Four dumped Love Island stars revealed as mass dumping rocks the villa
LOVE Island has revealed which four islanders have been dumped from the villa.
Tonight’s nail biting episode saw Maya Jama enter the sleepover villa, where she had some big news for Helena, Dejon, Emily and Remell.

In a shock twist, Maya told them that they have to decide if they want to stick in their current couple or recouple with a bombshell.
“Having some time away has allowed you to explore new connections, but are these connections stronger than what you have with your current partner?” she said.
The foursome then had to decide whether they head back to the villa alone, or with one of the newcomers, Giorgio, Will, Poppy and Caprice.
In the end, only Helena decided to recouple and opted to go back with Giorgio.
Dejon decided to stick with Meg, despite kissing Caprice during his time at the sleepover villa.
Remell hesitated but chose to stick with Alima, even though he told Poppy earlier he felt different with her and they shared a snog.
That left Emily, who opted to stay with Conor- unaware of his growing connection with Megan back in the main villa – over new boy Will.
As a result of Helena’s decision, Shea found himself single and a text back to the original villa broke the news.
The four islanders going home were Shea, as well as three of the bombshells: Poppy, Caprice and Will.
While Helena was the only one to recouple, she has admitted she is still pining for Harry.
Chatting with Emily before having to make her decision, she told her she was attracted to Giorgio but was still thinking about Harry.
Earlier in the evening, it had looked like Remell and Dejon might be swayed by the new girls too.
During a game of Truth or Dare, Dejon dared Remell to kiss an islander of his choice and he plumped for Poppy.
Poppy then kissed Dejon after being dared to smooch the person she’s most attracted to other than the person she chose.

When Dejon was later dared to kiss the Islander he’s most attracted to, he locked lips with Caprice and they both rated the smooch 10/10.
When quizzed by Dejon who he would chose between Alima and Poppy, Remell paused for a few moments and then opted for Poppy. asks Remell who he would choose between Alima and Poppy if there was a recoupling and he hesitates but says Poppy.
And in a subsequent talk with his pal round the firepit, Remell went on to confess: “I’m loving the chats with Poppy, flirty, chill…I don’t want to leave with regrets which is why I’m giving Poppy the time of day.”
Dejon responded: “You’ve got to look long term… whoever you see a long term future with, that’s the one you pursue.”
On his own love triangle after snogging Caprice, Dejon said: “What me and Caprice have could be something good, but what me and Meg have is something special.”
Later that night, Remell pulled Poppy for a chat.
“I’ve been comfy around you, it’s the first time in the Villa that I’ve felt like this so it’s telling me something,” he told her before they snogged again.
So it came as something of a shock when he eventually chose to stick with Alima instead.
It’s only a matter of time, however, before Alima learns what he has been up to. How will she react?
Love Island continues at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
Britain’s migrant crisis being fuelled by Putin’s Russia and other hostile states in secret plot to destabilise UK
RUSSIA is pushing migrants to the UK to overwhelm border defences and sow division, security sources warn.
Vladimir Putin’s tactics include providing fake documents, transport and even military escorts to smuggling gangs.

More than 18,000 have arrived in dinghies so far this year — and opposition MPs said the crossings should now be declared a “national security crisis”.
Senior security sources warned The Sun that foreign powers are backing or exploiting smuggling gangs in a bid to destabilise Britain.
This week, Nato recognised illegal migration as a key threat to national security — by ruling that border protection can count towards every member’s defence spending targets for the first time.
Just 299 migrants crossed the Channel in 2018. The highest year for arrivals was 2022 at 45,774.
Thousands of asylum seekers are being housed in hotels, increasing tensions in towns and cities.
Some have since been charged with national security offences, as well as crimes such as rape.
A top security source told The Sun: “Hostile states and malign actors are using illegal migration to test borders, cause disruption and destabilise countries like Britain.
“That’s exactly why Nato is now treating border protection as a core part of collective defence — because the lines between traditional military threats and national security are more blurred than ever.”
Opposition MPs said our broken borders are being tested by hostile states while ministers sit on their hands.
Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp said: “This is a national security crisis. A public safety crisis and border security crisis.
“The news that hostile states are weaponising illegal migration shows that the Government has been negligent in failing to tackle the boat crisis.
“The way to stop it is to immediately remove illegal immigrants to a location outside Europe.
“But Labour scrapped the Rwanda deterrent before it even started and now record numbers are coming in.”
Reform UK leader Nigel Farage added: “I first warned this would happen in my European Parliament speeches over ten years ago.
“The crossings are a national security emergency.”
Britain spends billions on border forces, coastal patrols and surveillance in the Channel.
These can all now be logged as part of our Nato commitment.
Senior officials say the move reflects how lines between military threats and criminal activity are being blurred by hostile regimes.
Home Office insiders insist the UK is not blind to the growing risk from foreign interference in the Channel crisis.
Countries such as Russia and Iran have long used underhand tactics to mess with the West — from cyber attacks and disinformation to stirring up migration.
Security sources say Russia and its puppet-state Belarus have been accused of orchestrating migrant surges on Europe’s eastern borders by providing fake documents, transport, and military escorts to the gangs.
And only last month, three Iranian men charged with spying offences, including plotting violence on UK soil, were found to have reached Britain by “irregular means” — including small boats and a lorry — before claiming asylum.
In March Polish PM Donald Tusk suspended asylum rights for those arriving from Belarus — warning the crisis is part of a deliberate hybrid warfare strategy backed by hostile states.
And Italian defence minister Guido Crosetto has accused the Kremlin-linked Wagner group of helping drive immigration from North Africa to Europe, calling it a “clear strategy of hybrid warfare”.

Yesterday PM Sir Keir Starmer was at the Nato summit in The Hague in the Netherlands, where member states’ leaders confirmed plans for all allies to spend five per cent of GDP on defence and security by 2035.
The pledge covers 3.5 per cent for hard defence, like troops and weapons, and 1.5 per cent on wider security, which includes infrastructure, energy security and border protection.
Security Minister Dan Jarvis said: “National security is the first duty of any government — and that means securing our borders.
“We are improving our ability to monitor and anticipate illegal migration flows at both national and international levels, including investing in new state-of-the-art surveillance technology.
“Our Border Security Command is drawing together security operations around our border.
“This means working in close co-operation with Europol, Frontex and individual EU member states to combat organised immigration crime.
“New counter terrorism-style powers will tackle organised immigration crime groups, and existing capabilities carry out identity and criminal record checks on those applying for a visa, clandestine entries and those who arrive by small boat, so that potential threats are immediately addressed.”
The Sun understands the Home Secretary has also ordered officials to review border security capabilities to ensure they are robust enough to deal with state threats, as well as terrorism-related risks.
And after Sir Keir Starmer’s meeting with Mr Tusk in January, the UK is stepping up co-operation with Warsaw to tackle the weaponisation of migration.
THREE ASYLUM SEEKERS CONVICTED OF CRIMES IN UK
Flasher

AYSLUM seeker Snur Hamakarim exposed himself to two young girls in an underpass.
The sisters, aged 12 and 15, witnessed the 40-year-old drop his jeans as they walked home from school in Stevenage, Herts, in January.
The Iraqi-born migrant had been in the UK for a matter of months.
He was later seen on CCTV leaving the underpass “with his trousers round his ankles”.
Prosecutor Micha O’Neill told the town’s magistrates’ court the girls “saw the defendant pulling his jeans down and exposing his penis”.
Hamakarim was convicted of indecent exposure, fined £50 and given a community order with 200 hours’ unpaid work.
Trespasser

SYRIAN Mieser Oglo climbed into a security area near the Palace of Westminster so he could get a better view of the New Year fireworks on the Thames.
The 18-year-old asylum seeker, below, scaled a 4ft-high gate on Canon Row, but claimed he had not realised what he was doing was illegal because the “No Climbing” sign was in English and he could not read it.
Oglo, who arrived in the UK last year and lives in asylum housing at the former RAF Weathersfield, appeared at City of London magistrates’ court on Monday, aided by an Arabic interpreter.
He told the court: “Back home, it is normal to climb over fences.”
He was convicted of trespass and fined £100.
Arsonist

MIGRANT Zaidan Hossan Taha did not like the conditions of the home he was placed in — so set it alight.
The 24-year-old, from Kurdish Iraq, was moved into a Leeds bedsit but was unhappy his food was being stolen.
In April he was arrested after threatening to start a blaze there but was released.
A month later, he set fire to a blanket in the kitchen and threw it on a sofa before leaving the property. It failed to take hold, but caused smoke damage.
Taha was arrested and later spat in an officer’s face.
He admitted arson and assault and told Leeds crown court he came to the UK “for a better life”.
He was jailed for 26 months and told he would probably be deported after prison.
Kevin McStay ‘relieved’ of his duties as Mayo GAA manager says county board statement
KEVIN MCSTAY has been “relieved” of his position as Mayo manager after three seasons in charge.
The Ballina native took the reins ahead of the 2023 campaign and led them to NFL Division 1 glory in his first year in charge.
But they failed to win any championship silverware under his watch, as Galway bagged their fourth Connacht title in a row against them this summer.
McStay stepped aside due to health concerns after their shock All-Ireland group stage defeat to Cavan, and coach Stephen Rochford took the reins.
They defeated Tyrone in round 2 earlier this month but were knocked out of the championship following their round 3 loss to Donegal at Dr. Hyde Park.
A Mayo statement released after an executive meeting of the county board tonight said: “A decision was made to relieve Kevin McStay and his management team from their roles with the Mayo Senior Football Team with immediate effect.
“We would like to sincerely thank Kevin and his management team for their time, effort, and commitment to the Mayo Senior Football Team during their tenure.
“Their dedication to the players and the jersey has been greatly appreciated by all involved with Mayo GAA.
“We wish Kevin and his management team every success in the future, both on and off the field.
“An update regarding the future management of the Senior Football Team will be provided in due course.”
Former stars Austin O’Malley, Andy Moran and ex-gaffer James Horan are among the candidates for the job.
O’Malley led Cuala to All-Ireland club SFC glory this year, while former hitman Moran is a coach with All-Ireland quarter-finalists Monaghan.
Horan managed the county from 2010-2014 and 2018-2022, leading them to six Connacht titles and three All-Ireland finals across both stints in charge.
Meanwhile Andy McEntee has departed as Antrim boss after three years at the helm.
The former Meath manager led them to back to back Tailteann Cup semi-finals last year, but suffered a preliminary quarter-final loss to Wexford earlier this month.

RTE star Doireann Garrihy opens up about dealing with ‘mum guilt’ and judgement online since announcing pregnancy
RTE star Doireann Garrihy has opened up about dealing with “mum guilt” and online backlash.
The 2FM Drivetime host, 33, recently announced she’s expecting her first baby with husband Mark Mehigan.

Doireann has been keeping followers updated on her pregnancy journey ever since.
On a recent episode of her hit podcast, Doireann & Friends, the host sat down with her sister Ailbhe, who is also expecting her third child, to chat about motherhood.
The pair discussed struggling with mum guilt and feeling judged, something many women face.
Doireann revealed that ever since going public with her pregnancy, she’s been hit with harsh comments about some choices she’s made.
Speaking to her sister, the presenter said: “I made an iced coffee and somebody replied [on social media] saying, ‘I really hope that’s decaf for the baba’.
“Generally, I would ignore but I just replied and said: ‘My doctor told me I could have a coffee a day’.
“That was my way of mic-drop, there is no discussion.”
She then added: “I was kinda like, first of all, why are you saying this to me, and second of all, it’s none of your business. I don’t know how I’m going to prepare for A) judgement from people, and B) mom guilt as a result of people being judgey.”
Ailbhe, who’s already mum to Sean and Fionn, admitted she’s had the same experience.
She said: “For me, there might be a picture of my kids in the car… ‘they’re not strapped in properly, they shouldn’t be forward facing’.”
She then added: “You haven’t physically been here to examine exactly how tight the thing is; their weight…”
Doireann also shared that one woman repeatedly messaged her even before she made the pregnancy announcement, and seemed to already know.
She explained: “First of all, when I hadn’t announced, when I had said anything to anyone, there was one person who kept writing to me on Instagram saying ‘I think you have news for your followers’ wink, wink’.
“So when you get that message, of course my brain went into overdrive. I was like okay, was I seen in the hospital, I look pregnant or who have I said it to you that maybe said it somewhere.
MUM MOMENT
“And it wasn’t a faceless account. The woman looked like she was in her forties. Surely women need to understand like just say nothing.”
Doireann also recalled a funny moment she experienced while getting a recent baby scan.
The Dancing With The Stars host explained: “The nurse said, ‘Okay this is the moochiest baby we have had in a while’, so she asked me to go for a walk, eat something and see if anything changes.
“She said, ‘Maybe have a coffee’, but I was like, ‘Surely the coffee will get the baby dancing’.”
The mum-to-be then left the hospital and joked: “I had a firm talk with the bump, I was like, ‘Now you listen baby’.”
Ailbhe burst out laughing as her sister hilariously gestured to her bump and sternly pointed her finger.

Why Primark is great for looking expensive on a budget
By Clemmie Fieldsend, Fabulous Fashion Editor
AS someone who’s no stranger to grabbing a last-minute outfit from Primark for a night out, it’s about time that celebrities started catching on too.
For as long as I’ve been heading out, Primark has been my go-to for those “I have nothing to wear” moments, rushing in at the last minute to find something perfect.
And I’m definitely not alone – on any Friday or Saturday night, you’ll find plenty of shoppers doing the same thing, right before closing time.
But no matter what, Primark always delivers.
Now, Rita Ora is leading the charge, showing that you can snag a designer-worthy look without spending a fortune at high-end stores.
While Rita’s not rushing in last minute for a red carpet outfit, she’s proving you can achieve the same high-impact style for much less.
Looking stunning in her tailored suit alongside her mum Vera, Rita fit right in among the other A-listers dripping in Prada, Dior, and Victoria Beckham – if anything, she looked even better than some of the guests at The Fashion Awards.
With Myleene Klass and Roxy Horner already jumping on the Primark bandwagon, I’m sure more stars will be following suit soon enough.
I ditched a Michelin-starred cooking career to serve school dinners… now I’m The Sun school chef champion
MONTELL DOUGLAS has become a fitness icon for a generation of kids as Gladiator Fire – after the rebooted show became a huge Saturday night hit.
But when she paid a surprise visit to Henry Cavendish Primary School in Balham, South London, last week, it was to celebrate another hero making a difference to children’s health.

Nathan Scarlett, 32, aka Chef Nathan at the school, has become a favourite of the 800 pupils thanks to the super-delicious food he creates and his inspiring personality.
Former Olympic sprinter Montell, who wowed on the last series of Strictly Come Dancing with pro partner Johannes Radebe, dropped in during assembly to tell Nathan he had been named The Sun’s School Chef Champion — as part of Jamie Oliver’s Good School Food Awards.
He was nominated by countless pupils after we asked readers to tell us about the best school cooks.
Montell said: “I jumped at the chance to surprise Chef Nathan with his trophy.
“What an inspirational guy, and he is fuelling the future of our kids.
“Since becoming a TV Gladiator, I love that it has allowed me to become a role model for kids.
“But Chef Nathan proves not all heroes wear Lycra.”
As well as overseeing meals at two sites at Henry Cavendish, professional chef Nathan also runs after-school cooking clubs and holiday clubs encouraging children to eat well. He said: “Winning was such a shock and it is amazing.
“But award or no award, working with the children, getting to know them and seeing all of their happy faces every day . . . that is my reward.”
Nathan has achieved an astonishing amount at Henry Cavendish in the year he has been working there.
The dedicated chef gave up a career in Michelin-starred London restaurants and top private catering to become a school cook.
He reveals his passion for cooking came out of his own reliance on school meals.
Nathan said: “I grew up in foster care.
“I was in about eight different foster homes around South London during my childhood.
“My mother placed me in foster care as she wanted me to have a better life.
“I fell in love with cooking during home economics lessons at school because I loved eating.
“I started volunteering when I was only 15 years old.
“It was in the kitchen of Chez Bruce, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Wandsworth, South West London, and also with chef Richard Corrigan.
“I went on to study catering at college and eventually they took me on at Chez Bruce.
“I later worked in private catering, including for a top law firm.
“I enjoyed it but knew in my heart I wanted something else.
‘ROLE MODEL’
“One of my final foster mothers also ran a childminding business, so there were always young children around and I just really enjoyed that setting.
“So the idea of becoming a school chef suited me and I have not looked back.
“I got married last year — and my wife Talitha is a primary school teacher, so we share that passion.”
But Nathan insists that his young customers are as discerning as his previous clientele at those high-end establishments, and that passion and attention to detail are just as important.
He said: “As soon as I started at the school I knew that I wanted to involve the kids.
“I created a School Food Ambassador for every class and meet them every week to ask for their input.
“They also help serve the meals.
“When you are catering for children you have to think differently.
“For instance, the younger children often like to have everything separately on their plate, they do not like things mixed together or pre-mixed in a sauce.
“So we serve everything separately and the children build a nutritious plate, assembling a balanced meal as they wish.”
Nathan was hired at Henry Cavendish when the school decided to stop outsourcing cooking to an outside catering firm, and take control of dinners back in house under the control of a school chef.

The school’s headteacher, Matthew Apsley, is thrilled Nathan’s dedication has been recognised.
He said: “Chef Nathan’s passion for food is contagious.
“He inspires the children with everything he does. He isn’t just a school chef, he is role model.”
When I sat down to sample lunch for myself — a delicious Caribbean-style chicken drumstick with salad, rice and pineapple on the side — a group of Year Six pupils explained why Chef Nathan is so loved in the school.
Lillia Hau, 11, said: “I used to have packed lunches, then I heard there was a new chef so thought I would give school dinners a try.
“They are so good.
“He is such a nice guy, he always comes around and asks if we like our meals, and offers us seconds.
He’s not just feeding children, he’s fuelling their confidence, curiosity and sense of belonging
Jamie Oliver
“After we finished our SAT exams recently, he baked us a special cake.”
Jamie Oliver launched The Good School Food Awards, backed by The Sun, three years ago because he wanted to champion excellence in school meals.
Jamie said: “Nathan is a truly worthy winner of The Sun’s Chef Champion Award.
“Since joining the school last year, he’s totally transformed the food.
“He’s not just feeding children, he’s fuelling their confidence, curiosity and sense of belonging.
“He’s teaching kids how to cook, he is running after-school clubs and holiday clubs. He’s an absolute superstar.”
