Emily Andre reveals reason she’ll never have another baby and breaks silence on ‘never seen by doctors before’ issue
PETER Andre’s wife Emily has revealed why she’ll never have another baby, and broke her silence on a ‘never seen by doctors before’ health issue.
The Mysterious Girl hitmaker welcomed his third child, Arabella, now one, with wife Emily MacDonagh in April 2024.

Together, the duo share two other children, Amelia, 11, and eight-year-old Theo.
Peter, 52, also shares two kids, Junior, 19, and Princess, 17, with ex-wife Katie Price.
But now, on the Happy Mum, Happy Baby podcast with Giovanna Fletcher, Emily has discussed plans for more children, and why it won’t be on the cards for them.
She said: “It’s absolutely cemented now.
“We always said it would be the last anyway. Five’s enough, we don’t have any more bedrooms in the house for starters.”
And there’s a reason behind this decision, after a traumatic birth with baby Arabella.
Emily explained: “I had weird complications all the way through. She was breech. I’ve had two breech babies.
“She nearly made it to 38 weeks, and I haven’t really spoken about her birth and what happened afterwards because it was so hard and awful. It was tough. I was really unwell after she was born, there was quite a lot of complications.
“So I had to go back for emergency surgery. She was a week old. I had to kind of hand her over and go in for another operation.”
Emily went on to explain that she’d developed a really rare type of hernia that was quite large.
She went on: “All the consultants I’ve seen have said ‘we’ve never seen this in our whole career.’
“Basically part of my bowels were kind of in the wrong place. And the type of hernia that it was can strangulate quite easily and that ends up being an emergency.
“I knew things weren’t right after she was born because I had a big, huge lump in my tummy sticking out.
“They got me back after a week to follow it up. The surgeon looked and said ‘you need to come into hospital now’.
“They scanned and they could see it was my bowels that had come out basically.
“I was breastfeeding so I thought ‘My God, I’m going to have to express milk’. So they let me go home and I could do all of that.”
Emily explained how she felt before going off for the hernia surgery, adding: “Going off to theatre was the worst, like handing her (Arabella) over to my mum. I was a right mess.
“There was one thing that made me smile. I got into theatre, I was lying on the table. The porter that got me across was so lovely. He said ‘You know, I brought Pete here into this theatre’.
“The way Pete and I met was my dad operated on him. We were then friends for years. He said ‘This was exactly where he lay and this is the room where he met your dad’. It was just something that took my mind off it.
“Then the recovery from that was quite awful. I was in hospital for probably two or three days and then the recovery was really, really slow.
“They had to do quite a lot of stitching things up and moving things around so the pain was quite bad.”
Emily said it’s taken over a year for her to almost recover fully.
She said: “I feel like I’m pretty much back to health now.
“Pete was amazing, my mum and dad were amazing. I can’t thank the doctors enough who looked after me, and the nurses, and the midwives were absolutely amazing.”
Asked what caused the hernia, Emily said: “They don’t know. There was some kind of defect in the muscle in my tummy quite high up. Whether it was caused from the previous C-section, or whether it just happened in the pregnancy, they don’t really know.
“It required quite a lot of follow up afterwards as well. Everyone I’ve seen was like ‘I’ve never heard of that before’.”
But Emily still said the psychological moment of passing on Arabella after a week was the worst part for her.
“It was the handing her over, that was the worst part of it.”

My parents refused to let me go for dinner in my LBD as it’s ‘too short’ – I have mega long legs, don’t dress-code me
A YOUNG woman has hit back at her parents for dress-coding her before going out for dinner.
While most 20-year-olds go out in short dresses, Laura De Castro was warned by her parents not to.

Taking to social media, Laura shared the dress she planned to wear to the family dinner, but was stopped when her parents saw the outfit.
In the clip, she said: “I’m 20 years old and my parents didn’t want me to let me go to dinner in this dress because it’s ‘too short.'”
The blonde beauty then showed off her little back dress which had mesh off-the-shoulder sleeves and ruching detail.
The figure-hugging dress Laura had on came just below her bum, which her parents deemed inappropriate.
However, the young woman hit back at the accusation, stating it wasn’t her fault.
Laura said the dress looked shorter because of her long legs, which could be seen in the video.
“To be clear, I have long legs and an extremely short torso so more than half of my thighs are covered and I’m wearing shorts under,” she captioned the post.
In the comments of another clip, Laura wore a bikini and revealed she had extra long legs and a short torso because she had scoliosis – a condition where the spine twists and curves to the side.
She said she had gone through 20 spinal procedures but had now learned to just love her body shape.
One viewer praised Laura for talking about her condition in the comments.
“I just want to say it takes so much courage to put on a bikini and feel exposed. To do this when you’re receiving so much interaction shows so much courage. You are so beautiful,” they wrote.
“I was going swimming anyway! I used to be really bothered by people seeing my body but now irdc (I really don’t care),” she replied.
The clip of her LBD has since gone viral on her TikTok account @pageboundbox with over 26 million views and 1.3 million likes.
Plenty of people took to the comments telling Laura to wear whatever she wants.
One person wrote: “Time to move out and wear what you want.”
Another commented: “So I’m guessing your parents are my age, mid to late 40s. May I gently remind them that we wore some stuff much more revealing than that dress when we were 20. Wear what you want honey.”
Can you be dress coded for wearing crop tops in public?
The concept of being “dress coded” typically applies to specific environments such as schools, workplaces, or certain establishments where dress codes are enforced to maintain a particular standard or atmosphere.
In public spaces, however, the situation is generally more relaxed and governed by societal norms rather than strict rules.
That said, whether or not you can be dress coded for wearing a crop top in public largely depends on the context and location:
Public Spaces: In most public spaces, like parks, streets, and beaches, wearing a crop top is generally acceptable and unlikely to result in any formal repercussions. People have the freedom to dress as they choose, provided they adhere to basic standards of decency and local laws.
Establishments and Venues: Some restaurants, shops, or clubs may have their own dress codes. It’s possible that a crop top might not meet the dress requirements for more formal venues. In such cases, staff may politely request that you adhere to their dress code or deny entry.
Schools and Workplaces: Educational institutions and workplaces often have dress codes in place. Crop tops may be considered inappropriate in these settings, and you could be asked to change into more suitable attire.
Cultural and Regional Considerations: In certain cultures or regions, norms and expectations around acceptable clothing can vary widely. It’s always a good idea to be aware of and respect local customs and dress codes when travelling.
“Try this – move out. Wear what you want,” penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: “I don’t think it’s too short, but then again, I’m also 20 and my parents force me to change clothes all the time.”
“I think the dress is beautiful on you,” claimed a fifth
Someone else added: “Yeah that’s just ridiculous. You look fab!!”

Brits amid to going to the same UK staycation spot every year
FOUR in 10 staycationers return to the same destination because they want to ‘play it safe’.
A poll of 1,200 UK travellers found 77 per cent at least sometimes revisit the same place they’ve been before.

And seven in 10 (71 per cent) of those who have ever gone back to a familiar location have also chosen to book the exact same accommodation at some point.
Reasons for returning to the same destination included wanting to revisit a beautiful spot (37 per cent), bring back happy memories (31 per cent), and go somewhere that feels like a home away from home (20 per cent).
Trips down memory lane don’t end there, with holidaymakers re-exploring a destination this year planning to journey back to a specific beach (48 per cent), restaurant (37 per cent), or scenic viewpoint (32 per cent).
Most popular locations to revisit included seaside spots (46 per cent), countryside escapes (37 per cent), and places to camp (14 per cent).
But despite this, over a third (36 per cent) agreed trying new things is the best part of going on a staycation.
Darren Whittington, spokesperson for The Camping and Caravanning Club, which commissioned the research alongside creating a tool to uncover your staycation personality and a list of exciting activities to try on your next trip, said: “We can be creatures of habit when it comes to our holidays, but there’s so much to see in the UK.
“Trying a new activity or taking up a hobby can elevate a holiday to one you’ll never forget.
“With UK holidays now making up 59 per cent of all the trips we take, there’s a lot of opportunity to discover new places and things to do, creating memories that will last a lifetime along the way.
“And with the rising popularity of staycations, more and more people are realising how much the UK has to offer, whether you prioritise excitement or relaxation.”
More than eight in 10 (86 per cent) agreed they enjoy trying new things when they go away.
And according to them, the best things about broadening their horizons include the opportunity to discover something new (62 per cent), grow as a person (29 per cent), and learn new skills (23 per cent).
The research by OnePoll found new experiences also provide 47 per cent time to bond with their family and 15 per cent relish the chance to pick up a new hobby.
Respondents were excited to embark on adventures such as going on a cross-country road trip (24 per cent), discovering a hidden gem (41 per cent), and visiting sets from their favourite films or TV shows (23 per cent).
With activities they’re keen to try ranging from wild swimming (14 per cent) and paddleboarding (13 per cent) to mountain climbing and biking (12 per cent).
Specific regions holidaymakers are most interested to explore are the Scottish Highlands (36 per cent), Cornwall (36 per cent), and the Lake District (35 per cent).
Where they hope to discover a range of new sights, such as beaches to stroll on (44 per cent), historical sites to broaden their knowledge (41 per cent), and botanical gardens to help them connect with nature (26 per cent).
And of those who are still unsure about trying something new on their next trip, potential motivators included nearby activities they want to try (34 per cent) and the chance to gain a fresh perspective on the world (27 per cent).
Darren added: “There’s such a range of things out there to try – and it’s fantastic to see so many are already open to adventure.
“But for the one in 10 people who don’t enjoy trying new things while on holiday, we believe that the campsite is the perfect base to launch yourself into the incredible outdoors, try something new, and make this your summer of why not.
“Whether you’re drawn to the seaside, the mountains, the woods, or anything in between – there’s something out there for you to discover.
“It’s about time we break out of our routines and experience the full array of beautiful places and opportunities the UK has to offer.”
