Missing head of decapitated model’s boyfriend ‘still not found’ as Beauty & The Geek star, 34, charged with murder

A FORMER Beauty and the Geek star has been charged with the murder and decapitation of her boyfriend — as cops desperately search for his missing head.

Julian Story, 39, was reportedly found burnt and dismembered on the bathroom floor of an apartment in Port Lincoln, southern Australia.

Officers made the grim discovery last Tuesday after responding to reports of a small fire.

His girlfriend, Tamika Sueann-Rose Chesser, 34 — a model and reality TV star — was arrested two days later under the Mental Health Act and charged with murder.

Detectives have launched an urgent public appeal to help locate Mr Story’s missing head, which was allegedly removed after his killing around midnight on June 17.

Detective Superintendent Darren Fielke told reporters on Friday: “While I won’t provide any further detail about that at this time, I can tragically say that we have not recovered the head of Julian Story.

“I can only imagine, and I want you to imagine, the grief this news is causing Julian’s family.

“Recovering Julian’s head to return it to his family so they can have a peaceful outcome, have a funeral and lay him to rest is a really important aspect for us.”

Police have circulated CCTV footage and stills of a woman alleged to be Ms Chesser strolling through Port Lincoln hours after the alleged murder.

The woman was seen with three dogs — dressed head-to-toe in black with a head covering, cops said.

Officers hope locals might spot something that could lead them to the missing remains.

“I’m appealing to local residents to review CCTV or dash cam footage which they may have, which may assist the investigation,” Supt Fielke said.

Court documents reveal officers found Ms Chesser sitting in the back garden of the property “in a catatonic and unresponsive state” before arresting her.

She’s also been charged with disposing of human remains to pervert the course of justice and assaulting a police officer, The Telegraph reports.

So far, police say there’s no obvious motive, with Assistant Commissioner Ian Parrott admitting there were still “a lot of unanswered questions” in what he described as a complex crime scene.

In court on Friday, a suppression order protecting Ms Chesser’s identity and banning publication of the alleged circumstances of Mr Story’s death was lifted.

The ex-reality star, who appeared via video link, has been denied bail and remains under a mental health detention order ahead of a committal hearing set for December.

Ms Chesser’s sister, Kiya-May, claimed her family is shattered by reports she’d been charged with murder.

They told Daily Mail Australia: “Please report how my sister is in a mental psychosis… This is not her… She would never do these things.”

She added her sister had suffered “a life of trauma and abuse, and now this – it has fried her brain”.

Meanwhile, Mr Story’s grieving family has thanked police, emergency workers and the community for their support during what they called an “unimaginable loss,”.

“Your care has brought comfort amid the chaos,” they said.

Neighbours have also recalled how they tried to tackle the blaze, unaware of the horror inside.

Local resident Jody Miller told 7News: “It’s devastating. This doesn’t happen in a small town like Port Lincoln.”

He added he’d seen the couple before, saying: “She seemed normal, she was good.”

It comes as eerie footage emerged of a woman believed to be Ms Chesser reportedly standing topless at the Port Lincoln war memorial wearing a wedding veil, just days before her arrest.

The bizarre clip showed the woman silent and motionless at the Garden of Remembrance while holding what appeared to be a sharp object — an unsettling stunt filmed by a horrified bystander.

Jake Paul uses fear of being KO’d to motivate him as he bids to tee up world title shot by beating Julio Cesar Chavez Jr

JAKE PAUL admits he uses the fear of being knocked out as motivation – as he bids to set up a shock world title shot.

And Paul has boasted how victory could land him a ranking – teeing him up for a controversial world title challenge.

But he is always one defeat away from his boxing empire coming crashing down – and he bears that in mind constantly.

Paul, 28, told SunSport: “I think definitely I use a bit of like fear and what people say as motivation, inspiration.

“But mostly I try to focus on the love and proving myself right and challenging myself at this point.

“Because I’ve already exceeded my expectations of what I was going to do in this sport and so everything else here is is a win, right?

“Like, I’ve built my whole entire dream life, businesses, companies, so really I’m just playing with house money now.”

Paul admits he plays the role of boxing bad guy – a villain act that has helped earn him over $100MILLION (£73m) in the ring.

He said: “To conduct the orchestra, you must turn your back on the audience. So, I know what I’m doing, I’m just playing a game.

Jake Paul vs Julio Cesar Chavez Jr

JAKE PAUL’S controversial boxing career rolls on this weekend with the Problem Child facing boxing royalty in Anaheim, California.

Paul will face Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, a highly-decorated former world middleweight champion.

The Mexican, 39, has fought just once in the last four years but has the best boxing resume of any fighter to step into a ring with Paul – bar Mike Tyson, who was aged 58 at the time they fought.

“People want to tune in to see me lose or the doubters, all of this stuff.

“But, at the end of the day, there’s just as much love that, and that’s what I focus on.”

Paul returns for the first time since November when he beat Mike Tyson – who controversially returned aged 58 in front of 100m Netflix viewers.

And he dropped TWO STONE to scale back down to the 14st 4lb cruiserweight limit of 200lb to face 39-year-old Chavez Jr.

Paul has claimed the WBC and WBA plan to rank him in victory – putting him in line for what would be the most unlikely of title shots.

He said: “I think it’s back to the drawing board after this, especially depending on what the WBC and WBA rank me after I win.

“If they rank me in the position where I can go for a world championship, then we’re gonna try and get that done.”

Paul – who has called out Anthony Joshua to fight in a British stadium – knows his brags of fighting for a world title will rile up boxing fans.

He knows it is also why plenty will pay the pay-per-view fee in the hope he gets silenced in the the ring once and for all.

But the prankster-gone-prizefighter said with a grin: “Thank you for the attention and your opinions, and that’s what I’m drawing out of you.

“You’re my puppet and I’m the puppeteer.”

‘It’s been awful’ – Dan Evans breaks down in tears during Wimbledon press conference and feared letting people down

DAN EVANS broke down in tears as he recalled the long and winding roads he has taken to reach Wimbledon.

The Brummie, 35, has competed in random outposts in Thailand, Portugal, Bahrain, UAE, Italy, Czech Republic and France to boost his world ranking.

Evans is set to play Novak Djokovic if he beats Jay Clarke in round one[/caption]

This has meant playing several Challenger-level events in front of just a few fans to ensure he did not slump too low and into obscurity.

Wildcard Evans, who is 170th on the ATP list, is not planning to retire just yet.

But he became emotional when he talked about his fear of potentially letting down his close family and friends and if he was no longer good enough to compete on a tennis court.

Wiping away the tears, Evans said: “It’s not the matches. It’s when you feel like you’ve let people down, that’s the tougher thing about it.

“You’re not used to losing, that’s probably more of the thing.

“I don’t worry about retirement but it’s just different isn’t it?

“To start losing, it’s scary at the end of the day, to know sometimes you’re not good enough.

“It’s not an easy thing in sport to not be good enough. I don’t know why I’m so emotional about it.

“I guess I’m pretty proud of the last four or five months and how they’ve been.

“They’ve been difficult and I’m happy to have come through the other side.

“I don’t ever struggle to go and play tennis. But I did wonder, ‘Why are you doing this?’

“That’s when you need good people around you. It’s been awful basically, I played poor, but it’s going in a better direction.

“I’m not scared of hard work. I’m more than happy to play the Challengers.

“It’s just when you shut the door at night and you wonder what other people are thinking? What’s your wife’s thinking?

“Is she thinking, ‘Come on, mate, give this up?’ Or your dad, your parents? It’s not a conversation you have very often. ‘Is this the right thing?’

“The last few weeks have been good to see that I’ve still got it because it’s easy to say you believe it. But it’s got to happen otherwise you drop down the rankings.”

In round one, Evans is up against Derby-born Jay Clarke on Tuesday in one of two all-British ties and the winner will likely play Novak Djokovic next.

It is hard to ignore the shadow of the Serbian but Evans can draw on memories of losing in three sets to Roger Federer in 2016.

The former British No.1 said: “About 9,000 people have messaged me about it.

“Do you think we don’t have phones? It’s a bit like when a boxer’s got a big fight in front of them and he can’t overlook it.

“Jay Clarke will be looking at it and I’ll be looking at it. There’s a nice match in the second round on a very big court.

“I want to win that match not just to play Novak but to get a crack at him. It’s a great incentive.

“I’m really looking forward to Tuesday first but to get a chance to walk out probably on Centre against a guy who’s hardly lost here.

“I’ve done it against Roger Federer. It would be a good little prize at the end of a good grass-court season.”

American group confirm secret Glastonbury set as they tease fans with big clue

HAIM have finally confirmed they are one of the secret acts at Glastonbury Festival.

The American sister trio will be hitting the Park Stage at Worthy Farm tonight at 7.30pm after weeks of speculation.

As well as the BBC posting a photograph confirming the news, the sisters – Alana, Este and Danielle – shared a video of them getting ready for the weekend, donning sunglasses and wellingtons.

The band has long been considered a glaring omission from the Glastonbury line-up, particularly considering their new album, I Quit, dropped this week.

They were also already confirmed to be in the UK in time for the festival, performing a headline show at Margate’s Dreamland on Friday.

As a result fans had been speculating for weeks that they would make an appearance in some form.

It was initially believed they were the band ‘Patchwork’ that will be appearing on the Pyramid Stage at 6.15pm – with the name being the title of a book by novelist Sylvia Haim.

However, that is now widely believed to be Pulp in a comeback after more than a decade away from the festival – and nearly 20 years since they were on the Pyramid Stage.

Secret Sets have become a Glastonbury staple, and as the festival prepares to take a “fallow” year next year, they are making sure 2025 is one to remember with more than 42 ‘TBA’ slots on their line-up.

So far, Lorde opened the Woodsies stage on Friday with a secret set, shutting down the grounds it was on due to the amount of fans descending to the smaller stage.

Celebrating the launch of her album, Virgin, the New Zealand singer played the record in its entirety to the crowd.

Lewis Capaldi also left fans in tears when he was confirmed to be the mysterious “TBA” set on the main Pyramid stage, returning two years since his last performance saw him remove himself from the spotlight completely.

Franz Ferdinand couldn’t resist playfully jabbing at Lewis’s return, with the fellow Scotsmen bringing out “the Original Capaldi” for their set in the shape of Doctor Who Peter Capaldi.

Sets have also been forced to change at the last minute – with Deftones announcing that, due to illness, they would be unable to perform on the Other Stage tonight.

In their place, grime star Skepta was pulled in at the eleventh hour to take to the stage, and will be going on at 9pm, with Ezra Collective slightly extending their set as well to fill the time left behind by Deftones.

Former Arsenal wonderkid ‘banished by Ajax over WHATSAPP and told only to arrive at training ground when pals have left’

CHUBA AKPOM has been brutally axed from the Ajax first-team over WHATSAPP, according to reports.

The former Arsenal star is one of seven players who have allegedly been told to find new clubs this summer.

Akpom, 29, is on a list with Carlos Forbs, Borna Sosa, Kristian Hlynsson, Christian Rasmussen, Jay Gorter and Branco van den Boomen.

Club bosses want to sell the seven players to raise funds for new arrivals.

According to De Telegraaf, Akpom and co will not even be allowed to use the field and gym facilities until AFTER the first team has had lunch.

The Dutch giants technical director, Alex Kroes, messaged each of the affected players and told them they would not be welcome at the club after Sunday.

Furthermore, their car parking spots have been taken away and there is now only one physiotherapist available between them.

Sun Sport has contacted Ajax for comment.

It comes as part of a brutal cull by new boss John Heitinga.

The 41-year-old left his role as Liverpool assistant last month to take up the job.

He made more than 200 appearances for the Eredivisie outfit as a player before spells as the reserve team boss and interim head coach.

Arsenal academy graduate Akpom joined Ajax from Middlesbrough in 2023 for £10.5m.

After struggling for minutes at Ajax this season he joined Ligue 1 side Lille on loan in the winter transfer window.

He recently opened up on how he laid awake for days after receiving an offer from Saudi Arabia when he was with the Championship outfit.

Akpom told LavieCutz on TikTok: “Before I signed for Ajax, I received an offer from Saudi Arabia.

“I barely slept for five nights. When you hear that there is interest in you, it is different than when you actually see it on paper.

“Then all kinds of things happen in your body. Everything starts to itch. I lay awake for days. My girlfriend and I were lying in bed thinking about everything.

“You’re about to get a certain amount of money, but you don’t have it yet, but in your head, you’re already spending it.

‘It’s so obvious’ – Fans convinced Max Verstappen’s Red Bull future is doomed after ominous Christian Horner interview

FANS are convinced Max Verstappen will jump ship from Red Bull to Mercedes after watching Christian Horner’s gloomy interview.

Merecedes boss Toto Wolff sensationally confirmed on Friday that his team have held behind closed doors talks with the four-time world champion.

Christian Horner, Red Bull Team Principal & CEO, in an interview.
Red Bull boss Christian Horner was asked about Mercedes’ fascinating comments about Max Verstappen’s future

And after Verstappen finished P7 in qualifying in Red Bull’s home race in Austria, Horner was asked about Wolff’s incredible admission.

Horner, who promoted Verstappen to F1 in May 2016, tried to play-down the ongoing speculation linking the Dutchman with Mercedes.

The British team principal told Sky Sports: “It’s a lot of noise. I think Max gets quite annoyed by it and we’re very clear with the contract that we have with Max until 2028.

“Anything is entirely speculative that is being said, but yeah we tend not to pay too much attention to it.”

Wolff said ahead of qualifying, where George Russell secured fifth place, that there was “very little probability” of Verstappen joining Mercedes – at least not for 2026.

Russell, meanwhile, is still waiting for a contract extension, with the winner of the Canadian Grand Prix a fortnight ago having emerged as a reported target for Aston Martin.

Horner cheekily added: “I can imagine that George is frustrated he hasn’t been given a contract yet. But that’s between him and his team.

“But the situation with Max we know clearly where we’re at and obviously as does Max, so everything is subject to noise and within any contract it remains confidential between the parties.”

CASINO SPECIAL – BEST CASINO BONUSES FROM £10 DEPOSITS

But fans have been left unconvinced with Horner’s attempts to dismiss Verstappen’s exit rumours as baseless paddock gossip.

One wrote on X: “After that interview with Horner, it’s so obvious that Max is going to join Mercedes.”

A second said: “Somehow this interview with Horner is not convincing me everything is well and jolly behind the RB curtain.”

Another added: “Horner sounds like a beaten man.”

Verstappen is contracted with the Milton Keynes-based outfit until 2028 but is understood to have clauses in his contract that could result in an earlier departure.

Wolff has long targeted a move for Verstappen, before picking rookie Kimi Antonelli as Lewis Hamilton‘s replacement during the off-season.

Russell, who is out of contract at the end of the season, was the first to say his team have been talking to Verstappen about signing a deal for 2026.

The Brit, 27, also suggested on Thursday that his contract talks had been delayed by the ongoing talks with Dutchman.

Austrian GP qualifying result

  • Top 10: Norris, Leclerc, Piastri, Hamilton, Russell, Lawson, Verstappen, Bortoleto, Antonelli, Gasly
  • OUT in Q2: Alonso, Albon, Hadjar, Colapinto, Bearman
  • OUT in Q1: Stroll, Ocon, Tsunoda, Sainz, Hulkenberg

Pushed on whether he would set a deadline for Verstappen to decide on joining Mercedes, Wolff confirmed “conversations behind closed doors” were ongoing.

Wolff said: “You make it sound like we have been asking, ‘when do you want to join and what are the terms?’ That’s not how it is and how it works.

“I want to just have the conversations behind closed doors, not town halls.

“We have two drivers that have been in our programme a long time, drivers that I’m perfectly happy to have, drivers that will do great in the future of the team. So, it’s a bit different a situation.”

Meanwhile, Horner could consider replacing Yuki Tsunoda with Racing Bulls youngster Isack Hadjar, as the Japanese star suffered Red Bull’s worst-ever qualifying position at their home turf, after finishing 18th.

Fury as Glastonbury crowd chants ‘death to the IDF’ during Bob Vylan set aired live on BBC

GLASTONBURY crowds chanted “Death to the IDF” and “Free Palestine” while led by punk duo Bob Vylan at the festival.

The English group, based in London, were streamed live by the BBC as they led the chant.

They performed directly before controversial group Kneecap.

Video posted on X heard the crowds chant along with Bobby Vylan, the singer and guitarist, and Bobbie Vylan, the drummer.

The pair use stage names to maintain their privacy.

The footage first hears the band members and crowds chant “Free free” before Bobby says: “Have you heard this one though?

“Death, death, to the IDF.”

The crowds then parroted the chant back at him.

It comes after the Irish language rap trio Kneecap had a string of recent incidents including one of its members being charged with a terror offence.

Kneecap also shared an image of a “terror group” T-shirt before leading a Glastonbury crowd in another “free Palestine” chant.

Balaclava-clad rapper JJ O Dochartaigh was seen in an X post wearing the top, which refers to the anti-Israel campaign group Palestine Action, amid British government plans to make it illegal to join the organisation.

Home Secretary Yvette Cooper has the power to proscribe any such group under the Terrorism Act of 2000 if she believes it is “concerned in terrorism”.

Festival organisers announced just prior to the band’s set at 4pm there was “no access” to West Holts – the stage where Kneecap performed – following warnings it may have to lock down part of the site due to surge fears.

It comes after the BBC confirmed it would not be broadcasting the Irish trio’s performance live following Sir Keir Starmer saying they should be banned from appearing altogether.

However, the set was streamed elsewhere on social media.

Kneecap frontman Liam Og O hAnnaidh was charged under the Terrorism Act last month after allegedly displaying a flag in support of proscribed terrorist group Hezbollah while saying “up Hamas, up Hezbollah” during a gig in Kentish Town, north London, in November.

A BBC spokesperson said today: “As the broadcast partner, the BBC is bringing audiences extensive music coverage from Glastonbury, with artists booked by the festival organisers.

“Whilst the BBC doesn’t ban artists, our plans ensure that our programming meets our editorial guidelines.

“We don’t always live stream every act from the main stages and look to make an on-demand version of Kneecap’s performance available on our digital platforms, alongside more than 90 other sets.”

The band themselves addressed a post on X to “a chairde Gael” – which means “Gaelic friends” – in which they said they’d been contacted by the “propaganda wing of the regime”.

The post added: “They WILL put our set from Glastonbury today on the I-player later this evening for your viewing pleasure.

“The crowd expected today is far greater than West Holts capacity so you’ll need to be very early to catch us father….VERY EARLY”.

A festival statement released earlier today warned: “Kneecap will draw a large audience for their 4pm West Holts show.

“If you’re not planning to see them, please plan alternative routes around that area.

“If you do plan to attend, listen to stewards, and please have some other entertainment options in mind in case the field reaches capacity and we need to close it as part of our crowd planning measures.”

Earlier this month Og O hAnnaidh – who also performs under the stage name Mo Chara – and bandmates Naoise O Caireallain and O Dochartaigh – were mobbed by hundreds of fans outside Westminster Magistrates’ Court.

He was released on unconditional bail – and is due at the same court on August 20 for the next hearing.
