During the episode on Monday, June 30, things weren’t just heating up across the UK — temperatures were also rising on Love Island due to the sexiest heart rate challenge on the show ever.

And the following day, things are set to get even hotter — two more bombshells, including Ryan Bannister will explode into the Love Island villa.

Shakira receives a text while relaxing by the fire pit, telling her and Toni that a brand-new male bombshell is waiting to whisk them both away on a first date.

As they dance and celebrate, Shakira exclaims: “Talk about perfect timing!”

Dejon gets a text as well, explaining that a new female Bombshell is also getting ready to make herself known to him and Conor

After they all get dolled up, they head to a beautiful location with stunning sea views to get to know the new bombshells over a glass of bubbly.

Here’s everything we know about the new female bombshell — Bilikis Azeez.

Who is Bilikis Azeez?

Bilikis Azeez is a 28-year-old content creator from Dublin who has entered Love Island as a bombshell.

She goes by the name Billykiss on Instagram and boasts over 80,000 followers as of July 1, 2025.

Bilikis mainly posts glamorous pictures depicting her everyday life and travels.

She describes herself as “very unpredictable”, with a personality that can shift from bubbly to moody — depending on the day.

Bilikis is confident in her individuality and isn’t afraid to stand out, both in her approach to relationships and her personal interests.

Joining Love Island

After a decade of single life, Bilikis decided to take a bold step by joining Love Island, admitting that what she’s been doing outside the villa hasn’t worked for her.

I’m here to bombshell, so you’ve got to do what you’ve got to do

She sees the show as a unique opportunity to break her dating rut and potentially find the serious relationship she’s been seeking.

“Bilikis said: I’ve been single for ten years and what I’ve been doing on the outside world hasn’t worked, so why not try Love Island?”

What is Bilikis after in a man?

When it comes to romance, Bilikis is clear about her preferences.

She said: “Someone tall who’s good looking, but not too good looking, and that’s confident, assertive, knows what they want and is serious about me.

The newest female bombshell as made it clear that her biggest ick is someone who’s childish.

Bilikis added: “A red flag is a guy who has too many female friends. Or a guy that can’t take accountability, listen or communicate.

“A green flag is a guy who is a great listener and committed.”

Asked who she is interested in, she said “Dejon and Conor, ” adding: “I’m here to bombshell, so you’ve got to do what you’ve got to do.”

Beyond her search for love, Bilikis brings a unique international perspective to the villa.

She speaks Mandarin and lived in three different countries during her studies.

And the best part?

No fancy ingredients or extra equipment is needed.

It is a bargain way to enjoy fresh, fluffy bread without breaking the bank.

Ingredient prices set to rise again

This comes after shoppers were told to watch their wallets in the second half of 2025 with costs expected to rise by over four per cent, trade experts have warned.

Food prices are set to soar once again with bread, eggs, cheese and butter all being hit hard after the Budget tax hikes.

Breakfast items have been most notably hit by the skyrocketing costs to produce food in the UK.

Cereal and coffee prices are set to steadily rise in the coming months as well as the staple such as breads, egg, cheese and butter.

Breakfast items have already faced rising prices in the past after it got drastically more expensive in January.

Food prices rose another 4.2 per cent with the return of punishing inflation after the Budget’s business tax hike.

The price of basic groceries also jumped by record levels as farmers, food manufacturers and retailers passed on the higher costs caused by pandemic supply chain disruptions and the energy crisis.

Supermarkets including Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and Marks & Spencer have all warned that shoppers will face higher prices because of higher taxes in the Budget.

How to save money on your food shop

Consumer reporter Sam Walker reveals how you can save hundreds of pounds a year:

Odd boxes – plenty of retailers offer slightly misshapen fruit and veg or surplus food at a discounted price.

Lidl sells five kilos of fruit and veg for just £1.50 through its Waste Not scheme while Aldi shoppers can get Too Good to Go bags which contain £10 worth of all kinds of products for £3.30.

Sainsbury’s also sells £2 “Taste Me, Don’t Waste Me” fruit and veg boxes to help shoppers reduced food waste and save cash.

Food waste apps – food waste apps work by helping shops, cafes, restaurants and other businesses shift stock that is due to go out of date and passing it on to members of the public.

Some of the most notable ones include Too Good to Go and Olio.

Too Good to Go’s app is free to sign up to and is used by millions of people across the UK, letting users buy food at a discount.

Olio works similarly, except users can collect both food and other household items for free from neighbours and businesses.

Yellow sticker bargains – yellow sticker bargains, sometimes orange and red in certain supermarkets, are a great way of getting food on the cheap.

But what time to head out to get the best deals varies depending on the retailer. You can see the best times for each supermarket here.

Super cheap bargains – sign up to bargain hunter Facebook groups like Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK where shoppers regularly post hauls they’ve found on the cheap, including food finds.

“Downshift” – you will almost always save money going for a supermarket’s own-brand economy lines rather than premium brands.

The move to lower-tier ranges, also known as “downshifting” and hailed by consumer expert Martin Lewis, could save you hundreds of pounds a year on your food shop.

Ryan O’Kane only signed for Shelbourne last November – nad struggled for game time

Now O’Kane, 21, has followed suit after struggling for game-time following his close-season move from relegated Dundalk to champions Shels.

The winger made just five appearances, all off the bench, with the most recent of them in May. He, along with the other three, will be eligible to be picked by John Russell against Shamrock Rovers on Saturday.

O’Kane said:”I heard Rovers were interested at the start of June and I spoke to John and was really excited about what he had to say and what his plans were.

“Both for myself and the club. It was a no-brainer for me to come here.

“I’ve kept an eye on things here and I have been impressed with what I’ve seen. The football Rovers play suits me as it’s an attacking style.

“The fans can expect to see a lot of direct, attacking football when I get on the ball. I always want to take players on and get shots and crosses off when I can. I want to excite the supporters.

“We’re going to try and gain as much ground on the teams above us as possible. There are plenty of games and time left and of course we have the FAI Cup to look forward to in Dundalk in a few weeks.”

Russell added: “I love Ryan’s mentality. . He is hungry to come up here to Rovers and show people how good he is.

“I’m sure our fans will be excited to see what he brings.

“Ryan is an exciting player. He offers pace, trickery and directness to the team.

“We’ve added one of the best young talents in the league and we’re delighted with this bit of business.”

Meanwhile, ex-Cobh Ramblers, Shels and Cork City striker Jaze Kabia has joined Grimsby Town after scoring 16 goals to help Truro City win National League South last season.

Jessie J gives health update after breast cancer surgery and reveals why she’s stopped taking pain medication

JESSIE J has given fans a health update after her breast cancer surgery, revealing why she’s stopped taking pain medication.

Singer Jessie, 37, took to her Instagram Story today, sharing how she’s feeling 11 days after the operation.

Jessie shared how she’s feeling 11 days after the operation[/caption]

She wrote: “For those asking for a health update. I am 11 days post surgery. I’m good. Missing being an active Mum / human the most.

“But it’s been nice to slow down and Sky is having a blast with Nanny and Grandad.”

She admitted the process hasn’t been pain-free, adding, “It’s still uncomfortable / a little painful but I can handle that. I’m doing my exercises and taking all the healthy things. I have been trying to eat super clean.

In a surprising move, the Price Tag hitmaker revealed she’s stopped taking all painkillers.

Jessie – who became a mum last year to son Sky with basketball player Chanan Colman – continued: “I have stopped all pain meds. Just not my thing. Also like to feel how it feels so I don’t overdo it. I have now done a [poo emoji].”

“Still have my drain. Anyone else who has had this, did you feel like you are walking around one of those dog / duck toys?”

“I carry mine on the floor when I’m home so the gravity can help the drain. Hoping it’s out by the end of the week.

Despite the obvious challenges of recovery, Jessie said she’s trying to stay in a grateful mindset, saying: “I am feeling positive and grateful.”

She also had a message for anyone who might bump into her out and about.

Jessie said: “If you do see me out, sitting in a park or coming out of a doctor’s appointment or eating or walking or anything, and I seem a little out of it. I am. It’s not personal.

“I don’t have what I usually have to give energy wise, understandably. I will get there. It’s a slow road. For now I am taking it easy. Enjoying the slow vibes and staying positive. Lots of love.”

Last week, Jessie revealed she doesn’t yet know if she’s cancer free after her mastectomy.

The musician had the operation earlier this week in a bid to beat her breast cancer, and some fans misinterpreted a post that stated: “Cancer has all gone.”

Jessie said her words had been “misunderstood” and that her statement was a “positive affirmation”.

She wrote: “I posted a list of pros and cons of having breast cancer surgery. The first pro I put was… the cancer has all gone’.

“This was a positive affirmation NOT a fact. I don’t have my results yet. I added the [fingers crossed emoji] in thinking people would understand and clearly a lot didn’t.

“A weird situation,” she continued. “My fault for not being clearer. But for now I do not have my results after surgery which was only 6 nights ago. I pray it will be true soon but the journey of cancer isn’t that simple unfortunately.”

Jessie is now taking a break from social media as she continues her recovery.

“Tapping off socials for a week,” she said. “Healthy and needed reset. To focus on my recovery and saying stuff that gets twisted of misread.

“My head and boob hurts. Lol, Bye. Always loveeeee.”

After her operation, Jessie admitted she was struggling not being able to pick up her two-year-old son, Sky.

She then outlined the ‘pros’ of the procedure, writing: “Cancer is all gone.

“My nipple is where it used to be, I can watch Love Island with no guilt.

“I am getting to rest and talk to friends more than ever.

“My mum lives with us. Sky just being Sky. Chanan making me feel safe and the messages are 10/10.

“Connecting with other people who are going through a similar time and being able to support each other.”

The list was then followed by a “cons” equivalent.

“Not being the mum I’m used to being and picking Sky up,” she typed.

“The fear of not knowing if the cancer is all gone – the mental with this is…

“The pain and discomfort is ok and expected but a d******d when I’m trying to sleep.”

Jessie explained how the only painkillers she was allowed to take were paracetamol and ibuprofen due to having low blood pressure.

She did try and clear up her post at the time, warning she hadn’t meant for the statement to be read as “fact” and that she is still awaiting her results.

The BRIT winner added: “I’m getting a lot of messages. Saying so happy all the cancer has gone. To be clear I added the [fingers crossed] emoji as it’s a hope not a fact.

“I only had my surgery 4 days ago. I was just saying the pros of surgery and this situation and being positive. But I will get my results soon.

“And hopefully I can post that as a fact. But for now I don’t know. But I will stay positive and talk what l want into the universe.”

Earlier this month, Jessie revealed she had been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Incredibly, she went ahead and performed at this year’s Capital Summertime Ball in London on June 15.

Jessie held back tears as she told the crowd at Wembley Stadium that she was taking a break to “beat breast cancer”.

Falling asleep on Spain holiday left me disfigured by mystery condition – strangers stare and docs are baffled

A WOMAN with a mystery condition that causes her nose to go red – with strangers constantly asking if she’s sick – says doctors have no idea why it happens.

Jessica McGirr, from Donegal, first spotted the colour change five years ago when she was sunburnt during a holiday in Tenerife.

She spent around four hours exposed to strong UV rays and when she woke up, she had a bright red nose. The 30-year-old said the initial burn took about a week to go down. But two weeks later, her nose was still red and sore. It later became rough, inflamed and even started bleeding and scabbing. Now more than five years later, Jessica¿s nose is still red. She said: ¿The initial blistering took about a week to go away but after two weeks, when my nose was still red, I got concerned. ¿The skin on my nose was very textured and would often bleed and scab. ¿For the first three years after the burn, my nose was very inflamed. ¿It is more calm at the moment. ¿It¿s still very red but the texture is smoother.¿ Jessica has seen three different doctors about her nose. She said: ¿I was prescribed a few different creams at first, then I was prescribed medication for acne but neither of those worked. ¿I was recommended to go to a skin clinic and get laser, so I got four sessions of intense pulsed light therapy but saw no results. ¿I¿ve had visual skin evaluations and blood tests but no doctor ever gave me a diagnosis. ¿They denied it being rosacea due to it only being on my nose and it staying consistently red.¿ Jessica claims she hasn¿t been treated seriously and some doctors have simply told her to avoid spicy foods. She said: ¿I feel very let down by the healthcare system at home as no doctor ever seemed to care or wanted to refer me to a specialist. ¿I don¿t do any treatments or use any creams at the moment and I¿ve never noticed an improvement with treatment. ¿I now wear factor 50 sunscreen every day.¿ Jessica refuses to go outside without makeup and uses heavy concealer to cover the redness. She added: ¿I would love to seek further help. ¿However, to me, it feels like I am throwing money away as you have to pay so much for skin consultations just for them to not be able to help you. ¿If I knew a treatment would work, I would love to try it.¿ ENDS EDITOR'S NOTE: Video Usage Licence: (EXCLUSIVE) We have obtained an exclusive licence from the copyright holder. The exciting DJ, from Pembrokeshire, Wales, was in Zante with his friends ahead of a major club gig in the holiday hotspot.

His friend escaped the crash with minor injuries but Kai was rushed to hospital.

Doctors found a bleed on the brain and he was placed in an induced coma.

Kai’s devastated girlfriend Kya Gillane-Heywood has described the moment she saw her boyfriend in the hospital bed as “horrible”.

She told the Mirror: “It is horrible.

“It is weird because we are all still in shock so it doesn’t feel real but at the same time it is just crazy because it is so real if that makes any sense?

“I don’t know how to describe it.”

Coco Gauff’s opponent is glamorous music star and model, 25, who must overcome allergy to GRASS to cause Wimbledon shock

COCO GAUFF is set to open her Wimbledon 2025 campaign against Ukrainian star Dayana Yastremska.

The American is flying high following her recent Roland Garros triumph, but may not have it all her own way on Centre Court this afternoon.

Yastremska, 25, is No42 in the rankings – but that barely scratches the surface of her incredible story.

The Odesa-born ace burst onto the scene as a teenager, and has built a huge 216,000-strong Instagram following.

Having recently reached the Nottingham final, Yastremska has shown a keen ability to play well on grass… despite being allergic to the green stuff!

During her Nottingham run, the 5ft 7in star said: “I really love playing on grass, even though I think I have a bit of an allergy to grass!

“I’m very excited, and I was proud of myself. In general everything worked pretty well.”

Yastremska, who has plenty of passions off court, has had to contend with the devastating effects of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

In February 2022, the tennis star was forced to flee her home alongside her younger sister in the wake of the invasion.

Having been as high as No21 in the world, Yastremska had been attempting to rebuild her ranking at the time following a doping scare.

In 2021 she was provisionally suspended after testing positive for a banned substance – but six months later she was allowed to play again after an independent tribunal ruled that there had been a contamination.

As she fled war, Yastremska posted an emotional picture of herself alongside sister Ivanna, captioning it: “After spending two nights in the underground parking, my parents made a decision at any cost to send me and my little sister out of Ukraine.

“Mom, Dad, we love you very much, take care of yourself!!! I love you my country! Ukrainians take care of your lives.”

Yastremska has since served as an inspiration on tour, defying the immense difficulties back home to rebuild her career.

Last year she reached the semi-finals of the Australian Open as a qualifier, while this year she has reached finals in Linz and Nottingham.

Off court, Yastremska keeps herself busy with plenty of hobbies.

The Yonex athlete has posted glamorous modelling shots on Instagram, while she also released two singles in 2020.

Entitled Thousands of Me and Favourite Track, Yastremska used her time off during the Covid-19 pandemic to channel her passion for music.

Yastremska also loves to travel, a handy trait for a player on the WTA Tour.

She has posted several pictures of herself at various tourist hot-spots, including Rome’s Trevi Fountain, Miami Zoo and Monte Carlo.

Yastremska and Gauff have so far met three times, with the reigning Roland Garros champion having won each match.

The Ukrainian did win a 6-0 set against the American in Madrid earlier this year, however, with Gauff eventually coming back to win a war of attrition on her way to the final.

‘I’m not afraid’: Heartbreaking final text of tragic backpacker, 26, who perished in volcano crater after plunge on hike

TRAGIC backpacker Juliana Marins told her family “I’m not afraid” in a final text before her death on an Indonesian volcano.

The 26-year-old’s mum, Estela Marins, revealed it was written at the start of her daughter’s doomed Southeast Asia trip.

Estela revealed her daughter’s last message to Brazilian media

In a message shown to Brazilian programme Fantastico, Juliana said: “Mami, I love you so much. I was heartbroken when we said goodbye.

“In fact, that’s the only thing that worries me: letting you, papi or my sister be disappointed. Other than that, I’m not afraid of much, much less trouble.

“I was raised by a woman who can solve any problem and who is not afraid to take the plunge and go after her dreams. I am like that too. I have different desires and dreams.

“I love you all very much! And I will always be grateful for all the support, care and affection. That is what makes me not afraid.”

Juliana died after falling more than 1,600 feet from a cliff on a hike up Mount Rinjani, an active volcano in Indonesia, on June 21.

Her body was only recovered three days later, after a complex and delayed rescue operation.

New autopsy ordered

Her body is due to arrive in Brazil today, Globo reports.

There, a second autopsy will be carried out to determine whether she could have survived the fall with timely help.

The request for the new examination was made by the Public Defender’s Office and fast-tracked by President Lula da Silva.

Authorities say the autopsy must be done within six hours of her return to preserve evidence.

The first autopsy, conducted in Bali, found that she died from trauma within 20 minutes – but drone footage and witness accounts have cast doubt on that timeline.

‘Left behind’ on the trail

Juliana, from Niteroi, Rio de Janeiro, had been hiking with six tourists and two local guides when she became exhausted and stopped to rest.

The publicist and dancer’s family has since blasted the “botched” rescue mission and claimed her tour guide abandoned her.

“Juliana was in this group, but she got very tired and asked to stop for a while. They kept going, and the guide didn’t stay with her,” said her sister, Mariana Marins.

Guide Ali Musthofa claimed he was only “three minutes” ahead and returned when Juliana didn’t show up — only to find she had fallen.

“I saw the light of a flashlight on a ravine about 150 meters deep and heard Juliana’s voice calling for help,” he said.

Rescue drones later spotted the Brazilian alive on the cliff, but poor weather and lack of equipment delayed efforts to reach her.

She was officially confirmed dead on June 24, and her family has accused Indonesian authorities of failing to provide assistance.

Initial reports claimed rescuers had reached Juliana and provided food and water. The Brazilian embassy repeated this — but it turned out to be false.

“The information we have is that so far they have not been able to reach her because the ropes were not long enough, in addition to the low visibility,” Mariana said at the time.

The ambassador later admitted he had passed on inaccurate reports from Indonesian officials.
