Seven-time world champion Ronnie, 49, is selling his £2million house in Chigwell, Essex, and plans to head off to the UAE with actress and Strictly star Laila, 53.
A source told us: “They have been back together for a while.
“The time apart gave them time to think about what they want and what is important to them — and that is being together.
“Ronnie is moving to the Middle East and Laila is going with him. They’ve talked about living in Dubai, which is just a two-hour flight from where Ronnie has his snooker academy in Saudi Arabia.
“He has spoken to people on his snooker circuit about the move and is excited about a clean break from the UK for him and Laila.
“They have had their issues in the past but Ronnie and Laila have worked through it and seem really happy again.
“The people who know them think they make a great couple and just want them to live a happy, quiet life.”
Ronnie — nicknamed the Rocket because of his explosive stayle of play — proposed to Laila in 2013, a year after they started dating.
The Sun first revealed they had ended their engagement last September after his hectic work schedule pushed them apart.
The source added: “They’ve been on and off before but Ronnie really wants to make it work with Laila.
“She will be joining him in the Middle East and they’ll see how it goes.”
Ronnie first revealed his dream of moving abroad earlier this year but said it was early days.
However, following his defeat in the Snooker World Championship semi-finals in May, he said: “I think I am going to be moving out of the UK this year.
“I’ll be moving away to the Middle East. We’ll see how it goes — I might be back in six months.
“A new life somewhere else. I don’t know how that is going to pan out.
“I will still try to play snooker but I don’t know what the future looks like for me really.
“It is a big part of my life but I have to try and figure out what my future looks like, whether it’s playing or not.”

A crew member reportedly handed the letter to the pilot when he finished flying over Portugal in the direction of the Canary Islands.
In response to the warning, an extensive security operation swung into action with specialists from the GEDEX (Explosives Deactivation Group), the Fiscal and Border Section, investigation units and citizen security patrols all intervening.
Air traffic controllers wrote on their X account: “The plane has been guided with the presence of firefighters to a siding where the passengers have had to identify their luggage.
“Landing and takeoff operations have been temporarily interrupted, which has caused some delays.”

BABIES were among hundreds of hospital patients who cheated death when an Iranian missile blitzed an Israeli hospital, the nation’s president told The Sun.
Isaac Herzog revealed that the chiefs decided to move critical care units into a basement bunker just hours before the terrorist regime “deliberately targeted” the hospital.

Doug SeeburgSun Foreign Editor Nick Parker speaks to Israeli President Herzog at the Presidential Palace in Jerusalem[/caption]
And in an exclusive interview with The Sun, the embattled Israeli leader branded his fanatic enemy “disgusting and horrendous” as the Middle East conflict raged on.
Appalled Mr Herzog, 64, vented his outrage at the presidential palace in Jerusalem after visiting shocked patients and staff at Soroka Hospital in the southern city of Beersheba.
A huge explosion early today sent a mushroom cloud over the complex and set the roof on fire as terrified patients cowered in makeshift basement wards.
Mr Herzog told The Sun: “I was there this morning following the destruction by an Iranian missile – straight on the hospital where people were in treatment.
“The director general of the hospital decided only last night to remove all the units above ground to underground.
“They would have been killed for sure, because you see the building was totally demolished.”
Mr Herzog said Soroka tends to two million patients every year, treating Israelis, Palestinians and sick and injured people from nearby Gaza.
He paid tribute to the resilience of medics yesterday while revealing his shock at the scale of the damage.
Mr Herzog said: “Glass was strewn all over the place – windows and doors – total devastation, but I went underground and the hospital functions beautifully.
“Professor Mahmoud Abu Shakra, a great Israeli Muslim, was leading the emergency care unit underground.
“That’s Israel for you. We have immense resilience. And we will recover, we will rebuild, and we will move on.
“It shows how cruel the Iranians are – the emergency care units full of babies were there, and this missile was aimed directly at the hospital.
“It was deliberate – we know it because we have intelligence.
“We know that they are carrying out crimes against humanity and war crimes all the time.
“They decided to harass us. They want to drive us crazy, so they send those missiles, but they get us wrong because we are a very strong nation, and we know how exposed they are.
“They are making a huge mistake.”

Mr Herzog rejected comparisons to Israeli attacks on hospitals in Gaza and insisted medical sites in the besieged enclave were targeted because terror bases were hidden beneath them.
He said: “All the aid that went into Gaza from Western countries, from us, by the way, too – all that money went to build a terror infrastructure of the worst kind.
“That was deployed on October 7th – and it’s all in tunnels out there, which are full of ammunition and our hostages.”
Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz raged that evil Iranian kingpin Ayatollah Ali Khamenei must die after the missile struck the hospital.
He said: “Khamenei openly declares that he wants Israel destroyed – he personally gives the order to fire on hospitals.
“He considers the destruction of the state of Israel to be a goal,
“Such a man can no longer be allowed to exist.”

Katz’s threat was echoed by Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu, who said Israel was ready to “remove” the nuclear threat from Iran.
Asked during a visit to bombed Soroka Hospital if Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei was a potential target, Netanyahu said: “No one is immune.”
“By the end of this operation, there will be no nuclear threat to Israel, nor will there be a ballistic missile threat.”
The US president is yet to say if he will directly launch an attack, but is reportedly considering striking Iran’s key underground nuclear site in the coming days.
Trump has become heavily involved in the conflict over the last 72 hours.
When asked about US bombing Iran, he said: “I may do it, I may not do it.”
It is believed that the US may choose to back Israeli strikes on Iran’s Fordow nuclear development area.
Will Trump strike Iran?
By Sayan Bose, Foreign News Reporter
DONALD Trump is all but poised to join Israel’s campaign of bombing Iran as they both seek to obliterate Tehran’s nuclear program.
The White House said on Thursday that Trump will decide on whether the US will get involved in the Israel-Iran conflict in the next two weeks.
It comes as Tel Aviv has been carrying out air strikes targeting various nuclear and military facilities in Tehran and other parts of Iran.
The goal, as they say, is to thwart the Iranian regime’s efforts to produce nuclear weapons.
The Trump administration previously said it had no plans to join the conflict.
However, winds in Washington began blowing the other way after Trump cut short his G7 visit in Canada and said he needed to focus on the Middle East.
And has repeatedly insisted it was not to pursue peace talks with Iran “in any way, shape or form” – a stark shift in his previous policy of striking up a nuclear deal.
Don also went on to share a slew of posts on Truth Social suggesting he may be considering strikes against Iran.
He wrote: “Our patience is wearing thin,” before calling out Tehran for an unconditional surrender.
Trump also called for an emergency situation room meeting yesterday with his top Washington aides, though details of those meetings have not yet been revealed.
But Trump’s statements, coupled with America’s military movements, suggest the US forces may soon strike Iran.
As Trump rushed back to meet his National Security Council, he vowed he was chasing something “better than a ceasefire”, which would force Iran into a “complete give up”.
He refused to specify the endgame, but ominously warned: “You’re going to find out over the next few days.”
A spokesman for the Iranian foreign ministry said that a US intervention in the Middle East would be “a recipe for all-out war in the region.
This would likely be done by a fearsome 15-ton mega bomb known as a Massive Ordnance Penetrator (MOP) bomb that can penetrate deep inside the ground before blowing up.
Speaking to reporters from the Oval Office Trump did say the US is the only nation capable of blitzing the key nuke site.
But he added: “That doesn’t mean I’m going to do it – at all.”
Trump also gave a two-word warning to Iran’s Supreme Leader after he revealed Tehran was trying to run back to the negotiating table since the conflict broke out.
When a White House reporter asked Trump about Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s declaration that he will “never surrender”, Trump simply responded: “Good luck.”
Trump even stepped up his rhetoric towards Khamenei as he said the US knows where he is hiding but will not kill him “for now”.
Khamenei responded to the constant threats by saying: “The battle begins.”
He warned that the US will face hell if it enters the war and drops a single bomb on Tehran.
“This nation will never surrender,” Khamenei said in a speech read on state television.
“America should know that any military intervention will undoubtedly result in irreparable damage.”

WE all know how important it is to lather on the sun cream, but there’s a little-known issue that could render your bottle useless.
Although it might be tempting to reach for the same bottle of sun cream you didn’t finish from last summer, it could be a bad idea.
Instagram/whichukThe symbols let you know how long you’ve got to use your SPF[/caption]
Instagram/whichukYou can write the date you first opened the bottle to help[/caption]
GettyWearing sun cream is a must to protect your skin[/caption]
That’s because all sun cream expires, and quicker than you might think.
Experts at Which? recently took to TikTok to explain what people should look out for when reaching for their trusty SPF.
In the viral video they explained: “The period after opening symbol says how many months cosmetic products, such as sun cream, are effective after they’re first opened.”
The symbol, which looks like a small tub with a date next to it, isn’t just on sun cream but makeup, perfume and loads more products your probably use everyday.
But when it comes to sun cream it’s extra important to pay attention to the symbol, because the product can stop protecting your skin if it’s been too long.
In fact, Rutledge Forney, MD, a board-certified dermatologist and the founder of Dermatology Affiliates in Atlanta, Georgia, explained why making sure your SPF is in date is so important.
She told the Skin Cancer Foundation: “Sunscreen does lose its effectiveness over time, and you need to respect the expiration date.
“I have seen numerous sunburns on patients who realised too late that their sunscreen was expired.
She added: “If you’re continuously using a bottle of sunscreen for several days, such as on vacation, and reapplying often, an eight-ounce bottle of sunscreen provides enough coverage for two to three days at the beach for one person. Use it up!”
Of course, it’s not always easy to remember exactly when you opened your sun cream.
But don’t worry, the pros from Which? also shared a helpful hack to make that a whole lot easier too.
They suggested writing the date your open your SPF on the bottle with a marker pen.
That way, when it comes to applying toy SPF you’ll know when it’s time to chuck it out and buy a new bottle.
What to do if you so get sunburn
TheNHS recommendswe apply sunscreen (at least SPF 30) between March and October, however otherskincareexperts advise using sun cream year round.
According to the NHS, if you do have sunburn your skin may:
feel hot to touch
feel sore or painful
flake or peel – this usually happens a few days after you get sunburn
In more severe cases your skin may also blister.
Sun burn is more obvious on white skin, as it will usually be red orpink.
However, if your have black or brown skin, you might not notice a change in the colour of your skin at all, the NHS website notes.
Getting out of the soon as soon as possible is a must if you’re sunburnt.
The NHS recommends cooling off with a cool shower, applying aftersun, and drinking plenty of water.
You should also avid popping any blisters, scratching or trying to remove peeling skin, and using ice packs directly on sunburnt skin.
How to care for sunburn safely
WE should all avoid getting burnt in the sun as it can cause skin cancer.
But if you do get burnt this summer, it’s important to take care of your skin safely.
Your skin will likely feel hot to the touch, be sore and painful, and flake or peel after a few days. If your burn is severe, your skin may also blister.
According to the NHS, the best ways to ease sunburn yourself are to:
Get out of the sun as soon as possible
Cool your skin with a cool shower, bath or damp towel (take care not to let a baby or young child get too cold)
Apply aftersun cream or spray
Drink plenty of water to cool down and prevent dehydration
Take painkillers, such as paracetamol or ibuprofen for any pain
Cover sunburnt skin from direct sunlight until skin has fully healed
You should also avoid using petroleum jelly, putting ice or ice packs directly on sunburnt skin, popping blisters, scratching or trying to remove peeling skin and tight-fitting clothing.
Most of the time, sunburn can be treated at home. But you should ask for an urgent GP appointment or call 111 if you’ve been out in the sun and:
Your skin is blistered or swollen
Your temperature is very high, or you feel hot and shivery
You feel very tired, dizzy and sick
You have a headache and muscle cramps
Your baby or young child has sunburn
Severe sunburn can lead to heat exhaustion and heatstroke, which can be very serious and in some cases fatal.
GettyDimitri Payet has seen the case against him re-opened[/caption]
Larissa Ferrari appealed against a decision to drop the matterNewsflash
Payet hit 15 goals in 60 Hammers appearances and was their 2015-16 player of the season.
The married dad-of-four joined Brazilian club Vasco da Gama in 2023 and went on to form a relationship with local woman Larissa.
Rio de Janeiro prosecutors allege he took advantage of her vulnerability to start the relationship, then caused her “psychological and emotional harm” including being violent.
Police initially closed their inquiry but prosecutors reopened the case after an appeal by Larissa and have now pressed charges.
Payet has been accused of causing her emotional damage through “hurtful and degrading expressions, humiliation, manipulation and mockery”.
She also claimed she had to take part in a fake wedding and wear a ring to “prove her love”.
Payet is said to have told Brazilian police everything between him and Larissa was consensual.
NewsflashThe Brazilian lawyer and the married footballer had a relationship[/caption]
Documents from the country’s Public Ministry say the couple met online and shared a mutual interest in sexual relations involving “acts of daringness and violence”.
The official report states Larissa suffered depression as a result of Payet’s behaviour towards her.
Her lawyers said: “This measure shows that the authorities are aware of the seriousness of the facts.
“They are minded to make sure that behaviours that harm women’s dignity do not go unpunished – no matter how high-profile the suspect may be.”
The footballer, whose Vasco contract was torn up earlier this month, could have to pay a huge fine and the costs of Larissa’s medical treatment if the accusations against him are found to be true.
Payet’s lawyer Sheila Lustoza said: “I’m surprised the case has been reopened, as it is based on information that was already out there.
“But I am confident that the legal system will recognise my client’s innocence.”
Payet left West Ham for Marseille in a £25million deal in January 2017 after falling out of favour with Hammers fans.
The set-piece expert, who has 38 caps, pushed for a transfer after claiming he was homesick.

Midfielder Ryan Tunnicliffe is the player at the centre of the amazing claims Down Under.
He was at Old Trafford from 2009-2014, featuring alongside future heroes like Paul Pogba and earning England caps at Under-16 and U-17 level.
But a move to Australian team Adelaide United on a two-year deal in 2023 went less than smoothly.
And Tunnicliffe’s troubles peaked when the club’s technical director Ernest Faber wanted him out – according to 7NEWS Adelaide.
The Australian broadcaster revealed whistleblowing claims by former assistant Travis Dodd.
The former Adelaide player, 45, suggested that ex-coach Carl Veart was undermined by Faber last season.
Dodd reckoned Faber asked players to pick the team without telling Veart.

And it’s reckoned Tunnicliffe was caught up in the situation.
He only played four minutes last season before departing in May – with Veart also leaving after five years in charge, as well as Dodd.
And it’s alleged Tunnicliffe faced a bizarre saga as he struggled for game time.
7News Adelaide reported that Faber “forced unwanted import Ryan Tunnicliffe to train on his own, putting him through torturous running sessions in the hope he would quit the club”.
Dodd told the TV channel: “I said, ‘Mate, don’t let them break you’. He goes, ‘I can do it’.
“And, credit to him, for two weeks he rocked up when he was asked to rock up, did what he was asked to do, and seemingly Ernest (Faber) had had enough after two weeks and let him rejoin the first-team squad.”
Former Adelaide player Josh Cavallo alleged on the 7News Facebook comment section that he too suffered because of Faber.
He claimed Veart was “under clear instructions by the people above him” not to pick him.

The Coronation Street cast are furious over the latest impact of budget cuts after a string of stars were axedColson Smith was devastated to be axed as Craig TinkerHelen Worth has also retired from Corrie after 50 years
Every time actors appear on-screen, they are due a per-episode fee, which can mount up for actors on lucrative deals.
Longtime stars such as Sue Cleaver, Colson Smith, Shelley King, and Sue Devaney have either quit or were forced to leave the cash-strapped serial drama.
And now, it would appear the cast have been left “furious” after the latest impact, which has seen them paying for their own summer party.
The party is £22 per person, and they are also being asked for further contributions, especially as what they pay will only cover venue, entertainment and security so they have to pay for their own drinks.
A source told The Sun: “It’s been a difficult few months and people were really looking forward to the party, but it puts a bit of a dampener on things that they have to pay.
“It might not be a lot to some of the bigger known stars but for some staff it is. The fact that drinks aren’t included is a real blow too. People aren’t really that surprised though considering the constant budget cuts.”
A TV insider told The Sun in May: “After the Daytime announcement, the big feeling within the soap departments at ITV is the cost-cutting focus will shift to them.
“There’s been some seismic changes already over the past year in regards to penny pinching and many believe that’s just the start.
“Given the big audience figures and institutional history within ITV, soaps used to have an untouchable feel about them.
“But that’s changed significantly and they now feel more vulnerable than ever.”
Coronation Street Spoilers: News & Cast Updates
The beloved British soap has been captivating audiences for decades.
The show follows the lives of the residents as they navigate love, loss, family drama, and community struggles.
Bosses attempted to spin the new streamlined output by branding the new soap schedule as ITV’s new “Power Hour”, with Emmerdale airing at 8pm followed by Coronation Street at 8:30pm, Monday to Friday.
However, the move is expected to cut up to 75 jobs, with many crewmembers already drafted into redundancy meetings.
Sue Cleaver will leave her role of Eileen Grimshaw after two decades on-screen
