Inside The Factory’s Cherry Healey reveals terrifying moment man tried to force way into her car as she warns fans

TV Presenter Cherry Healey has shared the terrifying moment a man tried to force his way into her car.

The Inside The Factory host posted a video on Instagram admitting her fears that “things are getting worse” for women as she opened up about what had gone down.

Talking to the camera while sitting in her car, Cherry said: “I questioned whether or not to share this, but I often don’t, for rightly or wrongly.

“But I think sometimes it’s important to share things like this so that if it happens to someone else, they don’t think they’re alone.”

Admitting she didn’t want to be “seen as a fear monger”, Cherry explained: ” I just dropped my friend off at the tube station, I could see she’d gone out. She’d got to the side of the road. It was all fine.

“A guy approached my car door, and luckily I’d just central locked the car really quickly, and he started to try and get into the car.

“I was like, No go away!”

“I’m sharing this particularly because it’s in the middle of the day, broad daylight,” she adding, noting she did nothing to provoke the situation.

“Sometimes you hear people saying, you know, what was she wearing? You know, was she out in a bad she had a few drinks? Was she walking through the park late at night?

“If someone attacks you, it is not your fault. It’s nothing to do with you. I was in my car middle of the day.”

“In fact, can I ask you, do you feel like it’s getting worse at the moment?” she asked her followers. “If so, do you have any hypothesis as to why this is happening?

“I feel like there’s more shouting, more cackles, more attempts to kind of approach in an aggressive way. I would not go for a run after the sun went down for all of the money in the world right now.”

Asking if she was “fear mongering” by sharing her experience, fans were quick to share their support in her comments, at times even sharing their own similar interactions.

Kate Lawler wrote: “This is awful I’m so sorry lovely 😢

A fan shared: “My 14 year old daughter was grabbed by an older boy in school recently. It’s the Andrew Tate issue. They think they can do what they like.”

Another agreed and added: “This happens all the time. Lock the door all day every day.”

“It’s not just London. Something similar happened to me at a motorway services in Nottinghamshire,” noted a third. “I was on my way to a work meeting, wearing trousers and a blazer (but that doesn’t matter) and was followed to my car.

“He told me to open my window so he could speak to me (I said no), asked if I was single, and stood in the way so I couldn’t leave the parking space until he realised my no really did mean no.

“This all happened on the other side of a hedge from a police station. Take care out there everyone.”

“I absolutely feel like it’s getting worse. It feels like there’s some really angry men out there who want to remind women that they are in charge,” said a fourth.

ESB confirm 228k Irish homes without power DAYS after Eowyn won’t get compensation

THOUSANDS of hard hit households won’t be eligible for compensation despite being without power for a week.

Historic Storm Eowyn brought gale force winds of 180kph and caused widespread power outages and business closures last week.

If you are without power for over 24 hours, you can be entitled to compensation in some situations – but storms are not one of them
Micbael O'Sullivan

A total of 768,000 ESB customers lost supply on Friday as Storm Eowyn ripped through the country – and thousands remain without power today.

ESB teams have been working tirelessly to restor supplies for households and business.

Crews have restored electricity in 438,000 premises as of yesterday afternoon.

But they are still desperately racing to restore power to 250,000 customers but the company has confirmed to the Irish Sun no compensation payments will be given.

A spokesperson told us: “In exceptional cases such as storms or extensive disruption to electricity supplies, we cannot offer this.”

In some situations, it is possible to claim compensation for electricity outages.

Under the ESB guide titled “Our 12 Service Guarantees To You” the company outlined their restoration guarantee.

The ESB said: “Even with the best will in the world, faults will
sometimes occur in our electricity network and you may be without supply.

“If this happens, please let us know immediately. We’ll do everything possible to restore your supply quickly.”

The company said their aim is to restore supply in under four hours in 95 per cent of cases.

But if you are without power for 24 hours after notifying them of your outage, you can claim compensation.

You can claim €65 if you are a domestic customer or €130 if you are a business.

And you can then claim an extra €35 for every extra 12 hours that you are without power.

In order to claim your payment under this guarantee, you should contact them within one month of the supply failure.

And if you lose power supply but notice that your neighbours still have power, the team recommends that you check your fuses and trip switch.

If these are ok, it may be the Main ESB fuse that has failed.

You should contact the ESB immediately.

The document states that they will call to you free of charge within three hours if you call them between 8.30am and 11pm.

Calls after 11pm are guaranteed to receive a call out before 11.30am the following morning.

If the ESB fails to meet these guarantees, they will pay you €35.

And the company has an extra guarantee for paying you.

The document said: “ESB Networks aims to provide you with an ever improving standard of service, and our Customer Service Guarantees are specifically designed to ensure this.”

The ESB guarantees to send you a cheque within 10 working days.

But if they fail to do this, they will pay you an additional €35.

Meet Vicky Pattison’s husband Ercan Ramadan

ERCAN Ramadan is a former builder turned TV personality, who married Vicky Pattinson in August 2024.

His superstar wife will be the focus of a groundbreaking new show named Vicky Pattinson: My Deepfake Sex Tape, which will see her create and release her own AI-edited sex tape.

Whirlwind romance

Ercan was born on September 6, 1993, and gained fame as a cast member on the hit TV show The Only Way is Essex.

Before finding fame on TOWIE, he had spent years working as a builder and labourer.

In 2019, Ercan revealed that he had been approached to join Love Island in 2019 but decided to turn down the opportunity.

He had started dating Vicky that same year, so he wanted to respect his relationship with her.

Ercan and Vicky moved in together in August 2019, after dating for just eight months.

They split briefly in 2020 before reconciling, thanks to attending couples therapy together.

Vicky revealed that they split because they “making each other happy”, before realising that they were wrong.

In November 2020, during an interview with Closer, Vicky opened up about their relationship.

She said: “We’re probably closer than a couple who have been together for less than two years should be, but I’m really happy with him.

“I’m just pleased to see that the more I learn about him, the more I love him. I’m a very lucky bug.”

Fairytale proposal

In February 2022, Vicky announced that Ercan had proposed to her in Dubai.

She took to Instagram to say: “I choose you and I’ll choose you over and over without pause, without a doubt, in a heartbeat… It’ll always be you.

“To our forever @ercan_ram.”

She also shared an image of her ring, with the caption, “I do…

“Sorry guys, I don’t want to bore anyone with engagement spam… but I’m just not over this beautiful moment, my beautiful man or this beautiful ring…

“Thank you all for your incredibly kind messages… We’re on cloud 9.”

In 2022, she also started the process of freezing her eggs and said that she wanted to be “transparent” about how it works.

She said that she received “some really horrible messages” in response to going public with her choice, but remains convinced that there are “many different routes to motherhood”.

Tying the knot

Ercan and Vicky finally married in London on August 24, 2024.

They tied the knot at Marylebone Town Hall, in an event attended by Faye Winter, Pete Wicks, Ferne McCann and Danielle Armstrong.

After marrying, they honeymooned in Italy.

My Deepfake Sex Tape

Vicky will star in a Channel 4 documentary named Vicky Pattinson: My Deepfake Sex Tape.

The show sees Vicky creating her own deepfake porn video before releasing it on social media.

She hopes that the show will show how “vulnerable all of us are” to online abuse.

Opening up about the moment that she posted the video, Vicky said that she felt she was at the “point of no return”.

She said: “What struck me most was how helpless I felt once it was released – it gave me a glimpse into the powerlessness victims experience.”

Vicky had told Ercan about her plan to make the controversial series just a month into their marriage.

Speaking about the impact that the video had on their relationship, Vicky said: “I understand that — this hasn’t been very nice for my family.

“I don’t think this is how we pictured the first six months of our marriage.

“Ercan was there for me a lot.

“He features in the documentary but he had his limits, so I was mindful of that.”

But moments after the doors closed on the Metro, she found herself surrounded by a gang of groping men.

After finally breaking free and getting off the train, she found out one of the disgusting individuals had performed a sex act on her clothes.

Brave Larah revealed the full story in a video – which she filmed “two minutes after it happened” – telling her 40,000 Instagram followers: “I was going to the Milan match and you guys won’t believe the s*** that happened.

“There were some disgusting men who were leaning on me, so I was elbowing them, I was avoiding them… but we were all crowded together so it was really difficult to avoid them.

“And one disgusting guy really did the worst thing to me.

“I got off the train and hadn’t noticed anything, but a Spanish couple told me ‘you have something on your trousers’.

“I look at my hands… I was disgusted. I can’t think of it without getting the shivers.

“I don’t know how not even how it happened… basically the person behind me had [performed a sex act].

“I have no words… I had to dry my hands. These guys gave me tissues to dry myself as I was all wet.”

A traumatised Larah continued: “I’ve never been through something so disgusting.

“I still feel dirty.

“I would really like to forget this thing but I want to tell you because I hope it never happens to you. I really have no words.”

Captioning her video, Larah urged victims to unite, while defiantly vowing to find her assaulter.

She wrote: “Before the MILAN – GIRONA match this s*** happened…

“I want to get this to as many people as possible to always have an extra eye of attention wherever you go.

“Unfortunately sometimes even with a thousand eyes it is not possible to stop certain actions…

“But we can all unite to have more control and strength against this s***…

“I hope to find you and to spread your face everywhere.”

Larah confirmed in a comment to her original post that she had contacted the police, claiming to have six eye-witnesses – three of whom can attest to what they saw on her trousers.

Ireland hope to complete an unprecedented hat-trick of Six Nations titles and get their hands on the iconic trophy on March 15 – even with Andy Farrell stepping aside to focus on the British and Irish Lions.

The 2025 event gets underway in Paris on Friday night when France host Wales live on ITV.

The BBC’s first match will be on Saturday when Scotland take on Italy at Murrayfield.

And that will see Gabby Logan in the presenter’s hot seat.

Logan – who will join Mark Chapman and Kelly Cates in replacing Gary Lineker on Match of the Day from next season – is the Beeb’s rugby lead.

The experienced broadcaster, married to ex-Scotland rugby international Kenny Logan, said: “The Six Nations always brings unforgettable drama, passion, and incredible skill, and I’m so excited to see which players and teams will rise to the occasion this year.

“It’s a competition like no other, and we’re ready to bring it all to life for our audience.”

Logan will be joined on screen by a team of stellar pundits including Martin Johnson, Sam Warburton, John Barclay, Chris Paterson, Jonathan Davies, Danny Care, Tommy Bowe, Sergio Parisse and former referee Nigel Owens while Andrew Cotter is the main commentator.

But the ex-Red Rose skipper – plus former France star Ben Kayser – have both been dropped.

ITV, meanwhile, have recruited Eddie Jones to be part of their panel of pundits which also features Jonny Wilkinson, Maggie Alphonsi and Brian O’Driscoll.

Four of England’s five matches are being shown live on ITV – including their opener in Ireland on Saturday.

The BBC’s only England game is their final round under the closed roof of the Principality Stadium on ‘Super Saturday’ on March 15.

Wales confirmed they will have the retractable roof across for all home fixtures for the next two years to guarantee conditions and boost the red-hot atmosphere.

TV gypsy Danny Cooper locked in bitter £2m row with his own DAUGHTER after she ‘forged his signature to steal his house’

TV GYPSY Danny Cooper is locked in a bitter £2million legal fight with his own daughter over claims she faked documents to secretly lay claim to his beloved home.

Cooper, who starred in the Channel 5 documentary Here Come The Gypsies, accuses Tracey of forging his signature to secretly transfer the property into her name.

He says she even kicked him out of the property.

Cooper, a former strawberry farmer who used to run one of the biggest horse drives in Britain, has now launched a legal case to win back the sprawling house he lost in 2023.

In court papers seen by The Sun he accuses his daughter of obtaining the house in Totton, Hants., by “fraud or reckless misrepresentation” and wants it returned into his ownership.

His lawyers say his daughter took advantage of his inability to read or write and signed the crucial deed document transferring the property solely into her name.

They add: “Ms Cooper forged his signatures on the deed without his knowledge and/or consent in order to effect the transfer of the entire property to herself for no consideration.

“She knew that Mr Cooper had not signed the deed and had no knowledge of it, that he did not wish to transfer her the property in full or at all and/or had not instructed or authorised the said transfer to be made.”

Mr Cooper, who was suffering from cancer and depression, was later turfed out of the property by his daughter.

The court documents add: “After his cancer diagnosis, Mr Cooper was prescribed heavy medication and anti-depressants, and struggled to think clearly or to get out of bed.

“He was therefore particularly vulnerable to exploitation.

“Ms Cooper knew and understood that Mr Cooper did not wish to transfer more than half the property to her.

“Nevertheless, without informing Mr Cooper or gaining his authorisation or consent, Ms Cooper instructed alternative solicitors that her father wished to transfer the entire property to herself as a gift and to prepare the documents necessary to effect said transfer.

“Mr Cooper was induced to sign the deed by the fraudulent and/or reckless misrepresentations of Ms Cooper.”

Mr Cooper, who continues to receive electricity bills for the property, wants the £2million home back, his daughter evicted and the deed corrected.
