According to Dr. Kopelman, on YouTube Lively originally had fuller upper eyelids, a broader nose, and a gummy smile. However, by 2008, her features began to appear more refined. Her nose seemed slimmer, and her gummy smile was no longer as prominent. By 2009, the changes appeared even more dramatic. Her nose looked significantly narrower with a refined bridge, and her lips, once thinner, now seemed noticeably fuller.
Dr. Kopelman believes these changes point to a likely rhinoplasty, along with potential lip enhancements. While he emphasized that any procedures Lively may have had were subtle and well-executed, he suggested that her transformation did not seem natural.
