MANILA, Philippines — Over 13,000 individuals have been affected by the combined effects of Typhoon Bising (international name: Danas) and the southwest monsoon (habagat), the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) reported on Sunday. In its latest situational report, the NDRRMC said 3,773 families—or a total of 13,006 individuals—were affected across 14 barangays nationwide.
