I starred in porn with Bonnie Blue & what you see on-screen is nothing like the reality… she must stop 1,000-men stunts

THEY have both made hundreds of thousands of pounds as porn stars, bedding countless partners along the way.

Now former adult entertainer Katy Bampton has a stark message for pal Bonnie Blue, following her recent world record-breaking sex session with over 1,000 men.

Katy, who grew up in North Wales but now lives on the island of Koh Samui in Thailand, performed in a sex video with Bonnie and another man at the end of 2023.

However, after quitting the industry last year, she fears the star’s attention-grabbing stunts will not only take a toll on her friends’ physical and mental health, but set a terrible example for young women.

Katy, 32, said: “The whole OnlyFans world is so fake. Women faking orgasms, everyone faking being happy, I just wanted out.”

She added: “I know this is something Bonnie’s wanted to do for a while. But having worked in the porn industry for years and come out the other side, I also know there will be real costs to Bonnie’s wellbeing.

“Having sex with over 1,000 strangers, it’ll create a massive disconnect between her mental wellbeing and her body, the trauma and negative energy from this will become embedded in her, particularly in the tissues around her pelvis.

“It’s likely that in a couple of years she’ll realise the impact this has had on her feelings of self-worth, her confidence, her ability to maintain a meaningful relationship – and I want her to know I’ll be there for her when that happens. I can help her heal.”

Like Bonnie, Katy earned a six-figure income from her adult videos, but she has left that world behind to set up a wellbeing business to help women overcome sexual trauma and “achieve real, meaningful relationships – and orgasms”.

She adds: “Apart from Bonnie’s wellbeing, I’m really worried about the message this will send to other young people out there about sex, especially young girls who are thinking about doing OnlyFans videos to make what can seem to be easy money.

“Sex with a stranger can lead to depression, anxiety, your body and nervous system become broken and frazzled.

“It can lead to a fear of intimacy, not knowing who you really are. Your body stores all those emotions until you have this moment of self-realisation that you’re deeply unhappy and can’t forge meaningful relationships.”

“Believe me, I’ve been there!”

Casual sex warning

Katy says the idea that “random sex is fun, it can lead to happiness, it’s just… wrong”.

She explains: “OnlyFans has created this massive industry which simply didn’t exist before, with hundreds of women who’ve made a load of money, but lost sight of who they are.

“Then, when they want to get out, they can’t. They don’t know anything else, and men don’t accept their past life.”

She says the women doing the videos now are getting younger and younger – and worries they don’t know what they’re going into.

Katy said: “Bonnie always seemed to me to be really balanced, grounded, with-it, and I’m so worried about her now.

“This mad competition that’s started between her Lily Phillips, it’s sending out all the wrong messages. I simply can’t imagine that having sex with over 1,000 men back-to-back can have been enjoyable.”

Katy, who admits to sleeping with over 75 partners – male and female – says she was friends with ‘the majority’ of them beforehand.

“There was almost always some friendship there to start with, some degree of trust and a relationship of sorts, but towards the end I just didn’t want it anymore – I craved meaningful sex, a family, all that stuff you don’t envisage wanting when you’re younger.”

Drugged-up parties

Now devoutly celibate, Katy was born and brought up in North Wales before leaving the UK for France age 18, where she qualified as a personal trainer.

In 2018 she then moved to Australia’s Gold Coast, for the climate and to focus on becoming a professional CrossFit athlete.

Also gaining qualifications as a nursery worker, it was in 2021 while babysitting for a couple that she was invited to her first swingers’ party.

Here, she met Australian porn star ‘Robbie Oz’ and the two quickly became a couple and got married.

“Before I knew it, I was going to drug-fuelled swinging parties, then started acting in the videos myself,” she said.

“It was a whirlwind, I don’t quite know how a kindergarten worker like me became a porn actor, but at the time it felt like a blast, the best time ever.”

It was around this time that she and fellow Brit Bonnie crossed paths.

“It’s a small industry, and we got on really well,” Katy said. “After we made the video, we went for drinks a few times, swapped numbers and kept in touch.

“Bonnie seemed really grounded, really with-it, and I loved having her as a friend. I’d regularly ask how she was doing, what she was up to.”

But a few months after making the X-rated video with Bonnie, Katy says she had an ‘epiphany’

Change in ways

Having tied the knot and then become a celebrity sex couple – making over £50,000 a month from their racy videos, with close to 100,000 social media followers – Katy and Rob went their separate ways.

“I loved the ride, the buzz, Rob was and is a very special person, but just over a year ago I had an epiphany that I’d lost myself, my mind, my soul,” said Katy.

“It had been coming for a while – I thought there has to be more to life than making porn videos and living in a Playboy mansion.”

“I told Rob I’m done with this, packed my bags and left.”

Having “fallen into the porn industry without really thinking”, Katy had decided to spend six months celibate and sober at a spiritual retreat in the Thai jungle.

“I basically did a whole bunch of woo-woo modalities, cleansing and healing my body from all my previous sexual interactions,” she said.

Bonnie has said she will do more challenges since sleeping with 1,000 men in 24 hours[/caption]

With traditional Thai medicine and the help of a shaman, every day she meditated and refocused on her next path.

She said: “After about a year, I qualified as a somatic sexologist, helping women and couples connect with their sexual energy and the emotions of their body to achieve stronger relationships and real orgasms, not the fake nonsense you see on places like Pornhub.

“I wanted to create something real and meaningful from my experiences – but as a trained educator, I wanted to help people sexually become happier, better, stronger.”

When she came out of her retreat, Katy had a plan – run online workshops, couples retreats, even one-to-one sessions through her ‘School of Sensuality’ – a ‘place and platform where women can build relationships with themselves and their bodies’.

How YOU can have better orgasms

As a seasoned sexologist, one thing Katy knows about is how to have a good orgasm. Here she gives her tips to help women have the best climax possible.

Know yourself – “We’re all completely different, so self-exploration is key. Know what turns you on, experiment with touch, what brings you more pleasure. Try stronger, firmer, earthy, even barely touching at all – and try different parts of your body, like your feet, your scalp, your neck. Know yourself so you can direct your partner.”

Communicate – “Don’t expect your partner to automatically know what to do, where to go, how fast. Don’t be shy about kinks – we all have them! Try new positions, outfits, mix it up, but just tell your partner what’s working, what your fantasy is. Life’s too short to keep quiet.”

Change pace – “It’s not a race, slow down for better, deeper pleasure. Be present to give you and your partner time to appreciate each other. It’s so common for couples to rush things – double the time to double the fun.”

Forget the bed – “Foreplay starts way before you get anywhere near the bedroom. Women especially – men too, though – need an emotional connection beforehand to really enjoy sex and enjoy amazing orgasms. Have a date night penned in once a week, prioritise hugs, laughing, kissing, even holding hands. So much of sex is about anticipation, desire, small touches, not penetration.”

Hold your breath – “So often when I’ve seen people have sex, they hold their breath! Don’t! That holds all your sexual energy in one place. For full-body orgasms, take long and deep breaths, 4 counts in, 4 out, and really feel the arousal. This gets rid of any tension or tightness and allows your body to communicate with itself.”

“I cover topics like having a low libido, a fear of intimacy, getting over sexual trauma, fear of men, confidence while dating – and for those couples who are in a happy relationship, I teach them how to have the most incredible, genuine, loving sex.

“I mean, I’ve had 75 partners, I’ve been married to a massive international porn star, I’ve seen enough to know what works and what doesn’t.”

She and Rob both now live in Koh Samui, but live separately – Katy insisting they remain very good friends, despite no longer being compatible as a married couple.

“Rob’s very proud of me, and we had a great time together, but people evolve, you learn, adapt, change,” she said.

“Rob’s moved across into managing OnlyFans models, so he’s found a new path, too, we’ve both found a new passion, which is great.”

Internet cleansing

Katy had most of her porn videos scrubbed from the internet but says she has no regrets[/caption]

Is she worried about the 150-plus videos she and Rob made and put online?

“I paid a team to help me take as many of those videos down as possible, but there are still a few out there we can’t access,” she said.

“I now know one other focus for me is having a family, a long-term partner who’ll be a great dad to our kids, and I definitely don’t want that stuff out there when that happens!

“But I’m not ashamed of my life, we all learn and grow. I’ve had one brief partner since leaving the jungle, but I’m celibate again until I find a man who could be that dad.

“Mind you, I’m still open-minded, and I’m not shutting any doors. But everything happens for a reason, and this is where I am now, and it feels great.”

“Real, valuable sex education is so limited, and I pride myself on being a light for others. The internet can offer the worst possible guidance to young girls, and I want to correct that, helping young women – and their partners – have healthy, happy sexual experiences.”

“I’ve helped around 100 people now with my School of Sensuality, with around 300,000 social media followers, so the message is getting out there.”

“I want Bonnie, Lilly, anyone who’s had any negative sexual experiences, to know I’m here, I can help.”

Dark side of pornography

Like every industry, the pornography business has a darker side.

Suicides, drug overdoses and human trafficking form a seedy underbelly, which recently has made headlines in both Europe and the United States.

In January last year, porn star Thania Fields was found dead after sharing that she had experienced “sexual abuse” at the start of her career in porn.

She said at the time: “I have suffered sexual harassment and abuse after starting to create adult content. It’s very strong.

“Many thought that by hiring me they could do what they wanted with me, but then I came home, took a bath and cried.”

Recently deaths in the US include star Angelina Please, Dahila Sky and Olivia Lua.

Former director Tommie McDonald tells us he left the business after being confronted with some horrifying situations.

He says at least two models he knows off killed themselves while he was still producing, and many more simply seemed to disappear.

He said: “Over the years working in the industry, suicides were sadly fairly common.

“Often Eastern European women are brought into the industry at the hands of traffickers and forced into filming porn under threats of violence.

“It’s hard to work in this industry and not have your morals shift because so much goes on.

“I’ve also heard of rape allegations against top producers and suggestions that people have been drugged on set before filming.

“It was also commonplace for a bit in Europe that talent would forge clear tests so they could still work even if they had contacted something.

“There was a HIV outbreak in Europe about five years ago, which thankfully changed the way testing was done.”

Family ‘concerned for wellbeing’ of missing man, 27, last seen 11 days ago as Gardai plea for public assistance

GARDAI have issued an urgent plea for the public’s help in a bid to find a missing man – who hasn’t been seen for nearly two weeks.

Luke Price was reported missing from his home in Mountkennet, Limerick City on January 14.

The 27-year-old was last seen at approximately 9pm on Tuesday evening, January 14.

The man has been described as approximately 6ft in height with a slim build.

And Luke has auburn hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black coat, blue jeans and black boots.

Cops said that his family are “concerned for his well-being”.

They are appealing to anyone with information on Luke’s whereabouts to contact them.

A garda spokesperson said: “Anyone with information on Luke’s whereabouts is asked to contact Henry Street Garda Station on 061 212 400, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.”

Separately, Gardai has issued an urgent appeal in the search of Hanni Binti Hanif, who hasn’t contacted her family since last year.

The 25-year-old was reported missing in Cork City last Sunday – and her family are “concerned for wellbeing”.

Gardai are seeking the public’s help in locating the 25-year-old who was last in contact with her family in Malaysia in December 2024.

Her family have not heard from her since then and there has been no other forms of communication made by Hanni.

This has left her family deeply “concerned for her wellbeing”, and prompted Gardai to launch an investigation into her whereabouts.

Originally from Malaysia, Hanni is described as being around 5 feet 4 inches tall, with a medium build, black hair and brown eyes.

She is a student at Griffith College Cork, and her last known address is in Cork city.

And authorities are hoping someone in the public may have information that could help track her down.

URGENT INFO PLEA

Gardai are now asking anyone who has seen Hanni or knows where she may be to get in touch with Anglesea Street Garda Station in Cork city.

Alternatively, the Garda Confidential Line is also available – and individuals can contact any Garda station with relevant information.

Along with the appeal made by cops, the Malaysian Embassy in Dublin has issued an alert for the missing woman.

In a statement, the Embassy of Malaysia in Dublin said: “The Embassy of Malaysia in Dublin seeks the cooperation of Malaysians in Ireland who are acquainted with Miss Hanni Binti Hanif, whose last known address is in County Cork and who was previously a student at Griffith College Cork.

“Kindly contact the Embassy of Malaysia in Dublin at +353 (01) 6677280 or the Duty Officer at +353 (85) 1600096. Embassy of Malaysia, Dublin, Ireland.”

I found terrifying ‘are you thick’ note & deflated tyre after morning dog walk at popular park… I could have died

A DOG walker said her life was ‘put in danger’ after a stranger left a nasty note on her car and let down her tyre.

The woman had been visiting Baggeridge Country Park, Dudley when her motor was targeted on a residential street.

Rude note left on a car: "Are you f***ing thick?"
BPM
The driver was shocked to find an abusive note on her car windscreen[/caption]

“Are you f****** thick?” was scrawled in large capital letters on a napkin and her tire had been let down.

She’s parked her car on a street near the popular beauty spot for a brisk walk on the morning of Christmas Eve 2024.

Left shaken up by the incident, she told Birmingham Live: “I was shocked to find the note left on my windscreen and worst still, to find my tyre let down.

“It was really upsetting to think some had let my tyre down and deliberately tried to endanger my life and cause me to have an accident in the process. My wing mirror was pushed in too.

“This was also criminal damage. I know other people park on Fir Street to use Baggeridge too.”

Fir Street is a residential road within walking distance from the park.

It is not known if the woman had parked in an obstructive way, but according to the Highway Code, all road users are technically entitled to park outside houses.

The Highway Code, paragraph 207, asks that people DO NOT park their vehicle where it might cause an obstruction to other pedestrians or road users, and cites the example of not parking in front of another person’s driveway.

In essence, while there are certain rules and regulations under the Highway Code relating to parking on public highways, mostly it’s a matter of common decency and courtesy.

This comes after a couple who live in a van have discovered a way to avoid parking fines.

Ric and Keira discovered a “loophole in the system” when it comes to parking in supermarket car parks.

In a video on their YouTube channel, Touring With The Kids, the couple summarised the method and showed how seamless it has made their living.

Dad Ric described how frustrating it can be to try and use supermarket car parks as many typically have time restrictions.

But by downloading and quickly signing up to a popular app, the pair have managed to find the perfect “hack” to help find places to stay overnight.

The app, YourParkingSpace, lets you book time across many public car parks, including supermarkets.

It has over a million downloads from the Google Play Store and a rating of 4.2 from over 7000 reviews.

It has been a game changer for the family as they can now avoid fines and time restrictions for “next to nothing”.

For their overnight stay in the video, the couple said it cost them just £2.50 to stay in the car park.

YourParkingSpace allows booking at more than 700,000 spots across the UK, including supermarkets such as Asda, Sainsbury’s, and Tesco.

It works similarly to other parking apps like JustPark, with YourParkingSpace also allowing bookings on private driveways.

Even at the time the TV abode could be considered pricey for just three residents in a prime location.

But Friends fans discovered during the series that Monica and Rachel paid just $200 a month in 1994, which is equivalent to $426 today – £347.

It was thanks to Courney Cox’s character’s grandmother, who left her a rent-controlled lease.

The figure, collected by QR Code Generator, is based on a similar property in West Village Manhattan.

Elsewhere in New York, Carrie Bradshaw’s apartment from Sex and the City is now worth £3,613 a month in today’s prices.

Coming back across the pond, Del Boy and Rodney’s Peckham flat from Only Fools and Horses would cost approximately £2,545 now.

To buy a three-bed similar home in the area, house hunters would be set back £587,000 compared to paying just £30,000 in 1981.

Lee Mack‘s house from hit BBC sitcom Not Going Out has served as a backdrop for their everyday life, located in the London Docklands.

To rent an apartment in the area today would see you fork out a approximately £1,944 per month.

Going back to the US and Sheldon and Leonard’s place in The Big Bang Theory would cost £2,567 for a two-bed.

The duo’s condo was based in the fictional Los Robles Apartment Building which was also home to their friend Penny, who was played by Kaley Cuoco.

Moment Marco Silva snaps at reporter over question ahead of Fulham’s clash against Man Utd

MARCO SILVA was in no mood to discuss the dire form of Manchester United ahead of Fulham’s Sunday night clash with the Red Devils.

The Fulham boss shut down questions regarding United’s poor form and insisted that he was asked about his team rather than their opponents ahead of the Premier League bout.

Silva was asked about Ruben Amorim’s comments regarding his side being the ‘worst Man Utd side in history’[/caption]

Silva didn’t want to be pulled into questions that he felt could disrespect his opponents before their visit to Craven Cottage tomorrow.

After being asked about Ruben Amorim’s criticism of his team as being the “worst team in Man Utd history”, Silva snapped.

He said: “As I said before, we are here to talk about Fulham vs Manchester United.

“If you want comments about Man Utd and if you want comments about what people are saying then you have to ask different people and a different manager, not me”.

Silva refused to engage in any open criticism of Man Utd despite a second attempt from the reporter to compare Fulham’s form with United in recent weeks.

He added: “We are going really, really well. It’s not because of the position of Man Utd. Sorry.

“Talk about ourselves. You want to talk about ourselves. You mention the position of Man Utd and I was a little bit confused”.

When Silva was probed one more time to comment about Fulham sitting above Man Utd in the table, he immediately cut off the reporter and refused to discuss his opponents any further.

CASINO SPECIAL – BEST CASINO BONUSES FROM £10 DEPOSITS

“No, sorry. Sorry to interrupt you. We are in a very good position because we are doing really well.

“Nothing related to the position of Manchester United. We are doing really well and we are in the position we are because we have been strong enough and we have been competitive enough.

“And if you are there it doesn’t matter what is the team that is below us or above us. We are there because we deserve to be in a different position.

“But it’s about ourselves not about the position of the team we are going to play against. I repeat again, I have massive respect for them.”

Fulham are currently three places and seven points ahead of Ruben Amorim‘s Man Utd side in the Premier League table.

While their form has seen them lose just once in their last 11 games in all competitions – a stark comparison to Man Utd who have lost five of their last nine games across all comps.

Amorim was left fuming after his side fell to a 3-1 defeat the hands of Brighton last weekend, labelling his team as “the worst team maybe in the history of Manchester United.”

While he was also involved in a furious outburst in the dressing room, ultimately damaging the TV used to display tactics ahead of games during his emotional reaction.

Asked what led to the outburst after united’s 2-1 win over Rangers, he explained: “I didn’t think, that’s why. I’m a young guy and sometimes I make a mistake.

“That’s why I don’t [usually] speak after the game. This game, I needed to talk and maybe it was a mistake.

“Then I get more nervous and go to the [press] conference really nervous and say things you should not say.

“I don’t promise I will not do it again. I don’t know, but I’ll try to improve”.

I’m a mum-of-three and trolls slam me for living in a tiny shed – but I don’t care, I’m mortgage and debt free

A MUM-OF-THREE has revealed that people make fun of her for living in a tiny shed, but she doesn’t care.

Savannah, who lives in Texas, US, won’t listen to those who critique her lifestyle, after she decided to move out of the 1,800 sq ft house in the city that she once lived in for a converted 600 sq ft shed in the country instead.

But Savannah was keen to clap back at trolls who ‘make fun’ of her and don’t agree with her frugal lifestyle[/caption]

Now, the self-confessed ‘crunchy mum’ is not only mortgage free, but debt free too.

Posting on social media, the red-haired beauty, who adopts a ‘slow’ and ‘frugal’ way of living, shared a clip as she posed outside her tiny home.

She wrote: “When someone makes fun of me for living in a shed but I’m mortgage free.”

Clapping back to the trolls who don’t agree with her minimalist life, Savannah mimed along to a viral TikTok audio that said: “Not everybody fits in the bad b***h genre. It’s a genre.”

She also then added: “Your opinion is not my reality”.

But whilst Savannah’s custom made shed, which she bought from a family friend and has a living area, kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms, isn’t the biggest, it is in fact surrounded by lots of land.

Savannah explained: “We bought 26 acres with my parents! We would have bought five-10 acres probably if it was just us. There’s lots of land in Texas.”

The mum-of-three then went on to explain that her tiny shed has a full-size fridge and freezer, as well as a full-size stackable washer dryer in the bathroom.

And whilst they have to make adjustments to accommodate guests, she stressed that “it’s not unfair” on her children, who “still have their decorations…plenty of toys, and a regular full-size twin bunk bed.”

She revealed: “We live in a shed house, and yes, we still love to host. We just may sit on the floor so you can take the sofas.”

Keen to set the record straight with the haters, she claimed: “I may not have a typical “house” but I have a home.

“If you want to keep paying a mortgage and interest, go for it. Been there, done that, not for me.”

Do I need planning permission to convert my shed?

CONVERTING an existing shed or outbuilding into a self-contained living space will usually require you apply for planning permission.

However, there is a “loophole” Brits can use to convert outbuildings into a tiny home without permission.

Planning expert Martin Gaine from Just Planning warned the conversion process is far easier than you may think.

Speaking to The Sun, the Chartered Town Planner of 14 years’ experience explained: “An outbuilding can be built using ‘permitted development rights’, meaning it does not need planning permission.

“As long as you comply with the various restrictions and conditions.”

One of these is that the outbuilding can only be used for something ‘ancillary’ to your main living accommodation – examples include storage, a gym or a pool room.

If the outbuilding is existing, converting it then into primary living accommodation IS allowed.

Martin explained: “This is because internal changes to an existing building are not considered to be development at all under the Town and Country Planning Act.

But like anything, there is one catch.

The new living accommodation must still have some connection with your use of the main house.

For instance, if your gran is living out there, she must still come into the house to eat.

The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @thehotmesshomestead, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly amassed over 8,600 likes.

But whilst people haven’t always been kind to Savannah about her shed home, many social media users were ‘jealous’ of her debt free lifestyle.
