‘Is it big enough?’ – BBC trolled as they give Wimbledon star giant microphone for interview

IGA SWIATEK was in fine form as she chatted with the BBC after her first round win at Wimbledon.

But several fans watching the interview could only focus on her huge microphone.

Iga Swiatek, before a match, says she's a fan of Desperate Housewives.

Swiatek, 24, beat Polina Kudermetova 7-5 6-1 on No2 Court on Tuesday.

During her subsequent day off, the five-time Grand Slam champion headed to the media balcony for a chinwag with the Beeb.

Speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live, Swiatek put on a headset – complete with bulky headphones and a massive fluffy microphone.

Seeing the video on X, one fan joked: “Can we get her a bigger microphone next time?”

While a second echoed: “The mic is not big enough!!”

A third quipped: “Needs a bigger mic I’m not gonna lie.”

And another added: “That’s not a mic, that’s Cookie Monster’s head.”

Fluffy mics are used to block out noise from the wind, ensuring better audio quality.

Asked about how she chills out during a tournament, Swiatek revealed that she loves an iconic 2000s TV show.

The former world No1 said: “I do crosswords before the match. It’s more to keep myself busy and not go on social media or the internet.

“I have a great TV show to watch. I’m watching Desperate Housewives, so I really enjoy that.

“I don’t why I didn’t know that show before, it’s just perfect.”

Swiatek will return to action this afternoon, as she takes on American Caroline Dolehide on Centre Court.

The Pole could then be on a collision course with former champion Elena Rybakina in round four.

Jota‘s death has sent shockwaves throughout the football world, so much so that Uefa have planned a moment’s reflection before today and tomorrow’s round of Euro 2025 fixtures.

A statement from European football’s governing body read: “UEFA announces that a moment of silence will be observed at all of today’s and tomorrow’s UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 matches in memory of Portugal international and Liverpool FC forward Diogo Jota and his brother André Silva who tragically passed away today.”

Tributes have poured in from around the world for the late Jota, who leaves behind three children and a wife whom he tied the knot with a mere ten days ago.

Heartbroken Portugal team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo wrote on social media: “It doesn’t make sense.

“Just now we were together in the national team, just now you got married.

“To your family, your wife, and your children, I send my condolences and wish them all the strength in the world.

“I know you will always be with them. Rest in Peace, Diogo and Andre. We will all miss you.”

Liverpool have described the death of their beloved winger as an “unimaginable loss.

The Kop club said in a statement: “Liverpool Football Club are devastated by the tragic passing of Diogo Jota.

“The club have been informed the 28-year-old has passed away following a road traffic accident in Spain along with his brother, Andre.

“Liverpool FC will be making no further comment at this time and request the privacy of Diogo and Andre’s family, friends, teammates and club staff is respected as they try to come to terms with an unimaginable loss.

“We will continue to provide them with our full support.”

The Portuguese Football Federation also issued a heartbreaking statement on the death of Jota.

“It read: “The Portuguese Football Federation and all of Portuguese football are completely devastated by the deaths of Diogo Jota and André Silva, this morning, in Spain.

“Much more than an amazing player, with almost 50 internationalizations for the National A Team, Diogo Jota was an extraordinary person, respected by all teammates and opponents, someone with an infectious joy and a reference in the community itself.

“On my behalf, and on behalf of the Portuguese Football Federation, I express my deepest condolences to the family and friends of Diogo and Andre Silva, as well as Liverpool FC and FC Penafiel, the clubs where, respectively, lined up the players.

“The Portuguese Football Federation has already asked UEFA for a minute’s silence, this Thursday, before the match of our national team with Spain, in the women’s European Championship, lost to two champs.

“The disappearance of Diogo and Andre Silva represents irreparable losses for Portuguese football and we will do everything to, daily, honour their legacy.”

TV chef sparks Love Island race row as she slams bosses over ‘damaging’ act, fuming ‘do better!’

TELLY chef Lorraine Pascale has launched a blistering attack on Love Island bosses urging those at the show to “do better.”

Her remarks – which allege new newbie Billykiss Azeez replacing Love Island 2025 OG Alima Gagigo had caused “damage” in terms of representation – came after Alima and bombshell Ryan Bannister were given the boot in a double elimination.

Conor Phillips, 25 opted to partner up with Dublin influencer Billykiss, 28, after their successful first date, which left Alima, 23, single and promptly ditched from the Mallorca compound.

Furious fans told how they had “complained to Ofcom” about the twist of fate.

Yet this wasn’t the first time they had rallied around the Glasgow-born lass, with fans previously left fuming that no bombshell had been brought in for the talented wealth management client services executive.

Now chef Lorraine, 52, who has previously starred on ITV daytime show This Morning as well as many of her own series, including the BBC’s Baking made Easy, has spoken out on her own personal view in a post about representation on the series.

She wrote on X: “Wow @LoveIsland. You finally cast a Black woman who was thriving, and then you replace her with another Black woman?

“This isn’t representation, it’s tokenism.

“You’re reinforcing the idea that there’s only room for one of us at a time.

That’s not diversity – that’s damage. Do better.”

A show source has refuted suggestions of a race row and said: “During last night’s episode, the format point was based around the islander’s own decisions on whether they wanted to recouple.”

At the time of writing, Lorraine’s message – which reflects her honestly held opinion – had been ‘liked’ eight times.

When The Sun was first to reveal the eviction, we made it clear it was the islanders who would decide their own fate – with the decision of the public or show bosses not involved.

EVICTION BLOW

On Wednesday night’s episode of Love Island, Tommy had a text asking all Islanders to gather round the Firepit.

A second message told Ryan and Billykiss, the new bombshells, to stand at the front.

The boys were told to stand up if they’d like to recouple with Billykiss.

Love Island winners - where they are now

EVERY year Love Island opens its doors to more sexy Islanders who are hoping for a holiday romance that could turn into more.

Here we take you through all of the Love Island winners so far and what their relationship statuses are now:

2025 – The second series of All Stars saw Gabby Allen and Case O’Gorman scoop the crown. STATUS: Still together.

2024 – The summer Love Island saw Mimii Ngulube and Josh Oyinsan were crowned the winners. STATUS: Broken up.

2024 – The first ever All stars spin off show was won by Molly Smith and Tom Clare. STATUS: Still together.

2023 – Jess Harding and Sammy Root took home the 50k, and won the summer 2023 Love Island. STATUS: Broken up.

2023 – The first series of 2023 saw Sanam Harrinanan and Kai Fagan crowned Love Island winners in South Africa. STATUS: Still together.

2022 – Davide Sanclimenti and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu’s time in the villa was anything but a smooth ride, but they managed to win the public’s hearts – and the ITV2 reality show. STATUS: Broken up.

2021 – Liam Reardon and Millie Court were announced winners of Love Island 2021. STATUS: Still together.

2020 – The first ever winter Love Island saw Paige Turley and Finn Tapp crowned winners after falling in love on the show. STATUS: Broken up.

2019 – Series 5 saw Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague runners up to winners Greg O’Shea and Amber Gill, who met in the last few days of the series. STATUS: Broken up.

2018 – It wasn’t surprising fan favourites Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer won the show, as they were strong throughout. But sadly things didn’t last. STATUS: Broken up.

2017 – Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies had lots of ups and downs in the villa but went on to win. STATUS: Broken up.

2016 – Nathan Massey and Cara De La Hoyde were together from the start of the series, and since they won the show they’ve had two kids and are married. STATUS: Still together.

2015 – Despite poor Jess Hayes being Max Morley’s second choice on the show, they did win – but they didn’t last as a couple. STATUS: Broken up.

Conor stood up, and says his date went really well with Billykiss and he’d be doing himself a disservice to not explore their connection.

Alima, left uncoupled, then took Billykiss’ place up at the front.

The girls then had to stand up if they’d like to recouple with new bombshell Ryan, but none of the girls did so.

Due to both being single, Alima and new bombshell Ryan were dumped from the show.

Ryan remarked that his time was short but sweet, but it’s Alima’s exit that left the girls in tears, as Toni and Yasmin were both seen crying.

He had only just entered the show as a bombshell, alongside Billykiss.

Watch moment funnel cloud spotted near busy Irish town as ‘multiple’ confirmed as Met Eireann warn of thunderstorms

THIS is the moment a funnel cloud was spotted extending towards the ground in a busy Irish town.

The scary sight was spotted above Athenry on Tuesday as grey clouds formed over the busy town.

Sharing the video X user @Bartekyayy said: “Small funnel cloud in Co. Galway.”

The user revealed she captured the footage over Athenry at 7.45pm on July 1.

And Alan O’Reilly of Carlow Weather explained to The Irish Sun exactly what the funnel clouds mean.

He said these clouds are a rotating, cone-shaped column of air extending from the bottom of a cloud.

Alan told us: “When they come down and touch the ground then they become a tornado.

“But a lot of funnel clouds never reach the ground and are like the ones that were spotted in Galway yesterday.”

He added: “Tornadoes are very rare in Ireland and I mean we do get them but they’re very rare in Ireland.”

And the funnel cloud over Galway was not the only one sspotted across Ireland, with Meteorologist Cathal Nolan sharing images of other sightings from across the country.

Posting on Ireland’s Weather Channel Facebook on Tuesday he said: “A great example of two small funnel clouds spotted in the last hour by numerous followers of the page.

“Such funnel clouds aren’t uncommon, and indeed Ireland typically sees hundreds of funnel clouds every year, but such funnel clouds are harmless.”

He added: “In fact Ireland sees on average 10 tornadoes a year, including water spouts, which are more common on the waters around Ireland than tornadoes overland.”

The most recent tornado to hit Ireland occurred in 2023 in Leitrim.

The tornado hit the village on December 10 causing damage to properties and cars.

THUNDER WARNING

It comes as Met Eireann have issued a major thunderstorm alert for today.

The weather bosses warned: “Sunny spells and scattered showers this afternoon, mainly over the northern half of the country with drier and brighter conditions further south.

“Some showers in the north will be heavy with the chance of an isolated thunderstorm.

“Patchy rain and drizzle will return to northwest and north this evening.”

And Met Eireann have also said cloud is set to linger over Ireland into the weekend meaning more funnel clouds are a possibility.

I was homeless for 3 years & now live in a shed – people expect it to be full of spiders but I have plumbing & electrics

A MAN has revealed that he was homeless for three years, but is now living in a shed.

Matt, a 34-year-old welder, has managed to get himself off the streets and now sleeps in a tiny home in the middle of the woods.

The 34-year-old gave his followers a tour of his tiny home, but his viral clip has left many “sad”[/caption]

Not only did he build the shed himself, but while many expect it to be full of tools and spiders, the reality is very different.

In fact, Matt’s home has proper plumbing and electrics.

And while he may not have an oven, he does have a shower and toilet.

Posting on social media, the content creator gave his followers a close-up look inside his one-bedroom shed, as he wrote: “People see the outside and assume it’s rough in here – here’s what surprises them.”

Giving a tour of his off-grid home, Matt, who lives a minimalist lifestyle, showed off his fiberglass shower which has an “endless” supply of hot water.

Not only this, but he’s also got a composting toilet with a fan-powered vent system.

Additionally, Matt’s shed is home to a full kitchen set-up with fridge, sink and countertop space.

In the bedroom area of the shed, Matt has a camp-style bed, which is next to a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The home even has full insulation too.

Keen to set the record straight on his shed home, Matt explained: “People think I’m roasting in here but it stays cool.”

Not only this, but he then continued: “People expect this to be a shed with tools and spiders…It’s actually my peaceful home.”

The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @mattg326, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly gone viral and racked up 1.2 million views.

It’s a nice setup but the fact that people accept this as normal now is scary. Successful and competent people live in homes, not sheds

TikTok user

Not only this, but it’s also amassed 45,900 likes, 546 comments and 2,324 saves.

But while many social media users described the tiny home as “cute and cosy”, others were “sad” that a shed is all many can afford in the current economy.

One person said: “That is the future for all of us. A shed is about all we can afford these days.”

Do I need planning permission to convert my shed?

CONVERTING an existing shed or outbuilding into a self-contained living space will usually require you apply for planning permission.

However, there is a “loophole” Brits can use to convert outbuildings into a tiny home without permission.

Planning expert Martin Gaine from Just Planning warned the conversion process is far easier than you may think.

Speaking to The Sun, the Chartered Town Planner of 14 years’ experience explained: “An outbuilding can be built using ‘permitted development rights’, meaning it does not need planning permission.

“As long as you comply with the various restrictions and conditions.”

One of these is that the outbuilding can only be used for something ‘ancillary’ to your main living accommodation – examples include storage, a gym or a pool room.

If the outbuilding is existing, converting it then into primary living accommodation IS allowed.

Martin explained: “This is because internal changes to an existing building are not considered to be development at all under the Town and Country Planning Act.

But like anything, there is one catch.

The new living accommodation must still have some connection with your use of the main house.

For instance, if your gran is living out there, she must still come into the house to eat.

Another added: “It’s a nice setup but the fact that people accept this as normal now is scary. Successful and competent people live in homes, not sheds.”

A third commented: “That’s super cool, sad we all have to result to this!”

Despite this, someone else chimed in and claimed: “Better than some people’s houses.”

But at the same time, one user questioned: “No oven?”

In response, Matt replied and confirmed: “Working towards a small table top oven.”

Controversial US comic looks unrecognizable with no make up as she steps out in LA after facelift

SHE’S a controversial comic who famously had a bitter feud with President Donald Trump.

The no-nonsense star, 64, recently had a second facelift and looked unrecognizable as she was pictured out and about in LA.

She revealed last week that she recently had a second facelift[/caption]

Going makeup-free for the stroll in the sun, the media personality’s trademark red hair was blown back in stark contrast to the fringe she’s recently been wearing.

Something of a queen when it comes to self-promotion, Kathy Griffin helped those out who might have struggled to place her by wearing a T-shirt emblazoned with her own name.

An over the shoulder bag bisected her world tour slogan tee and she finished her look with jogging bottoms and sneakers.

The low-key outing was very different to the facelift reveal video she put out on Instagram last week from her stunning home.

On that occasion, she dressed in a more glamorous style and told her fans that she was wearing a lot of makeup.

The cosmetic procedure reveal came some 27 years after her first facelift.

Kathy explained, “The reason I’m telling you, is when I got my first facelift in 1998… believe it not, at the time, it was not common for a public person to go public about it.

“And I thought it was weird that so many people were lying about having face work done or just skirting the issue.

“I thought, now I’ve opened the floodgates, and people are going to start talking about getting work done, maybe have a few laughs about it. But as usual, the cheese stood alone.”

In the conversational clip, Kathy insisted she would not be shamed for having the work done, nor would she share how much it cost her.

The star later told how she would also not be forced into sharing if she’s on any weight loss medication like Ozempic, adding, “it could be yes, it could be no.”

Wanting to share the surgery news on her own terms in a bid to reduce stigma, she said she found it “ageist and misogynistic” when men asked about her procedures in interviews.

She then revealed additional work she’s had done as a “neck pull and an upper eye job”.

Kathy’s been in the limelight for three decades, landing her big break in 1996 in the NBC sitcom, Suddenly Susan.

She has received two Emmys and a GRAMMY and broken a Guinness World record for the number of aired TV comedy specials on any network.

The comedian, who is worth an estimated $40m, has also starred in her own reality television series, Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List.

Other noteworthy appearances include roles in Glee, Ugly Betty, American Dad!, and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

She faced a fierce backlash in 2017 after she posed with a fake severed Donald Trump head.

Kathy initially apologized, stating she’d “crossed the line”. However, six months later, she backtracked saying she “takes back 1,000%” her apology.

In August 2021 she was diagnosed with lung cancer and had part of her lung removed.

Four months later, she revealed the surgery had been a success and she was cancer-free.

Humble Wimbledon star Jack Draper still drives seven-year-old VW Polo despite earning millions in prize money

JACK DRAPER still drives the same old Polo car to training because he does not see the point of having a flashier vehicle in London, according to his pal Jack Pinnington Jones.

Jones’s Wimbledon dreams were fuelled as a teenager during early-morning car journeys with Draper listening to UK rap on the stereo.

Humble star Draper would listen to rap music to get him in the mood for playing[/caption]

The 22-year-old – who lost to Italian Flavio Cobolli in round two today – recently turned professional, having quit his studies at Texas Christian University.

The Surrey star, who has earned so far £99,000 in prize money, had long dreamt of this position, particularly on those sunrise motor trips with Draper.

They would travel together to Roehampton’s National Tennis Centre before dawn in the winter months and before the school rush, put on the tunes and talk rubbish.

The funny thing is that Draper, who has pocked career earnings of £5.9million, still drives around in the same Polo car and refuses to trade up for a bigger, better and more expensive model.

Jones, the world No.281, said: “I’d probably practise at maybe 10-11am. We’d be driving through Cobham (in Surrey).

“The traffic is just a nightmare if you go any later with the school run.

“So, Jack would say: ‘Right, I’m going to be there at 6.30am. You’re either there or you’re not.’ I’d be half asleep every time.

“It’d take 20 minutes on the roads because no-one else is awake. You’ll have to wait till 8am for breakfast. It’s just us sitting there at the NTC.

“Music-wise, it’d be UK rap at the beginning of the week. If it’s the end of the week, something probably more chilled.

“I was about 15 or 16. I didn’t have a licence. Jack has the same car now. This little Polo.

“He treats it awfully. He’s like: ‘I don’t need a nice car in London, I’m going to ding it anyway.’

“It’s the same car he got when he first passed. He loves it. He has some boxing gloves in the wing mirror.”

The two Jacks are very close pals and Draper reckons Jones has the makings one day of becoming a top-100 player.

The decision to leave college, forego his degree and go pro was “a big decision” and tennis is “obviously now a job”.

British No.11 Jones, who hails from Kingston, plays golf to a reasonable level and was hitting balls at Andy Murray’s club the other day.

He is probably one of the guys that took the mickey out of Draper for his attempts at shaving off his stubble before his first-round win over Sebastian Baez.

Indeed, Draper – who now plays former US Open champion Marin Cilic this afternoon – is hoping the only close shaves this Wimbledon fortnight will be on his legs.

And Britain’s tennis hero has told fans to expect plenty of different hairstyles throughout his career – because it is a chance for him to experiment and rebel.

Draper, 23, said: “Yeah, I shave my legs. I mean a lot of athletes do.

“It’s because of the (resistance) band work we do between our legs.

“I’m fed up of ingrown hairs and getting slapped with the bands – it sort of hurts a lot. So, I get rid of the hairs.

“When I put the bands around my leg, it pulls on your hair and it rips them off. And it’s the same with the massages as well.

“I mean it’s not ideal but if I’m going to be in less pain, then it’s worth it.”

Draper had blonde highlights done in his hair pre-tournament but will not be visiting the barbers until the event is over.

The British No.1 said: “One thing you will see with me over the years is a lot of different hairstyles. A lot of different things.

“Because I’m very experimental with that sort of stuff. Do I get bored? Yeah.

“There will be a lot of different things. My brother doesn’t like it but there will be a lot.”

So why IS disgraced James Argent still in Mark & Michelle’s inner circle? Pals reveal truth after secret hol & ultimatum

Collage of photos showing a couple by a pool, two men at a party, and a child by the pool.

THEY’VE been best friends for years, but following James Argent’s shocking attack on his ex-girlfriend, many were quick to assume Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan would distance themselves from him.

And indeed, pics from their recent holiday showed friends and family, but Arg conpsicuously absent – as behind the scenes the couple have been grappling with the fallout from the devastating attack.

As Arg continues to try and make amends for shoving his former partner, Nicoline Artursson, down a flight of stairs in Spain in May, Mark and Michelle have been quietly rallying round him, with insiders telling us they see this as “a really sad situation” but it was “never in question” they’d support him.

The proof comes in a new image of Arg, 37, seen in the background of a TikTok video that Mark’s sister, Natalya, shared from a friends and family holiday to a luxury resort in Andalusia, Spain.

It was the first time he’d been pictured in the company of the Wrights – including Mark and Michelle with their four-month-old daughter Palma – since the attack, leading to speculation that they had taken him under their wing as he dealt with the fallout of the assault.

But it appeared clear from the holiday snaps and videos taken by the Wrights that Arg’s presence, although welcome, wasn’t one Michelle and Mark wanted to be conspicuous following his plunge from grace.

And Michelle is said to be cautious, insisting that she doesn’t want any bad influences around her daughter.

‘Stern words’

A source told us: “Arg is basically Mark’s family, it was never in question he’d support him, though of course he was completely unimpressed by everything that went down between Arg and Nicoline.

“Mark put his head in his hands when it all came out, mainly because he knows he’s stuck between a rock and a hard place.

“Arg is his best friend, and there is a lot of loyalty there, but Mark has a respected career and now a daughter – he absolutely doesn’t condone violence towards women.

She absolutely will not have her daughter around anyone or anything she feels is unsuitable or unsavoury. But she knows the real Arg and will stand by him

Source

“There’s been some stern words behind closed doors  – tough love, you could say – but ultimately Mark and Michelle will be there for Arg as he continues to try to make amends for the hurt he’s caused.”

Indeed Michelle, who met Arg through Mark, is said to be “devastated” by Arg’s actions.

The source continued: “It’s all so close to home and she has grown to love Arg like family, so she was devastated and incredibly disappointed, especially now she has Palma.

“She absolutely will not have her daughter around anyone or anything she feels is unsuitable or unsavoury. But she knows the real Arg and will stand by him.”

However, this isn’t the first time Arg has put his pals in a tricky predicament. Both Mark, 38, and Arg have spoken openly about the strain Arg’s demons have put on their friendship.

Just over ten years ago, Mark warned Arg that he would be banned from his and Michelle’s 2015 wedding if he didn’t clean up his act. At the time, TOWIE star Arg was suspended from the show over his self-confessed “wild partying”.

He also admitted to mistreating his then-girlfriend, Lydia Bright.

It was then that Mark stepped in, prompting Arg to seek help and enter rehab in Christmas 2014.

Arg later recalled: “Mark told me I wasn’t invited to his wedding if I didn’t change. But when I went into rehab, he got in touch because he was so proud of me.”

However, rehab wasn’t the permanent fix Arg’s loved ones had hoped for, and in 2020, Mark revealed he’d threatened to cut him off again, after Arg’s cocaine use spiralled out of control.

Speaking on Loose Women, Mark explained how desperate the situation had become.

Mark said: “I text him and said, ‘you’re not affecting my life anymore, I’m done’. Obviously I didn’t mean that. I said that to scare him.”

It worked. Arg messaged Mark later to tell him he’d reached ‘rock bottom’.

“On Boxing Day he texted me and said: ‘I’m ready. I’ve hit rock bottom. I need to go to rehab’. I got on the phone to a rehab centre I researched in Thailand and then I booked it for him the next day and he got on a plane and he went.”

Arg went on to get sober and lose 13 stone in weight thanks to a gastric sleeve.

Mark expressed his admiration for his friend, telling the press he was “so, so proud of Arg.”

And he and Michelle, 38, love to affectionately rib him when they can.

Last year, Michelle hilariously revealed that Arg was banned from using the toilet in their lavish Essex mansion after he ‘destroyed it’.

With so much water under the bridge – and with Arg copping to his bad behaviour, accepting a six-month suspended sentence for the assault on Nicoline –  our source doesn’t believe that Mark will take the same stance as before and threaten to cut him off.

And Mark and Michelle clearly have the backing of their family, including Mark’s mum Carol and sister Jess.

There’s been lots of talking and apologising – Arg knows if anything like this ever happened again, the family won’t be so forgiving.

Allowing him to join the holiday group for a day at the prestigious La Reserva Club Sotogrande in Spain in early June was a clear sign of the rehabilitation underway.

Lying on a lounger by the pool, Arg looked trim and relaxed on what he would regard as a much-need break with friends.

Markedly however, there were no posed pictures, despite Michelle, Mark and sister Natalya posting a series of sweet snaps from the day.

The source said: “Arg has made it clear he’s devastated and apologises for letting everyone down and as a result the Wrights have rallied around him.

“There’s been lots of talking and apologising – Arg knows if anything like this ever happened again, the family won’t be so forgiving. But while they really do see this as an isolated incident and a really sad situation, he’ll definitely have to tread carefully if he wants to stay in favour going forward.”

Last month, Arg was pictured at the wedding of former TOWIE co-stars Georgia Kousolou and Tommy Mallett and prior to that he celebrated pal Megan McKenna’s nuptials too.

“The Essex crowd are a tight-knit group of friends and they will all look out for each other,” the source continued. “People outside of his circles are disgusted with Arg but those that know him are definitely stepping up to show their support, it’s not just Mark and Michelle.”

One person who is far from impressed, however, is Nicoline.

After Arg was sentenced, the Swedish model, 32, released a bombshell 800-word statement, blasting his behaviour.

Nicoline wrote: “I have cried so many tears thinking about the way he chose to hurt me. He said he loved me and I believed him and here we are. There is now a legal record of what happened. Violence has no excuse – no matter how much love preceded it.”
