Their new baby was born earlier this month, and taking to Instagram yesterday, Helen announced her daughter’s arrival.

Sharing a montage of her baby’s first few days at home, she posted: “Honey Johnson (honey pot emoji) 4th June 2025. 6lbs 1oz. 3:32pm,

“The newest addition to our growing family. We are so in love and completely smitten by her.

“She’s the copy and paste of her big sister Peach. Our sweet Honey pot. I can’t believe she’s ours to love forever. Now back to our baby bubble with my beautiful family.”

Helen’s fans flocked to congratulate her, with one saying: “She really is the cutest. She is a little Honey love the name choice. Welcome Honey to the crazy family (love heart emoji) xxx..”

PREGNANCY NEWS

In January, Helen shared that her and Chet were adding to their ever expanding brood.

In the clip, the star could be seen showing off her blossoming baby bump.

“Our wish came true, a summer baby finally,” the reality star said at the time.

CHET ROMANCE

The couple’s baby new comes two years after Helen and Chet – who have been together since 2015 – shocked fans by announcing their split.

She posted an explosive statement on Instagram accusing Chet of cheating, which he denied.

They got back together shortly after, and during a Q&A on Instagram, one follower asked: “Are you and Chet back together?”

Helen said: “So this question gets asked a lot so I would only like to address this once.

“I jumped the gun and put a statement without even reading between the lines.

“Chet always denied the allegation and later down the line cleared his name.

“Putting a statement out there was a hasty decision on my behalf, because the evidence I had was nil and void and led to me accusing Chet of something he actually didn’t do.

“I don’t know why I let these trolls get to me and try and ruin my relationship.

“Chet an I are working hard to get back on track for the sake of us as a couple and out family, and this is the last time I will speak on this matter.”

Chet and Helen got back together on series four of Ex On The Beach, which aired in 2016.

The 50p hack to stop sweaty shoes stinking up a storm during a heatwave, and you’ve already got some in the cupboard

THEY’RE commonly found in thousands of houses.

And if you’re one of the people struggling with stinky shoes, they’ll undoubtedly be even more smelly in the heat – as sweat and moisture increases.

Everyone’s got uncooked rice in their cupboard, and it’s this that provides the basis for the clever hack[/caption]

But there’s a clever hack you can try to stop the disgusting stench – it’ll cost you just 50p and you’re guaranteed to already have some in the kitchen cupboard.

“Uncooked rice is a natural desiccant, meaning it absorbs moisture from the air, and in this case, from inside your shoes,” footwear expert Julian Nelson explained.

For even more successful results, you can add bicarbonate of soda and salt – as “the bicarb neutralises smells, while salt helps kill off bacteria”.

While some might try and pop their shoes in the washing machine to get rid of the smell, it’s not a good idea, A Fine Pair of Shoes founder Julian added.

“Washing shoes in a machine can ruin the structure and glue, especially in heat, but this is a dry solution that actually works,” he said.

The rice hack is also gentle on footwear and reusable – meaning it’s ideal for school shoes or leather work shoes.

And the clever trick is already doing the rounds online, and receiving rave reviews from those who have tried it.

“Fill a couple of clean socks with rice, salt and baking soda,” one person wrote on Reddit’s Life Hacks thread.

“Put them in smelly or damp shoes and by morning, they’ll be dry and clean-smelling.

“Great for kids, easy to use.”

While another added on Mumsnet: “I just today attempted ‘natural odour absorbers’ made out of old, odd socks with uncooked rice and bicarb, plus a few drops of essential oils.

“Tie the end in a knot and voila.

“I’ve put some inside shoes which are the pongiest… so far it smells nicer!”

And someone else asked on Facebook how to clean shoes that “smell like death” – to which another replied: “Pack socks full of rice, sew them shut and stick one into each shoe.

How to make reusable rice packs to stop your shoes from smelling

  • Fill a clean sock with uncooked rice (about half a cup per shoe)
  • Add 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda and a few drops of essential oil (optional)
  • Tie, or sew, the sock shut
  • Pop one sock into each shoe overnight and repeat whenever the shoes start to smell

“The rice absorbs the moisture.”

“It’s simple, affordable and surprisingly effective, and in this week’s heat, it’s the best way to keep shoes fresh without resorting to harsh chemicals,” Julian added.

Kanchanaburi’s Meditation Center Exposed: Major Migrant Smuggling Bust Unfolds

In a noteworthy turn of events in Kanchanaburi, the diligence and coordination of police and administrative officials culminated in the successful capture of a network involved in the smuggling of migrant workers. On a routine patrol on June 18, the Kanchanaburi Highway Police’s keen eyes caught sight of two vehicles acting suspiciously on Highway 323. This led them straight to a surprising operation centered around a humble meditation center in Mueang district. The vehicles, a white Isuzu pickup with Bangkok plates and a Toyota registered locally in Kanchanaburi, were under the police surveillance near Wang Yai village in the Tha Sao subdistrict of Sai Yok district. The law enforcement team worked in tandem with local administrative officials, tailing the vehicles with the precision of a well-rehearsed dance. Their pursuit ended at an unexpected stop—a monastery. Upon turning into Phutthaprompanyo Monastery in Nong Chok village, Kaeng Sian subdistrict, the drivers ushered…

On a rather ordinary Thursday morning, in a bustling corner of Bangkok’s Watthana District, a rather extraordinary discovery unfolded. Little did anyone suspect that inside this nondescript façade lay the operations of a peculiar and audacious venture. Welcome to the world of metallic mimicry! A touch of alchemy, if you will, turning the everyday into the exceptionally fraudulent. Access to a glamorous world of airport privileges normally reserved for the elite few – think VIP parking, access to plush airport…
