tommy Fury punched harder than Mike Tyson – but aimed a dig at his boxing rival.

Fury became the first and so far only to defeat YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul – winning their celebrity grudge match in 2023.

Paul has won five times since then – most recently against returning heavyweight great Tyson.

And the 11-1 American said it was Fury who hit harder than Iron Mike and ex-UFC champion Tyron Woodley – who he twice beat.

Paul said on the All The Smoke Fight podcast: “Probably Tommy. I think more so his timing, right?

“I think timing is more important than anything. Like, Tyron was strong, Mike Tyson was strong, but Tommy had better timing and placement of punches.”

Paul, 28, beat Tyson, 58, over eight shorter two minute rounds with over 100 MILLION tuning in to watch on Netflix.

But 2019 Love Island star Fury was originally offered the bout – only to turn down the $8million (£6.4m) deal.

And Paul pointed the blame at Fury’s dad and coach John.

He said: “He was supposed to be the original person on Netflix and he thought he was worth more money. His ‘dadager’ is a f***ing idiot.

“It’s bad and I feel bad. He is somewhat of an airhead and he’s listening to his father who is also an airhead.

“And so, he’s going to turn down the biggest payday of his life, the most viewed fight of his life and just ego. It’s just typical boxing.”

Fury, 25, has boxed just once since victory over Paul, beating KSI, 31, in a controversial decision in October 2023.

He then underwent hand surgery and was due to return in January against ex-UFC star Darren Till.

But Fury pulled out after Till threatened to KICK him in the head.
