BILLI Mucklow has given her ex-husband Andy Carroll a look at what he’s missing by posing in bikini in Mallorca.
The former Towie star, 37, has shared several sizzling photos online and told her followers: “Back To My Happy Place.”

In the snaps, Billi is clutching a glass of white wine in her hand and beaming at the camera while paddling in a private swimming pool.
Billi’s caption appears to be taking a swipe at the former Newcastle and West Ham ace, who she split with last summer.
During the couple’s turbulent two-year marriage, Billi had jetted out to Mallorca with her girl friends to let her hair down.
While Andy was away, Billi was holding the fort at home – looking after their three children and his two children from a previous relationship.
A source told us: “Everyone thinks Andy is acting like an utter p***k and is making himself look like a total fool posting so many sexy shots with Lou – who he moved on with alarmingly quickly after separating from the mother of his kids.
“While he is off galavanting around the party island, posting all these snaps that scream ‘we are having hot sex!’, Billi is at home looking after not only their children, but his two kids from a previous relationship with ex-fiancee Faye Johnstone.
“It’s a silent gut-punch to Billie, who is an angel and adores the kids – looking after them and protecting them from this circus is her number one priority.
“To her it’s second nature to be there for them and to be their caregiver.”
Andy is now based in France after signing for Championnat National 2 club Bordeaux. Billi is living with the children in Essex.

CORONATION Street legend Sue Cleaver has given fans a fresh health update after quitting the ITV soap after 25 years.
The actress, who played telly favourite Eileen Grimshaw since 2000, waved goodbye to the cobbles in an emotional exit episode earlier this month.
RexCoronation Street’s Sue Cleaver has opened up about her health in a new interview[/caption]

Shutterstock EditorialSue said she is chuffed with her Corrie legacy as the star exited the soap after 25 years[/caption]
Behind-the-scenes, Sue, 61, was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes over 20 years ago, and while she’s known for her strength on screen, the star admitted at times she’d feel faint while filming.
But the star has now admitted that the use of Dexcom, a continuous glucose monitor, has helped give her back control of her life.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Sue said: “I think there is a lot of misunderstanding around diabetes, people tell you can’t eat chocolate or sugar – but where I struggle with my diabetes is when I’m about to go on stage or when I’m about to go on Loose Women or live shows.
“Before I go on I’d have to prick my finger and check if they’re stable enough to get me to the interval or do I need to eat.
Sue admitted there has been times that she’s felt “faint” on screen.
“If I’m about to go on stage or live shows and I don’t know if I’m going to make it if my sugars aren’t stable enough, and I don’t have time to prick my finger, you tend to think ‘let me eat this thing now’ and then you tend to feel the effects of it later or the middle of the show.
“But where the Dexcom, I just have to look at my phone and see my sugar levels, it takes all of the worry out of it.”
TV FUTURE
After quitting the soap, Sue has now also revealed what her future TV career plans include and whether or not she’ll join a rival soap.
She told us: “I’m chuffed with my Coronation Street legacy, they gave me a wonderful send off and the ending that I asked for and I wanted Eileen’s exit to mirror what I feel I’m doing and what I want other women to do – to live fearlessly, don’t let fear hold you back, be who you want to be.
“It’s never too late to try something new, that’s what I wanted for her, this realisation for her to go ‘hang on a minute, I don’t have to stay, I can do something completely different, all it takes is courage.
“I think people forget that you either have courage or you don’t, courage is a muscle, start really small and put yourself our of your comfort zone for a couple of minutes a day, enquire about book club or evening class, because that muscle really does.”
Sue said her final scenes “brought a tear to her eye” as she saw the taxis lined up down the street.
“There were moments when I had a little wave of emotion, we filmed the final scene on a Thursday and we went out for dinner and I came back on the Friday to do some other scenes and at the end of that it was really weird feeling. It felt right.”
The TV star admitted she now has the “freedom” to explore other passion projects after spending over two decades at ITV.
She said: “It was the right time for me to go, the door is still open, my hearts there, my husband still works there, I still see them all.
“But for now, it’s absolutely the right thing, it’s time for me to have some freedom, to not be committed to things, to do passion projects, which is why I’m going back to the theatre.
“I love doing Loose Women, there are other things I want to do and there is a lot more of the world I want to see.”
Although Sue has the freedom to join other soaps, she admitted her loyalties still lie with Corrie, saying: “I don’t think so at this stage, I think I’m very committed to Corrie and Corrie has been very committed to me.
“I’ve been incredibly fortunate and it gave me the opportunity that not many actresses have, to be at home, to be there for my son in the morning and put him to bed at night and to have a proper home life, whereas normally you have to go where the work is.
“I’ve been extremely fortunate, it’s not lost on me how lucky I’ve been, it has a big place in my heart.”
Soap fans were devastated after it was announced that matriarch Eileen was set to leave the soap, just months after Helen Worth, who played Gail Platt, also said farewell.
She said: “Weirdly enough I remember quite a long time before it came out that Helen was going, she rang me and said ‘I just wanted to ring and tell you I’m leaving’, and I went ‘Helen, I just want to tell you I’m leaving as well’.”
A number of stars on the soap have been axed over the last few years amid budget cuts.
However, Sue, who starred on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here in 2022, admitted she left the soap on her terms and had made the decision years ago.
“I made the decision to leave when I went and did the jungle, I’d known for a while, it had been a while in the planning,” she said.
HEALTH UPDATE
Sue has opened up about wearing the Dexcom ONE+, a continuous glucose monitor that helps track her glucose levels to manage her Type 2 diabetes.
Sue said: “Dexcom has made a big difference in my life, having diabetes and having decision fatigue – it can be a mental marathon all the time.
“Diabetes is lifelong and the management is lifelong and you do get tired thinking about what you can eat and what impact it’s going to have.
“What I love about Dexcom, it helps me see how my body is reacting to stress, food in real time. It stops me needing to guess but it tracks all the trends.
Dexcom is a small, fast and easy to use, helping to simplify diabetes management for those with Type 2.
Dexcom’s new State of Type 2 Report – which looked at patients and doctors in the UK and other key European cities – discovered 72% of those living with Type 2 Diabetes believe that using a CGM device helps to improve their lives, a further 74% believe that it would also reduce the risk of complications.
EXIT STORYLINE
Sue said she told ITV bosses that she wanted her on-screen son Ryan Thomas to return as part of her exit storyline.
She said: “I asked for Ryan to come back, I rang him even before I rang Corrie to let him know I was leaving. I told him not to say anything and asked him to come back and he went ‘I’d have to for my mother’. They asked me what plan of exit I’d like and I said I want Eileen to go off to Thailand to start her new life and Ryan to come back and take me.”
The theatre star said she now has the freedom work on various other projects after dedicating over two decades to the soap.
“I won’t miss being tied to people, I’m really enjoying my freedom and getting up in the morning and going to the gym and deciding what to do with my day,” she continued.
“Everything I do now are passion projects like going back to the theatre.
“I’ve got so much going on at the minute.”
Although Sue is no long on Corrie, she has her hands full with other TV jobs including being a panelist on Loose Women.
But the star firmly hit back at rumours that the panel is feuding.
Sue said: “I love it. I’ve known the girls for years, it’s such a fun thing to do. It’s that typical thing, Denise and I will disagree with something on the show, we’re great mates, we’ve known each other for 26 years but then there are rumours that they’ve fallen out, we’ve not fallen out over anything.
“People don’t say that when you see Match of the Day, can we not please move on.
“It is one big family and a huge amount of loyalty. We’re very honest and brave and we put ourselves out there and in order to do that we have to feel very safe.
“We don’t wear our heart on our sleeve and talk about things like that when you don’t feel safe.
“There aren’t clashes, we’re making our programme and doing our job – it’s just different opinions, we’re not falling out with each other. I get on with everybody, I love them all. It’s just really nice.”
Speaking about her Loose Women future, Sue said: “Nobody knows what’s happening in TV, I’m just getting on with what I’m doing in my life and I’m just enjoying it.
“I’ve had a great time on it, I’ve had a great ride, I don’t know what will happen in the future – I don’t know what’s going to happen tomorrow or the next hour.”

THE woman who has paid for the prime Madeleine McCann suspect’s early release has been revealed as a cop who had been investigating the paedophile.
Dan CharityThe woman who has paid for Christian Brueckner’s early release from jail has been revealed as a cop[/caption]
Brueckner’s release will have a major implication on the investigations into the disappearance of Madeleine McCannAFP
Reports have now identified her as a former officer with the German FBI – known as the BKA – who claims to have been involved in wire-tapping his jail cell.
She confirmed to respected Hamburg-based publication Der Spiegel she paid the funds directly to the justice system – allowing the fiend out early.
Convicted rapist Brueckner had only been able to pay off £210 of the total fine and faced being kept behind bars until January.
That scenario would have granted cops four precious extra months to hunt down forensic evidence and finally charge him over Maddie’s disappearance.
As it is, the ex-cop’s intervention undermined the same force she previously worked for – all as they tirelessly dug for new clues in Portugal two weeks ago.
The woman – who has not been publicly named – claims she worked in the field of “Operative Technology Audio”.
She says she was involved in bugging Brueckner’s prison cell – allegations that emerged in court last year as the disturbed German was cleared of fresh rape charges.
The female fine-payer did confirm: “I never had personal contact with Christian B.”
And when confronted over the fine payment, the woman bizarrely told Spiegel it has been a “misunderstanding” and she had tried in vain to reverse the payment.
She reportedly believed the fine was due to Brueckner insulting a police officer, something she said “wasn’t justified”.
When she learned that the penalties were actually to do with a number of infractions, including bodily harm, “it was already too late,” she said.
Spiegel reports it has been able to verify she transferred £1,300 to an account of the Braunschweig public prosecutor’s office at the Comdirect bank.
It cleared a 2016 Helmstedt District Court fine for drunkenness in traffic and forgery of documents and a 2017 Braunschweig court levy for assault.
Brueckner will now walk free when his sentence for raping an American woman, 72, in Praia da Luz, in 2005, ends.
He has been named publicly as the prime suspect over the May 3, 2007 disappearance of Maddie, of Rothley, Leics., since 2020 but has never been charged.
He has used letters to deny the claims but has refused to answer police questions or provide an alibi.
His phone was in Praia da Luz on the night Madeleine vanished and made a 30-minute call from the area.
AlamyYoung Maddie vanished on May 3, 2007 in Portugal[/caption]
Rob Pattinson Brueckner appeared in court earlier this year over verbal assaults on prison guards[/caption]
His Jaguar was re-registered into a name the day after the disappearance.
A Sun investigation this year revealed bombshell new evidence – including Brueckner’s obsession with snatching and abusing small, young, blonde girls.
We also placed him at key police locations of interest, including a lake where cops dug for evidence,
And we showed evidence he was at the scene of an al-but-confession when he allegedly said Maddie “did not scream,” in 2008.
Our probe – aired on Channel 4 – revealed the existence of a hard-drive and laptop containing crucial picture evidence on the case.
Police maintain they have physical evidence Maddie is dead – but no forensic links.
German police have recently stressed the value UK authorities could provide by getting involved in the case again before Brueckner’s release.
He has refused to rule out leaving Germany and insisted he will go to ground on his release.
If he travelled to a non-extradition country all hopes for McCann justice could disappear with him.
Timeline of Maddie's disappearance
May 3, 2007
Madeleine McCann disappears from her family’s holiday apartment in Praia da Luz, Portugal, sparking a massive police search and becoming one of the most famous missing persons cases in history.
January 15, 2016
Neighbour reports a possible ‘grave’ at Brueckner’s abandoned factory in East Germany.
Christian Brueckner is convicted for abusing a girl of five in a park after images found on his laptop.
He was sentenced to 15-months behind bars but was already on the run by then.
May 3, 2017
Around this time, Helge B calls an information hotline after watching a ten-year anniversary special on the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.
He reports an alleged confession by Christian Brueckner.
September 27, 2018
On-the-run Christian Brueckner is arrested over outstanding drugs claims in Italy.
He is extradited to Germany the following year.
December 16, 2019
Christian Brueckner was convicted, in Germany, for the 2005 rape of an American woman in Praia da Luz, Portugal, after his DNA was matched to a hair found on her bed.
He was sentenced to seven years behind bars.
June 4, 2020
German prosecutors reveal to the world they have a suspect in custody under investigation for the abduction of Madeleine McCann.
In his first interview, witness Helge B alleges to German newspaper Bild that Christian Brueckner all-but-confessed the Madeleine abduction to him, by allegedly saying “she didn’t scream” as they talked about the case, at a music festival, in Spain.
February 16, 2024
Brueckner goes on trial accused of none-McCann allegations of rape and sex assault, in Braunschweig, Germany.
Prosecutors hope for a conviction to keep him behind bars permanently and lead to McCann charges.
Prosecutors require an arrest warrant for a retrial over claims from last year – or over the McCann case.

HAD an application for car finance turned down? We know that securing funding for your dream car (or low-cost family runaround) can be a stress, which is why Sun Motors is simplifying finance for those with poor credit.
You can check whether you’ll be eligible for a car loan in 60 seconds, with no negative impact on your credit rating.
What’s more, if you’re approved, your finance deal will be available immediately, meaning you can stop dreaming and start driving.
Learn how Sun Motors can help you find the car you want at a realistic price with affordable monthly repayments. It’s the UK’s only marketplace where buyers can search cars they can actually afford.
Whether you’re interested in learning how to apply for car finance with poor credit, how much you can borrow and how to buy your dream car, we can help.
Why car finance applications are rejected
Car finance lenders are all about risk. They use various statistical models to calculate your ability to repay the loan.
It’s that simple.
Not all finance applications pass, sadly. Understanding the reasons why can help you improve your own financial position, giving you the best chance of securing the cash you need for a new car.
So, why might your credit agreement be refused? Here are some of the common reasons car finance applications are refused:
Poor credit history: Lenders look for responsible borrowing and repayment history. Missed payments, payment defaults, or (in the worst case) bankruptcy can lower your credit score and reduce your chances of approval.
Lots of debt: High debt levels are a clear warning sign to lenders, especially as car loans are typically several thousand pounds. If your monthly financial outgoings, including credit card payments and loans, are high compared to your income, you’re less likely to get approved for finance.
Lack of credit history: While borrowing too much is a warning, too little can leave you with no credit history. A lack of borrowing can make it difficult for lenders to assess your ability to manage finance and make repayments.
Applying for too much cash: The larger the loan, the stricter the lending criteria. Only apply for a loan if the repayments are realistic.
What happens if you’ve had an application for car finance turned down?
Being turned down for a car finance loan can be disappointing, but it’s not the end of the road.
Sun Motors provides access to a range of lenders specialising in arranging finance for those with a poor credit history.
These lenders will still perform finance and credit checks to ensure you’re able to repay a loan. But they’re more likely to be understanding if you’ve had problems repaying credit in the past.
Why? Because the loan is secured against the car. Fail to repay the loan and the finance company can take back the car.
One of the best things about Sun Motors finance is that you can check your eligibility in just 60 seconds. Fill out some details and you’ll get an instant decision with no impact on your credit history.
What have you got to lose?
How does car financing work with Sun Motors?
When you complete your credit check on Sun Motors, you’ll be able to see if you’ve been approved for a car loan, your interest rate and the monthly repayments.
Even if you’ve been denied finance elsewhere, you can still have a chance with Sun Motors finance.
We have a relationship with a specialist lender that can offer flexible options, including hire-purchase deals, for borrowers with poor credit. That means even if you’ve been turned down elsewhere, it’s still worth applying.
If you’re successful, you’ll get a decision in 60 seconds. You can then search for thousands of used cars you can afford to buy.
That means there’s no need to worry about being accepted, you can shop safe in the knowledge you have finance in place to bag any motor on the marketplace.
Before applying for car credit, you’ll need to confirm a few things:
You’re aged 18 to 75 when the agreement starts
You’ve been a UK resident (including Northern Ireland) for at least three years
You’re in stable employment
You can provide three months of bank statements and payslips.
If you’ve got all this, you’re ready to start.
Don’t worry if you’re self-employed. Lenders will still consider you for car finance, but you’ll probably need to provide some additional information.

If the answer is yes, you can start shopping…
What do lenders check when I apply for car finance?
You can get an initial decision on car finance is less than 60 seconds, but you’ll need to provide more details to the lender before you get the cash to buy your car.
We don’t know exactly what lenders check, because they’re private businesses. We know they’ll be looking to confirm your identity and make a decision about what you can afford to repay and whether they trust you to do it.
Some of the things finance providers will need to agree your finance deal include:
Driving licence: A valid and up-to-date licence is required
Selfie with ID: A photo of yourself holding your driving licence may be requested to protect against fraud
Proof of address: A minimum of three years address history is typically required, supported by documents like utility bills or council tax statements
Proof of income: Bank statements and payslips for the last 3–6 months may be needed to confirm affordability
Credit profile: With your consent, a hard credit check will be performed to assess your financial history and repayment behaviour
In most cases, as long as you’ve been honest with your answers, once you’ve provided all this information, your application will be approved.
Can I apply for car finance if I have poor credit?
Yes! Our funding partners work with a wide panel of lenders to find a finance option that can work for you – even if you have a poor credit history.
How much can I borrow to buy a vehicle?
Finance options through our funding partners typically range from £3,000 to £50,000, depending on your credit profile and individual circumstances.
For larger amounts exceeding £50,000, specialist lenders are available. It’s unlikely you’ll be eligible for such a large loan if you’ve had poor credit, but it’s worth a try.
How will I know what my monthly repayments will be?
Your monthly repayments will depend on the amount you borrow, the loan term, and your interest rate, which will be determined by your credit score and financial circumstances.
We can’t provide an accurate figure, but it takes just 60 seconds to check.
What vehicles can I finance through Sun Motors’ funding partners?
You can apply for finance for any car or van listed on Sun Motors. However, finance for taxi purchases is not available.

AS one of the most exciting new voices in the electro scene, Greta Levska is reshaping the sound of the dance floor – past, present and future.
With her debut album IBZALIEN landing this month on the ever-eclectic, Berlin label Get Physical, Greta draws inspiration from four decades of electronic music and filters it through her own vibrant, genre-blurring lens.
SuppliedHer new album is inspired by decades of electronic music[/caption]
SuppliedGreta has her own vibrant, genre-blurring lens[/caption]
From the 80s hip-hop flair of first single Moulin Krew to the Fairlight CMI-fuelled bounce of her latest dancefloor heater Initialize, IBZALIEN is a masterclass in futuristic nostalgia.
Greta offers a deeper look into her sonic world with an exclusive playlist for The Night Bazaar, featuring her own productions alongside club ready gems from artists like Rex The Dog, Raxon, Cour T, and Egyptian Lover.
It’s a collection steeped in raw energy, funky grooves and playful synth work and is the perfect soundtrack for a Mediterranean summer or a late-night session on a packed Ibiza dancefloor.
Take a listen below and read what Greta had to about the music.
Greta Levska plays 528 Ibiza with Maceo Plex for the Brunch Electronik Opening Party on Sunday 13th July. Book that trip, you won’t regret it.
Greta Levska IBZALIEN is out now on Get Physical.
Greta Levska – Moulin Krew (Get Physical) The first single taken from my debut album on Get Physical, Moulin Krew, an 80s Bboy, funk filled track that always lights up the mood. I played this for the first time at my Pikes residency in Ibiza & I can just remember the room starting to really vibe with it.
A re-release from Rex The Dog, a weapon that first dropped in 2004 & now still sounding just as fresh on the new Kompakt 500 compilation. I’ve been a massive fan of Rex for years, playing his music all over from my Amnesia residency, to warehouses across Germany. This one feels extra special, it has a blend of acid house, electro & uplifting synths which brings influences of Italo Disco, what a combination.
Raxon – Future (Greta Levska Remix) [DSK Records] I had a wicked time remixing my incredibly talented friend Raxon. After playing together across Europe over the past 2 years multiple times, we share a great connection in musical styles & become great friends. It’s a pleasure to have been asked to be part of his album remix package alongside Michael Mayor, Roman Flugel, NO_IP and more. With the remix, I wanted to bring something that would be reminiscent of our time on the road together, packing the feeling we have been lucky enough to share into 1 track.
Dynamite track from Cour T. I first played this in Barcelona at a club called Red 58 for an amazing all female line up curated by the wonderful Electronik Delight party. I’m personally a big fan of glitchy sounding synths & I love how this one EQ’s in and out to take its moments while also giving space for the commanding vocals “Set this place on fire”.
Love this collaboration between 2 wicked artists. Old school UK rave flavour all over this one with that huge synth line & vocal talking back and forth with each other – can see this going off at any festival this summer.
After meeting Dino Lenny at Hi Ibiza & catching his set with Damian Lazarus, I was blown away by the music he was playing so the first thing I did the next day was go check out his tunes. “Dont Mess With The Chemistry” was the first track I clicked of his & it teleported me back to the club room where I had danced to it & tried to shazam it the night before. Absolute belter.
Goes without saying, Wrecks records as a label are permanent invaders of my rekordbox. I absolutely love the latest release that comes from the amazing Kwake. Such a distinct sound to his production & includes all the things I love about a real raw dance floor focused club track where the chunky bass line fully cuts through.
Gypsy Mitchell – Movin (Egyptian Lover Dub) (Modulor) Probably one of my favourite producers & that is responsible for one of my favourite electro tracks of all time “Egypt, Egypt”, Egyptian Lover has delivered for over 20 years pioneering the scene into what it is today.
Always bringing a sleezy funky vocoder vibe, I love this Dub of Gypsy Mitchell and as a producer, I know how hard it is to make something sound “simple” and not over cook a track. This just has a groove, big 808 business!
Fast becoming one of my go to labels, Phantasy is up there with the best of them & this track from Wallace “Cravings” has it all. The vocal is so hypnotising, I kind of feel like it puts me in a certain mysterious mood every time I play it.
I have to thank John Digweed for introducing this track to me. I first heard it on his amazing Transitions radio show and have since played it out at many of my shows. I can see this being a track that lives in my sets all summer long.

He is also godfather to the couple’s daughter Lilibet – which royal expert Hugo Vickers believes reflects a strong friendship.
Earlier this week Tyler Perry was sued for sexual assault and harassment by fellow actor Derek Dixon, which Perry’s team has denied as “a scam”.
Now, royal experts believe Meghan will turn her back on her former friend amidst a sexual assault claim.
Speaking on The Sun’s Royal show, expert Samara Gill has suggested that the allegations against Perry could damage the Sussexes’ brand.
Samara said: “There’s nothing very Christian about a sexual assault claim and I think it’s just one other damaging thing to add to their now-war chest of things that have been a problem for them.”
She added: “I think it shows the type of people that Meghan likes to surround herself with and I think it is damaging to their brand yet again because he was meant to be their closest friend.”
Samara also pointed out that the couple had made the most of Perry’s wealth – including his home, and his plane – when they left the royal family in 2020.
Now though, she thinks the couple will be keen to distance themselves from the alleged abuser.
She added: “Just watch how quickly they go.”
Samara criticised the couple’s hypocrisy, as they cut off toxicity “even though they’re the ones who are really toxic.”
It’s part of a pattern of behaviour that Samara said reflects their eagerness to use people before throwing them aside.
Perry previously let the couple stay in his $18 million LA home after they left the UK in 2020.
At the time, he spoke on Today with Hoda and Jenna about his decision to let them stay at the lavish property.
Perry said: “It was a very difficult time for them. What I know about the two of them, and I wish the world knew, how much these two people love each other.”

While collecting shells might appear like a harmless beach activity, in Sardinia, it could cost you over £2,500.
Local law prohibits taking shells or pebbles from any beach on the island in a bid to protect the area’s ecosystem and prevent the beaches from eroding.
Studies suggest removing shells from a seashore could impact an area’s ecosystem as many animals live inside the husks.
In 2017, Sardinia made it illegal to take sand from its beaches after thousands of tourists were caught trying to transport boxes of the stuff back home.
Just a few years later customs police on the Mediterranean island slapped 41 travellers with penalties of up to €3,000 (£2,580) in just a few days alone.
Collectively they attempted to swipe 220lb (100kg) of beach items in separate incidents.
Locals grew fed up with tourists trying to take a piece of the beach home with them – and then attempting to flog it for a profit.
There is even a dedicated Facebook page – called “Sardinia robbed and plundered” – to highlight the problem, which has amassed 37,722 followers.
Visitors have been caught at airport and harbour customs checks, while police and the military have also been monitoring websites for unlawful sales.
Cops reported dozens of illicitly advertised beach items – some with “high prices”.
Islanders warned the issue is creating an environmental emergency.
Pierluigi Cocco, an environmental scientist and resident of the Sardinian capital Cagliari, told the BBC that the beaches were “the main reason why tourists are attracted to the island of Sardinia”.
He said that although taking sand home served as a reminder of a “treasured memory”, it could contribute to the reduction of beaches in the future.
In 2019, a French couple were caught with 40kg of sand in the boot of their car.
Police found the sand crammed into 14 plastic bottles taken from a beach in Chia, southern Sardinia.
The couple claimed they wanted to take it home as a “souvenir” and did not know they had committed an offence.
