Diletta Leotta sizzles in tiny bikini on inflatable flamingo before falling in pool in ‘Instagram vs reality’ post

TV stunner Diletta Leotta turned up the heat as she flaunted her killer curves in a bikini before taking a hilarious plunge straight into the pool.

The Italian bombshell, 33, looked flaming hot as she posed on a giant inflatable flamingo during a sun-soaked snap on Instagram while in Miami.

Wearing a tiny string bikini that left little to the imagination, the footie presenter showed off her enviable figure, bronzed skin, and megawatt smile just before the surprise dunk.

The DAZN star kept her caption simple: “Instagram vs reality.”

But that was all it took to get fans talking. One instantly reacted: “Miss World.”

Another chimed in with a cheeky compliment: “Good morning to the queen.”

Some couldn’t believe their eyes, as some of her 9.2 million followers flooded the comments section. One even wrote: “Nice feet.”

She’s currently in Miami working with DAZN for the ongoing FIFA Club World Cup but that hasn’t stopped the blonde beauty from setting pulses racing.

Leotta is married to ex-Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius after the couple tied the knot in a secret ceremony last year.

She often shares striking shots from her glamorous modelling gigs, alongside behind-the-scenes snaps from her presenting career.

Moment tragic Bayesian yacht wreck is raised from depths after billionaire Mike Lynch, daughter & 5 others died on board

THIS is the tragic moment the Bayesian superyacht wreckage is lifted from the depths of the sea – after seven people died when it sank off the coast of Sicily last summer.

Tech tycoon Mike Lynch, 59, and his daughter Hannah, 18, were among those on board the doomed vessel when it plummeted to the bottom of the Mediterranean.

The vessel sunk in just 16 minutes after being hit by a violent downburst.

Haunting images showed the Bayesian resurface for the first time in ten months after it sank in August 2024.

A gruelling rescue operation near the fishing village of Porticello, Italy, to recover the £14million yacht has been going on since May.

Bystanders watched in awe as the multimillion-pound ship rose to the top of the water as it was dragged up by one of Europe’s biggest cranes.

A spokesperson for the rescue operation firm said the yacht had been raised slowly from its position 165ft below the surface.

The TMC Maritime official said they had been at work for the last three days to allow the steel lifting straps, slings and harnesses to be secured properly under the keel.

The top of the passenger area of the Bayesian was visible on Friday, but not the entirety of the vessel.

The huge £20million recovery undertaking has been plagued by delays and even more tragedy – after a diver working on the operation died last month.

Robcornelis Maria Huijben Uiben, 39, died when working 160ft below the ocean alongside other workers – just days after recovery operations began.

This has prompted some locals to believe that the sunken ship is “cursed”.

A source with TMC Marine told MailOnline: “It was scheduled for Saturday but with the good weather and the accelerated progress things moved quickly on Friday and she was brought to the surface earlier than planned.

“She will remain half submerged until Saturday when the final lift will take place and she will then be sailed to a specially built cradle on the dockside.”

Workmen were seen on the vessel’s deck fixing guide lines as crews geared up for the next phase of the tricky recovery mission.

When the wreck finally resurfaced, the Bayesian was missing its towering 236ft mast, which had been sliced off and left on the seabed to be hauled up later.

Salvage teams said the mast had to be cut away so the yacht’s hull could be tilted upright and brought to the surface.

It comes after a bombshell report revealed the astonishing “vulnerability” of Mike Lynch’s “unsinkable” Bayesian superyacht which led to its tragic demise.

After examining the sinking of the 180ft Bayesian off Sicily last year, investigators now say the ship was knocked over by “extreme wind” and could not recover.

And they confirmed the vessel’s critical weakness was that the ship was vulnerable to wind.

An interim report by the Marine Accident Investigation Branch said the yacht had a “vulnerability” to lighter winds but the owner and crew would not have known.

It added it had “limited verified evidence” as the criminal probe in Italy had restricted its access.

The major update comes amid the arduous salvage operation for the superyacht.

Floating cranes, remote-controlled robots, and specialist divers amongst other marine experts have been brought in to recover the vessel.

A Hebo Lift 10 crane, thought to be one of the most powerful in Europe, arrived in Sicily on Saturday, May 3, from Rotterdam.

The first parts of tycoon Lynch’s superyacht were raised from the seabed in late May

Divers recovered the main boom and anchor of the ship nine months after it sank.

A pole which holds the bottom of the sail on the 184ft yacht was also recovered.

Billionaire Dr Lynch was celebrating being cleared of a massive fraud over the sale of Autonomy to computer giant Hewlett-Packard in 2011 when the Bayesian went down.

The other victims were banker Jonathan Bloomer, 70, and his wife Judy Bloomer, 71, as well as US lawyer Chris Morvillo and his wife Neda Morvillo, and Canadian-Antiguan chef Recaldo Thomas.

A further 15 people were rescued.

Inside the Bayesian's final 16 minutes

By Ellie Doughty, Foreign News Reporter

Data recovered from the Bayesian’s Automatic Identification System (AIS) breaks down exactly how it sank in a painful minute-by-minute timeline.

At 3.50am on Monday August 19 the Bayesian began to shake “dangerously” during a fierce storm, Italian outlet Corriere revealed.

Just minutes later at 3.59am the boat’s anchor gave way, with a source saying the data showed there was “no anchor left to hold”.

After the ferocious weather ripped away the boat’s mooring it was dragged some 358 metres through the water.

By 4am it had began to take on water and was plunged into a blackout, indicating that the waves had reached its generator or even engine room.

At 4.05am the Bayesian fully disappeared underneath the waves.

An emergency GPS signal was finally emitted at 4.06am to the coastguard station in Bari, a city nearby, alerting them that the vessel had sunk.

Early reports suggested the disaster struck around 5am local time off the coast of Porticello Harbour in Palermo, Sicily.

The new data pulled from the boat’s AIS appears to suggest it happened an hour earlier at around 4am.

Some 15 of the 22 onboard were rescued, 11 of them scrambling onto an inflatable life raft that sprung up on the deck.

A smaller nearby boat – named Sir Robert Baden Powell – then helped take those people to shore.

Iranians BURN US & Israel flags and chant ‘we want to DIE for Ayatollah’ as thousands join ‘death to the West’ protests

SEETHING Iranians burned US and Israeli flags and swore their allegiance to the regime in mass protests across the country.

Thousands flooded the capital’s streets after weekly prayers, chanting for the death of the west and pledging their lives to the Supreme Leader.

Strong support for the Supreme Leader was evident among the crowds[/caption]

Israel has urged the people of Iran to rise up against the regime, but there are still pockets of support for the Islamic government.

But alongside their loyalty to Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the crowds aimed vitriolic hate at Israel and the West.

Photos show Israeli and US flag deliberately set on fire and trampled on.

A sea of Iranian and Hezbollah flags and photos of Khamenei were paraded through the roads.

Footage also shows demonstrators brandishing pictures of commanders killed over the past week by Israel’s missiles.

One banner read: “I will sacrifice my life for my leader.”

Iranian state TV said: “This is the Friday of the Iranian nation’s solidarity and resistance across the country.”

The broadcaster said that protests also took place in other cities – particularly Tabriz in northwestern Iran and Shiraz in the south.

And there are reports of smaller scale gatherings in towns around the country.

While these crowds back the regime, there are plenty in Iran who want to see it toppled and the people finally freed from its tyranny.

Thousands have drained from Tehran and even left the country.

Friday’s protests were by far the largest since Israel and Iran began trading missiles.

People took to the streets despite the ongoing threat of Israeli bombs.

In Isfahan, home to one of the nuclear facilities Israel has hit, thousands joined in the funeral of an Iranian killed in an Israeli attack.

Several men were seen carrying a coffin draped with Iranian flags and with a photo of a uniformed soldier.

Behind them, men, women and children followed, chanting: “Death to Israel, death to America.”

Protesters believe that the US and Israel want to exploit the conflict to gain power over the Middle East[/caption]

Protester Abu Hussein, a 54-year-old taxi driver, told Arab News: “It is an unjust war… Israel has no right.

“Israel is not in it for the (Iranian) nuclear (program).

“What Israel and the Americans want is to dominate the Middle East.”

The protests came on a day that efforts to find a diplomatic solution got gathered momentum.

Iran’s foreign minister Abbas Araghchi travelled to Geneva to meet European foreign minsters – including those from the UK, Germany and France.

Earlier in the day, he attended a special meeting of the UN’s Human Rights Council.

Meanwhile, the UN’s Security Council met in New York upon Iran’s request.

My Royal Ascot tips include a hugely promising runner who’s been a revelation for his top trainer

YOU might think it’s rare for a horse to have run a lot further than six furlongs to land the Wokingham Handicap.

But if you did you’d be wrong.

Headshot of William Haggas.
PA
William Haggas will have More Thunder tuned to perfection for the Wokingham[/caption]

That will give MORE THUNDER (5.00) supporters plenty of hope as he goes for a hat-trick in Saturday afternoon’s cavalry charge.

More Thunder has been a revelation this season for William Haggas, landing two sprint handicaps with last-gasp thrusts.

Last term he was in the hands of Sir Michael Stoute when he raced as far as an extended mile and a quarter.

Cape Byron, Bacchus and Baccarat are just three fairly recent Wokingham victors who had tried distances way beyond the distance they were going at Royal Ascot.

Cape Byron ran a couple of times over a mile and a furlong, and was once down the field in a Hunt Cup.

Bacchus went a mile in a nursery at Newmarket in his younger days, while Baccarat once went a mile at Ayr.

More Thunder is untried on very fast ground, but he will be flying home off the strong gallop and may well get up under Tom Marquand and do what My Cloud did in the Wokingham.

So we have made it. It’s the final day of Royal Ascot 2025 and all seven sweltering races are once again on ITV.

The action kicks off with the Listed Chesham Stakes for juvenile colts and geldings over 7f.

Many with much potential and improvement.

TREANMOR cost 2,000,000 euros as a son of Frankel and looked very useful on debut at Newmarket when traveling strongly and hacking up by four lengths.

The runner-up has been beaten since, but Treanmor was backed as if defeat was impossible.

He obviously should go well and William Buick rides for Charlie Appleby.

The Group 2 Hardwicke Stakes is for older horses over 1m4f.

Kalpana wasn’t declared due to the fast ground so this really should be at the mercy of REBEL’S ROMANCE (3.05) who loves a hard surface, and banged in the Breeders’ Cup Turf on firm at Del Mar in November.

The latter is a globetrotting superstar for Godolphin and can land this again for Buick and Appleby.

He’s just bombproof in these events and was a fine third here to Goliath in the King George.

Today’s big Group 1 is the Queen Elizabeth II Stakes over 6f.

Another wide open sprint this week.

TOPGEAR (3.40) has never encountered ground like this and of course he might hate it.

There is also a chance Topgear is better at 7f than 6f.

That all said, on ability the French, Christopher Head-trained raider is right in the mix and his Challenge Stakes victory at Newmarket was a very decent one.

My selection returned with success at Longchamp this season and if able to go the gallop will finish stronger than most. An each-way chance.

Next a Group 3 for three-year-olds in the Jersey Stakes over 7f. Really tricky to sort this lot out!

CALIFORNIA DREAMER (4.20) might go well for Amo Racing and David Egan.

The Adrian Murray-trained Irish raider was an excellent second to Lake Victoria in the Irish 1000 Guineas when last seen and a drop back to 7f should be beneficial.

She was a fine fifth here in the Albany on fast ground last season so she really should get in the mix and has strong each-way claims.

Another handicap in the Golden Gates for three-year-olds over 1m2f comes next.

And there could be another one for Wathnan here with French raider BEST SECRET (5.35).

He’s another that it’s impossible to know whether he will act on a fast surface, but he’s lightly raced and has been impressive in two victories at Saint-Cloud and Longchamp.

James Doyle is on top and a handicap mark of 95 looks very fare. Stall 5 should not be the difference between winning losing.

Royal Ascot 2025 draws to a close with the Queen Alexandra Stakes marathon over an extended 2m5f.

Sober could easily hack up for Willie Mullins but SAMUI (6.10) was a fine third in the Copper Horse on Tuesday and he will be well suited by the extra distance.

He can just lob around under Colin Keane and hopefully power clear in the closing stages.

What a week it’s been. I hope you have enjoyed all the sport.

Royal Ascot is just always special.

On Saturday, though, amidst the sunshine I’m hoping for thunder, More Thunder!

Andy Carroll’s ex Billi Mucklow takes savage swipe at star with sizzling bikini pic

BILLI Mucklow has given her ex-husband Andy Carroll a look at what he’s missing by posing in bikini in Mallorca.

The former Towie star, 37, has shared several sizzling photos online and told her followers: “Back To My Happy Place.”

Andy has been flaunting his new romance with Lou Teasdale[/caption]

In the snaps, Billi is clutching a glass of white wine in her hand and beaming at the camera while paddling in a private swimming pool.

Billi’s caption appears to be taking a swipe at the former Newcastle and West Ham ace, who she split with last summer.

During the couple’s turbulent two-year marriage, Billi had jetted out to Mallorca with her girl friends to let her hair down.

She was joined on the trip by her former Towie co-stars Georgia Kousoulou and Shelby Tribble – and it came days after The Sun revealed Andy had been “dirty dancing” with a DJ at a house party.

At the time, Georgia shared some pics of the girls’ holiday and told her followers: “Our first 24 hours back in our happy place.”

Billi also appears to be shrugging off Andy’s shock decision to take his new girlfriend, Lou Teasdale, to Mallorca on their first holiday together.

Last October, Andy whisked Lou to the Spanish island to celebrate her 41st birthday.

His split with Billi, which came after they had been together for 11 years, had only been revealed a very short while beforehand.

While in Mallorca, the couple packed on the PDA as they rolled around on a sun lounger while kissing.

But it is clear Billi is refusing to let Andy’s antics with Lou taint her feelings towards her “happy place”.

Commenting on her new photos, Towie star Chloe Meadows told Billi: “Wow! You look incredible!!”

Danielle Armstrong added: “Yes you look insane fire🔥.”

Another of Billi’s followers even wrote: “Best thing ya done girl getting shot of him!!! 🔥🔥😍.”

Earlier this month, The Sun told how rising tensions between Billi and Andy are set to explode after he flaunted his romance with Lou on a never-ending Ibiza break.

While Andy was away, Billi was holding the fort at home – looking after their three children and his two children from a previous relationship.

A source told us: “Everyone thinks Andy is acting like an utter p***k and is making himself look like a total fool posting so many sexy shots with Lou – who he moved on with alarmingly quickly after separating from the mother of his kids.

“While he is off galavanting around the party island, posting all these snaps that scream ‘we are having hot sex!’, Billi is at home looking after not only their children, but his two kids from a previous relationship with ex-fiancee Faye Johnstone.

“It’s a silent gut-punch to Billie, who is an angel and adores the kids – looking after them and protecting them from this circus is her number one priority.

“To her it’s second nature to be there for them and to be their caregiver.”

Andy is now based in France after signing for Championnat National 2 club Bordeaux. Billi is living with the children in Essex.

The former couple married in 2022. During his stag do, Andy was pictured passed out on a bed with two women.

This month, Andy and Billi’s home went under offer for a seven-figure sum after being listed for £8.5million.

Coronation Street legend Sue Cleaver gives health update after quitting ITV soap – and reveals TV and Loose Women future

CORONATION Street legend Sue Cleaver has given fans a fresh health update after quitting the ITV soap after 25 years.

The actress, who played telly favourite Eileen Grimshaw since 2000, waved goodbye to the cobbles in an emotional exit episode earlier this month.

Sue said she is chuffed with her Corrie legacy as the star exited the soap after 25 years[/caption]

Behind-the-scenes, Sue, 61, was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes over 20 years ago, and while she’s known for her strength on screen, the star admitted at times she’d feel faint while filming.

But the star has now admitted that the use of Dexcom, a continuous glucose monitor, has helped give her back control of her life.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Sue said: “I think there is a lot of misunderstanding around diabetes, people tell you can’t eat chocolate or sugar – but where I struggle with my diabetes is when I’m about to go on stage or when I’m about to go on Loose Women or live shows.

“Before I go on I’d have to prick my finger and check if they’re stable enough to get me to the interval or do I need to eat.

Sue admitted there has been times that she’s felt “faint” on screen.

“If I’m about to go on stage or live shows and I don’t know if I’m going to make it if my sugars aren’t stable enough, and I don’t have time to prick my finger, you tend to think ‘let me eat this thing now’ and then you tend to feel the effects of it later or the middle of the show.

“But where the Dexcom, I just have to look at my phone and see my sugar levels, it takes all of the worry out of it.”

TV FUTURE

After quitting the soap, Sue has now also revealed what her future TV career plans include and whether or not she’ll join a rival soap.

She told us: “I’m chuffed with my Coronation Street legacy, they gave me a wonderful send off and the ending that I asked for and I wanted Eileen’s exit to mirror what I feel I’m doing and what I want other women to do – to live fearlessly, don’t let fear hold you back, be who you want to be.

“It’s never too late to try something new, that’s what I wanted for her, this realisation for her to go ‘hang on a minute, I don’t have to stay, I can do something completely different, all it takes is courage.

“I think people forget that you either have courage or you don’t, courage is a muscle, start really small and put yourself our of your comfort zone for a couple of minutes a day, enquire about book club or evening class, because that muscle really does.”

Sue said her final scenes “brought a tear to her eye” as she saw the taxis lined up down the street.

“There were moments when I had a little wave of emotion, we filmed the final scene on a Thursday and we went out for dinner and I came back on the Friday to do some other scenes and at the end of that it was really weird feeling. It felt right.”

The TV star admitted she now has the “freedom” to explore other passion projects after spending over two decades at ITV.

She said: “It was the right time for me to go, the door is still open, my hearts there, my husband still works there, I still see them all.

“But for now, it’s absolutely the right thing, it’s time for me to have some freedom, to not be committed to things, to do passion projects, which is why I’m going back to the theatre.

“I love doing Loose Women, there are other things I want to do and there is a lot more of the world I want to see.”

Although Sue has the freedom to join other soaps, she admitted her loyalties still lie with Corrie, saying: “I don’t think so at this stage, I think I’m very committed to Corrie and Corrie has been very committed to me.

“I’ve been incredibly fortunate and it gave me the opportunity that not many actresses have, to be at home, to be there for my son in the morning and put him to bed at night and to have a proper home life, whereas normally you have to go where the work is.

“I’ve been extremely fortunate, it’s not lost on me how lucky I’ve been, it has a big place in my heart.”

Soap fans were devastated after it was announced that matriarch Eileen was set to leave the soap, just months after Helen Worth, who played Gail Platt, also said farewell.

She said: “Weirdly enough I remember quite a long time before it came out that Helen was going, she rang me and said ‘I just wanted to ring and tell you I’m leaving’, and I went ‘Helen, I just want to tell you I’m leaving as well’.”

A number of stars on the soap have been axed over the last few years amid budget cuts.

However, Sue, who starred on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here in 2022, admitted she left the soap on her terms and had made the decision years ago.

“I made the decision to leave when I went and did the jungle, I’d known for a while, it had been a while in the planning,” she said.

HEALTH UPDATE

Sue has opened up about wearing the Dexcom ONE+, a continuous glucose monitor that helps track her glucose levels to manage her Type 2 diabetes.

Sue said: “Dexcom has made a big difference in my life, having diabetes and having decision fatigue – it can be a mental marathon all the time.

“Diabetes is lifelong and the management is lifelong and you do get tired thinking about what you can eat and what impact it’s going to have.

“What I love about Dexcom, it helps me see how my body is reacting to stress, food in real time. It stops me needing to guess but it tracks all the trends.

Dexcom is a small, fast and easy to use, helping to simplify diabetes management for those with Type 2.

Dexcom’s new State of Type 2 Report – which looked at patients and doctors in the UK and other key European cities – discovered 72% of those living with Type 2 Diabetes believe that using a CGM device helps to improve their lives, a further 74% believe that it would also reduce the risk of complications.

EXIT STORYLINE

Sue said she told ITV bosses that she wanted her on-screen son Ryan Thomas to return as part of her exit storyline.

She said: “I asked for Ryan to come back, I rang him even before I rang Corrie to let him know I was leaving. I told him not to say anything and asked him to come back and he went ‘I’d have to for my mother’. They asked me what plan of exit I’d like and I said I want Eileen to go off to Thailand to start her new life and Ryan to come back and take me.”

The theatre star said she now has the freedom work on various other projects after dedicating over two decades to the soap.

“I won’t miss being tied to people, I’m really enjoying my freedom and getting up in the morning and going to the gym and deciding what to do with my day,” she continued.

“Everything I do now are passion projects like going back to the theatre.

“I’ve got so much going on at the minute.”

Although Sue is no long on Corrie, she has her hands full with other TV jobs including being a panelist on Loose Women.

But the star firmly hit back at rumours that the panel is feuding.

Sue said: “I love it. I’ve known the girls for years, it’s such a fun thing to do. It’s that typical thing, Denise and I will disagree with something on the show, we’re great mates, we’ve known each other for 26 years but then there are rumours that they’ve fallen out, we’ve not fallen out over anything.

“People don’t say that when you see Match of the Day, can we not please move on.

“It is one big family and a huge amount of loyalty. We’re very honest and brave and we put ourselves out there and in order to do that we have to feel very safe.

“We don’t wear our heart on our sleeve and talk about things like that when you don’t feel safe.

“There aren’t clashes, we’re making our programme and doing our job – it’s just different opinions, we’re not falling out with each other. I get on with everybody, I love them all. It’s just really nice.”

Last month it was announced that Loose Women will air for only 30 weeks of the year from January

Speaking about her Loose Women future, Sue said: “Nobody knows what’s happening in TV, I’m just getting on with what I’m doing in my life and I’m just enjoying it.

“I’ve had a great time on it, I’ve had a great ride, I don’t know what will happen in the future – I don’t know what’s going to happen tomorrow or the next hour.”
