‘One of the biggest mistakes in football’ – Ex-Man Utd coach slams club for transfer decision ‘everyone at club regrets’

MANCHESTER UNITED made one of the “biggest mistakes in football” by selling Scott McTominay, a former Red Devils coach has claimed.

The Scotland international’s near-life-long love affair with the Red Devils came to an end last August when he joined Napoli for a fee of £27.5million.

The Scotland international’s departure, which was in part to help balance the books, wasn’t lamented in the slightest as he wasn’t a guaranteed name in the starting XI.

McTominay, however, has flourished since leaving the Theatre of Dreams and helped guide Napoli to last season’s Serie A title.

He scored 12 goals in 34 league appearances for the Neopolitans and was named Serie’s Most Valuable Player of the season.

Many connected with United have since cursed McTominay’s departure, including former coach Benni McCarthy.

The South African told betonlinepromocodes.com: “Of course, there are different reasons why you sell homegrown players sometimes.

“When they go, the profit lets you sign more players.

“Having said that, it was one of the biggest mistakes in football to let him leave. He was born to play for United.

“Maybe he wasn’t the most technical, but he had fight, and I think it’s what they will get back with Matheus Cunha.

“Scotty was a player that you look for in a dressing room to get you where you want to be.

“To let him go for what was a small transfer fee was a big shame. I think everyone at the club regrets that decision.”

McTominay’s impressive debut season at the Diego Armando Maradona stadium has seen him immortalised by Napoli fans.

An incredible shrine to the midfielder has been painted on the graffiti-filled San Nicola a Nilo street in the heart of Naples’ Decumani district.

McTominay wrote his name into Napoli’s history books in May by helping them clinch their fourth Scudetto with a stunning bicyle kick in their 2-0 win over Cagliari, which saw them pip Inter Milan to the title by a solitary point.

Chaotic Pattaya Night: Burmese Builders’ Machete Clash and the Unraveling Drama

In what can only be described as the unraveling of an unpredictable night, two Burmese builders wound up in a chaotic and somewhat spirited altercation, painting a rather dramatic scene at a plush residential site in Pattaya. The picturesque setting on Thung Klom-Tan Man Road in Nong Prue became the backdrop of what resembled a thriller movie, complete with a late-night machete skirmish that left one man groomed with an unfortunate head injury and the other under the ever-watchful eyes of the law. As midnight’s spell was about to conclude on July 1st, the world’s peace collided with an uncalled-for bloodbath when 39-year-old Kyaw Tar Sein was found by Lieutenant Colonel Surachai Chuaykoon and his team, staggering amidst a pool of his own blood. Clearly, the term ‘rough night out’ doesn’t quite encompass the sight of a gaping 10-centimetre wound adorning his scalp. Witnesses at a nearby minimart saw the…

Khon Kaen Tragedy: Fatal Cobra Encounter in Viral Stunt Attempt

In a surprising twist of fate, a seemingly innocuous resort in Khon Kaen, Isaan province, became the center of a gripping mystery when the body of a 28-year-old Thai man was discovered in one of its rooms, eternally at rest alongside an unlikely companion – a cobra, coiled and contained in a cloth bag near the door. The bizarre drama unfolded on July 2, shaking the tranquility of the vacation spot and setting off a chain of events that left many questioning the deceased man’s motives. The resort owner, puzzled by the guest’s failure to check out and unresponsive to multiple door knocks, finally resorted to using a spare key to enter the room. Inside, they discovered the man dressed in a grey T-shirt with black jeans and sneakers, motionless on the bed with the room still illuminated and no signs of distress. What initially seemed to be a peaceful…

Dr. Werasak Charaschaidri Unveils Shocking Case of Self-Injected Sperm as Pain Remedy

In a world where medical innovation often captures the headlines, one Thai doctor’s cautionary tale is making waves with its bizarre premise and perplexing outcome. The saga begins with a 33-year-old man who, in a twist Patrick Bateman might find questionable, took the brave—or perhaps blithely misguided—unsupervised step of injecting sperm into his body. His goal? A self-concocted remedy for chronic back pain. The unconventional tale hit the public realm courtesy of Dr. Werasak Charaschaidri, who detailed the unusual case on his Facebook account. Though the origins of the patient’s nationality remain undisclosed, what’s clear is the swirling discomfort that drove him to such drastic measures. Arriving at the hospital, the man presented with a back resembling more of a festering tomato than the muscular marvel he might have been hoping for. As it turned out, 18 months of self-administered injections into his arms and legs had not worked the…
